I was just coming on the forum to post something similar, we can not lose out on this player. I agree he’s not walking into the first eleven but he’ll pick up game time and develop with better players and bigger games. He will improve our squad.

I’ve said this before, the lad Turnbull is going to be exceptional and I reckon we won’t be able to match the offers from down south. Would need to move fast as with every passing game his stock is rising as is the price.

There's no doubt david turnbull is a really good midfielder, who will get better, but i do honestly doubt he'd get into our current midfield. Who would you currently drop for him c-of-ibrox? For the record turnbull will never be head and shoulders above glen kamara mate! I have not a shred of doubt about that mate!

SC11 bold statement. The boy Turnbull is exceptional in a poor side who would improve ten fold in a better team like Kamara. Why will his development stop or not be on par or exceed Kamaras? Ask “your†Motherwell coach friend I’m pretty sure he’ll agree.

Coop, there's a reason why we managed to get Kamara for 50K and why the bidding for Turnball will probably start at 3-4 million. By the way they are both different styles who would be fantastic together. You are always on here asking about a number 10. Turnball would be perfect in that role. Rangers and Celtic have always creamed the top young Scottish talent and added some hidden gems from elsewhere and I am telling you, if we don't go for Turnball soon, THEY will and what a player we will lose.

I do think we should go for him. Loan him back and give them loan of 1-2 others too. This would lower his price in cash and give some fringe players SPL experience.
Like Docherty, Rossiter or Middleton for example.
