Not sure but certainly in the past players like Mckay and McGregor went on loan and returned better players and stake first team places.

The reason I asked is that it shows that most of these players out on loan are there for a reason. Not many go away and come back and become a big part of the 1st 11.

McKay was a great example, came back firing, just shame he lost his head and faded away, such a promising talent wasted.

Bankie, McGregor I agree but McCorrie can't start, MCkay would be no where near this squad, so 2 in how many years. Lots of posts expecting loans coming back and going into the squad. Me I think the squad is top heavy as it is.
