What an interesting and eye opening piece.
Well done! ?
It'll be interesting to see what unfolds in the next few days, following today's events.

Young Blue, yea, must agree with the other posters, this is a very well written piece, mate, take a bow my friend. Your piece covers everything I've been saying to my daughter's man (he is one of that lot). I've been saying it for years and years, since our trouble with the tax mob, so yea, well done again sir.

Great article & very well written. Lot of truths in there that usually get swept under the carpet.

Great post, but there is one thing I think is wrong, as I think you speak about Maeda being offside yesterday when the ball was played through and it didn't go to him, so it wasn't offside, unfortunately, mate. If I am wrong and that's not the offside you speak about, I apologise.
17 May 2026 10:06:46
Yep, YB, great write. I've mentioned in the past that the offside rule where a player stands offside and scores in same phase of play needs changed. Although I suspect he may have been classed as active if another team has scored against them at such a critical stage. I agree with everything there except removing trophies as they were won on the pitch. But I will add a few other points. The order of games at this split favoured time hugely, especially the home game at the end, despite not leading at the end of the 1st phase. The repeated invasion of the pitch. Not just this game, but their Motherwell game finished early too.
The cup final that they won v Hearts with half a team of players who weren't at the club for other rounds v a team set up for the Championship. All these points, you would think, would have other clubs concerned. Maybe they are starting to see it now since it is another team that have been seriously disadvantaged and not Rangers. When was the last time a dodgy decision cost them points in an important game? By the way, if you look at the league table since DR came in, they would have pipped us to the title by a single point, so shows how important decisions could have been for us if we didn't have such a bad start.
