Regarding the person outside Ibrox spewing his vile opinion about an opposition players family member dying from cancer, I’m glad he has been banned by rangers. I’ve had many people in my family die from cancer and it sees no race, colour or creed. Not a massive fan of brown in football terms but he does some amount for charity especially cancer charities and at the end of the day football is a game.

A 15 year old lad has been arrested for the comment to Scott Brown and it turns out the wrong guy was villified online. His life is in ruins after trial by social media. Watched it unfold last night, literally 1000s of death threats, people harrassing his bird/ family/ work etc and it wasn't him - angry mob justice is a disturbing trend.

I suspect the police will be paying a few folk visits this week, after all the death threats send to that guy yesterday. Some seriously nasty stuff, some worse than what was said to Scott Brown.

I didn’t see anything about the wrong guy getting blamed. I’ve only seen it was a 15 year old that was getting charged for it. If people have been abusing people on twitter that didn’t have anything to do with the remark in question then they aren’t any better than the person that said it. Honestly though, a 15 years old boy! We need to teach our young there’s more to life than football. My brother is 14 and if I caught him saying anything like this I’d kick his arse in.

It's turning into a witch hunt. Let's not beat about the Bush here. That boy is a CHILD. Some of what's being said online is worse than the original comment and most of it coming from fully grown adults who should know better.

People now are vile and full of hatred. All for various reasons. Social media is messing up our kids in particular.
Our board are, in my opinion, the only club I can see that are not tolerating anti social behaviour with a firm hand.
It’s simple, if you’re going to act in such a way as to drag our club through the gutter then go away!
