I think we made a mistake by not starting with Morelos and having no width.
We also lost a lot of personal battles in the first half.
Think we had a bit of a better second half, and probably with how much we had the ball we had could have had an equaliser.
But they deserved their win, they were the better team.

The team that has the dominant midfielder in the old firm game, wins the game, simple as that. Their midfield were better than ours today and therefore won the game. Its always won or lost in there. Quite simply we had too many of our midfielders way off form and nowhere near their best. Steven Davis i thought was our best midfielder but that was never going to be enough.
Have to be honest and like many of our supporters, i thought today gerrard should have gone with more width, to go at their weak full backs. So gerrard has to shoulder a big part of the blame today,
although that still doesn't excuse how poorly most of our team played today, because celtic and i'm being totally honest, didn't Impress me greatly and although they deserved to win today, they are not a great team and are there for the taking!
A wee point to the some on here who still think that we are just as good without ryan kent, no we're NOT and kent is far better than jones and ojo will ever be! I wish we still had him. He's levels above both and if you can't see that, i honestly don't know what you're watching?

Stevie Davis was appalling today, showed every day of his 34 years. If he was playing today he should have been rested on Thursday, can’t play two big games a week at 34.

He was one of our players that i thought got pass marks today along with allan mcgregor and flanagan. If you thought davis was appalling, is there a word in the dictionary you could find for glenn kamara's performance today? He doesn't look nowhere near the player, he was last season and i wouldn't have started him.

Davies was poor today gave possession away numerous times. Not the worst offender. Ojo why? Tav poor Goldson sold the jerseys, what was he even trying to divfir the first goal.

Sir Rock katic I've no idea what u were watching pal because if davis wasn't in that team today it would've been a lot more than 2. Maybe if aribo didn't bottle it everytime he was near brown or the rest of the team helped wee davis out a bit eh. Also is it just me or has tav been absolutely dreadful start of this season?

SGL, how did Kent get on in his first 6 games for us?
I seem to remember that he was a bit lightweight, had a terrible final pass and had people suggesting he should be sent home to Liverpool.
Time will tell whether you know better than SG and the Liverpool coaching team but I suspect you will be forced to eat your words long before the end of the season.
£5 to £7m for such a fantastic player is pocket money even in the Championship - can you explain why he has been left rotting in the Liverpool reserves?
