Seems to me that when we play poorly there is a rush to put up negative comments on here but far less so when we play we'll.
Is this a Scots trait, a west of scotland big man trait or just a Rangers thing?
The blame game is very evident but not balanced by comments praising our team.

Plenty comments praising the team when we win. You are just blinkered to them because your favourite pastime is bashing other fans.

Oh I see plenty of room for improvement in our team but I don’t believe that the way to motivate anyone (children, employees, teammates or anyone else) is to constantly tell them how rubbish they are.
I’m pretty satisfied with our position at the moment and believe that we will continue to improve and will win the league this season.

Thsts what's wrong with the world now dk19, everybody mollycoddled. We all grew up in a time we did wrong we faced the consequences, never done us any hsrm. Why most of the young ones nowadays are wee twats.

Coldo, tough love went out of fashion and relevance years ago.
It worked for Fergie and Jock Wallace but the world has changed for the better.
Pep and Klopp will do a bit of shouting but mostly they build a group that believe in themselves. The help players who are going through a poor patch by coaching and motivating not by telling the how sh*te they are.

Coldo, draconian management died years ago mate, you set improvement targets and if they fail they are managed out. ok so players are different as it ain't as easy to sack them but bawling and shouting doesn't work. what i do agree with though is that you should pick your strongest team, irrespective of being captain or not. if you aren't performing then you shouldn't be selected for the side, after all that's why SG insisted on 2 players for each position. the problem is not sure any of his replacements are any better than Tav off form.

My problem with the whole situation is that even from last year, when explaining not playing katic he's spoke about niko having a wee dip or making small errors. Straight out the team even though it wasn't major errors leading directly to goal. Think that's 4 absolute howlers across 3 games from tav. The rules have got to be the same.
