I certainly was when he had more red cards that completed passes. He’s certainly improved and fully merits his place in the starting eleven, I think he’s one of the players who really wants to play for and learn from SG, long may he continue playing the way he is. I think he might just have been trying too hard at the start!

If you name every single player as a future captain there’s a chance you might get 1 right at some point. Pretty sure you chose somebody else yesterday and about 300 last season my good man.

I've also always defended the lad on here and I'm delighted he is playing so well and proving the doubters wrong. I saw a post stating that McGregor was better. I don't think so, I think Ryan Jack has everything in his game. Whether it is due to the manager or a change of role, I don't know but he truly is a class act. I was a big fan of Barry and I see a lot of similarities in their play.
