Guys I've never hidden my admiration for the way Motherwell have dominated games most of the season under JBA. Appreciate there is still a lot of admiration for Rohl.
If we don't go for Jens in the summer - should we go for his back room staff and try and learn as much as possible from the system?
Sir Alex was a great example of a top manager who wasn't too proud to change his back room team and assistants regularly.

Good managers have been relegated before, Noodles. Also, you aren't giving any context other than he got relegated with a team. Did he get them promoted the year before, etc.
Conte, Klopp and Wenger got teams relegated. Would you take them as next Rangers manager, Noodles?

Storm, in all honesty I don't know who we should go for, mate. But I do like Thomas Frank and the Bodo manager and might get some stick but Graham Potter.

Zikos Motherwell could easily finish 5th in the league. In any other season, would you be wanting the next Rangers manager to have finished 5th in the SPFL?

I wouldn't put too much stock in the Motherwell manager, especially in a season where Celtic and Rangers were the worst in years, and his record is not great elsewhere.

Noodles, Thomas Frank is Russell Martin on steroids imo. Knutsen has knocked back more prestigious clubs than Rangers (consistent Champions League clubs) and Potter happy managing Sweden.

Penrith, he might finish 5th with the players and resources at his disposal at Motherwell. However, we have more resources and a better squad. I think he wins the league consistently with us.
At one point I'm sure for several games in a row he didn't have a CB available and has not had a recognised number 9 all season.
Most importantly, he has proven that he brings players up a level or 2. Every player in his team is currently playing the best football of their careers.
But that said, I still think Rohl will change it up in the summer. I personally don't think he likes the current system. He needs to play it because of the current squad. That will change in the summer, along with the playing style. Hopefully for the better.
My initial point was based more around coaching staff. And maybe we don't need to go for Jens to get his blueprints - maybe we could go for the back room staff instead.
