Question for tonight, we know Aberdeen will try and get in the faces of certain players but if someone gets a red card does this mean they miss the final Sunday? With it being the league cup it falls under the League suspension rules? If so does Defoe start tonight? I know the buff has looked calmer this year but we also know Aberdeen will do anything against us to get praise.

Coldo agree the league is important, but we need to have a squad for the full season, what I am saying is Defoe could be more suited for tonight against Aberdeen and keep the buff for Sunday. Anyway does the suspensions carry from tonight into Sunday? do you know? I know all games are important but I believe Sunday is the one we have to win to give a bit of extra belief that we can win trophies and continue the fight for the season. My major concern is that tonight they target Buff and Jack, 2 major players we can't afford to lose for Sunday.

I agree Sunday is crucial but we definitely have to go with our strongest team tonight. Alfredo, Jack and Davis all in. Any time recently we've started Defoe I've not been that impressed (Celtic game and accies for example) . The buffalo for me everytime.

Not really sure how the suspensions work to be honest mate, we play our strongest 11 tonight, that means no ojo or aribo. Morelos starts along with jack. Sunday's game means nothing if we lose ground in the league. Tonight's game is far more important. ðŸ‘.

Defoe cannot give you anything close to what morelos gives. Can play him at home to likes of St mirren etc.

I'd prefer to start with Defoe tonight but I don't think that will happen. Aberdeen were woeful against us last time, we can do them without Morelos. They'll be kicking lumps out of the players tonight. Big injury risk. I don't think we'll beat Celtic without Morelos.

Could someone explain to me why keeping morelos fit for sunday is more important than playing him tonight for 3 points🤔. The league cup is meaningless and even if we beat celtic, it won't be a psychological advantage if we drop points tonight. Beating aberdeen tonight is a mustðŸ‘.

Coldo, most of the time your points on here are good, but Sunday’s game is meaningless against our biggest rivals? I agree with you the League is our main priority but surely we should be trying to win on Sunday? i see McKenna admitting his manager told him to agitate Morelos, i said this when it happened and pointed out that Mc Innes and McKenna brought the game into disrepute and both should have been suspended, but of course nothing happened.
