All this talk about Rohl getting the sack is wild. The short term memory of some of you lot is wild. The guy has inherited a shambles and (albeit briefly) took us to the top of the league. When it comes down to it, the players have proven time and time again they can't handle the pressure.
It's 100% a player problem. Plenty of us had the season written off in September. Rohl has managed to squeeze the best he possibly could out of this shower of losers. Give him a summer transfer window and a preseason then judge him from the first game next season.

Can you answer why we have no style of play under Rohl? Motherwell manager can do it with McGinn and O'Donnell. Why can't Rohl with the multi million £ players in the squad?

Across the city, Nancy's team looked like dropping points every time they played, and their mentality was utterly fragile.
Mon has changed that completely, and obviously installed some belief. His players now are still limited, but they are prepared to fight. Other managers have done the same, so it's far from impossible.
DR plainly doesn't inspire the team.

Orange, it also kind of answers how Carrick has done well at United (basically he has done what Tohl did when he first came in, made them harder to beat and get results whilst not playing exactly entertaining football).

For those who think it's 100% a player problem, I suggest you watch the Motherwell game again.
You will notice it's not just a player problem.
Reacts too slow to combat Motherwell tactics, always waits until half time. Can't change during the game. That's just for starters.

That can still be a player issue, Huistra.
Started Miovski, Aasgaard, Gassama, who all did a turn the previous week against Falkirk.
But were rank rotten against Motherwell.
Moore wasn't fit to start.
And brought on Tav, Aarons, Diomande, Barron, which doesn't exactly fill anyone with confidence.
Which left Souttar (out of sorts), Olsen (well, least said, better) and Antman (again, gulp) on the bench.
There is a lack of consistency from certain players that must be a nightmare to manage.

Rohl brought us back into contention from 15 points behind the league leaders, he's stumbled in the last 3 games. I feel the players are mostly to blame. We need stability at the club.
Orange T- Carrick has done well at Man Utd, but he is in 3rd place in his league, the same as we are in ours. ?

OrangeT, that's actually more of a fair comparison. Carrick has turned things around but the same was being said about Rohl until 2 weeks ago. Maybe the players weren't nearly as bad at United as people thought, and it was actually the manager's stubborn tactics. Our players are as bad as we say though and thank goodness they'll be gone soon.
