Big summer ahead of us, what does everyone think we need? I think left back, centre back, RYAN KENT and a striker. One player doesn't make a team but i think having kent in the team we look a different team, so def want him back.
I think there will be quite a few players leaving lafferty, grezda, asmuch as i think there is a player in barasic he's been really disappointing needs wrapped in cotton wool he's a wimp. Dorrans, asmuch as he's a good player he's not kicked a ball in i can't remember how long and can't see him challenging jack, kamara arfield. And would rather see rossiter and docherty challenging them for a place the two of them have played good down south. Centre mid we have a lot of options.
Morelos, i think we will be lucky to get 10 million for him. If it wasnt for all the red cards he might be worth 15-20 million. he's not getting called up to colombia due to the fact they can't rely on him. So that's going to put teams of paying that amount of cash!
We need 4 quality players in to compete next season.

Are these 4 players in addition to the 3 (average) players we have already signed. I think jones will be good to be fair. But stewart and hastie doubt will play much. Can see candiaes game time being limited aswel. We need to be bringing in players of higher quality than currently have.

No 4 quality proven players. hastie/ jones will be good in time. Greig stewart i don't have a clue why we signed him? None of the signings we have made so are going to take us to the next level. We need players that's good enough to walk straight into the starting 11 and compete.
I agree with candeias game time being limited, gerrard changed the formation so we wasnt really playing with wingers and it was more through the middle and it worked.

Dont fancy Jones at all, i really don't see the fascination. I've posted this before, i'm from Killie and the word from fans are they weren't to bothered about loosing him . The only positive is we got him for nothing.

I think jones will be good for us. Very similar to kent imo. Final ball lacking a lot of the time tho. but kent and candieas are exactly the same. When he's played us or the tims he's gave the defender a terrible time of it.

If Fod leaves we will need a GK. A couple of CB’s, one for the squad and one for the starting 11. Although I think Katic has a lot of potential, he still has a bit to go before he is the finished article. Would like to see him getting more games than this year but don’t think he is up to 60 games yet. We need an upgrade on Candeias, although I though Arfield played that position really well against Celtic. He didn’t hug the touch line which meant he couldn’t link up with Tav as well but he did play more central which means he can directly influence the game more. Also would like to see Middleton try that position a few games, think he could be deadly cutting onto his left foot. Finally if Morelos goes which I can’t see happening as I don’t think anyone will mast him our demands, but if he does then another 1st choice striker. I know we have Defoe but doubt he will manage even 40 games next year.

Alf made his hundred career goals last week, and he did it faster than any other player. He will screw the nut eventually and be one of the top strikers around. Time to ring fence or only sell if we can get BIG bucks and a sell on fee, and have a new replacement to improve and again sell on.

Don't disagree with what you and a lot of the pundits are saying. Which 3-4 players though, costing how much and where's the money coming from? (Season ticket money? Selling Alfredo? ) I ask because the only ones we're currently being linked with are frees or "prospects".

Zikos a CH ago replace katic? He is better than Goldson, I honestly don’t see what people see in Goldson yes he has had a few good games but we need better than him IMO.

Gannet10 tbh I have think goldson has been poor most of the season as well and has really only came onto a game beside big Katic. However Katic atm seems to need a bit of mentoring to improve his positional play. I see him getting caught out of position too often, also getting too close enabling forwards to roll him easily.
For those reasons I would like to bring in a more experienced CB to bolster the defence and also to help develop Katic.
If we make Katic first choice CB, yes I think he will turn out to be a first class defender but I also think he will cost us a lot of goals in the process and would like to lessen that if possible.
