I am kind of surprised that we are not looking at more strikers.
We have plenty options in defence and the midfield department, but we have to take in to consideration Defoe's age and Potentially Morelos being sold.
Thoughts bears?

As1974 you are spot on. We have bought well, and wisely for defence, midfield and wingers. The final piece in the jigsaw is another out and out striker, or maybe two, to keep everyone on there toes, and fighting for their place. ONWARDS AND UPWARDS TO 55.

I agree! Also Lafferty looking to be sold also. Leaves us very short of options up top. I hope we bring someone in before the start of the season even if we do manage to keep Morelos! Still love to see Kemar Roofe coming but that was a non starter 😑.

Bairdy90 how many strikers have we been linked to? Roofe from Leeds but I can't imagine him being or tried to be bought unless we sell El Buffalo. I would say say another 2 strikers. Not sure who though. Don't think anyone in Scotland would cut it. Maybe the championship down south. I can't see Dodoo or Hardie getting a run to be honest. Maybe they should get a chance?

I think its telling McPake and Mayo were not even on the bench in the development squad against Cambridge. Middleton and even Murphy were. Perhaps these 2 laddies are now considered part of the first team squad? Certainly hope so. Dallas and Barjonas scored for us, sadly I don't think either will be first team material hope I'm wrong. So maybe 1 established striker and then home grown youngsters.
