Didn't see the game Ed as I was travelling back from our game, consistency after a successful season does seem to follow Liverpool a bit, I like the two strikers they have brought in and have no doubts they will be good for the club in the long run but would it be fair to say the full backs at this point don't look like upgrades, and maybe short in depth in centre of defence and wide areas, often wonder if Van Dyk got a bad injury how that affects the team, midfield looks good I like Sobizlai and Curtis Jones, but maybe needing a more defensive option, think back to Fabinho and Henderson and the unsung jobs that they done, interested to hear your thoughts Ed.
{Ed001's Note - the full backs might be fine, if Slot played them to their strengths.
Virgil has been poor this season, needs to stop whining in the media and concentrate on answering the criticism on the pitch.
Defo needed more bite in midfield, it was an issue all last season and is even worse this season with Slot's decision to empty the midfield every time Liverpool get possession.
The biggest issue is the tactics. Apart from being incredibly boring to watch, they just don't suit the players.}

{Ed001's Note - I am currently undecided. My natural instinct is to be patient and give him time, but his decision to revert back to those idiotic tactics against Citeh makes me think he is not learning. So I am torn. It feels wrong to get rid after he won the league last season, but the football is dire.}

I honestly thought Slot was almost godlike last season, i'm shocked at the amount of unhappy fans now.
