I was all for him and backroom team as its staunch but nothing changed from pc. Possibly make them backroom team with good experienced manager.

A small bounce affect, then worse than before. He is experimenting with all the formations in the book, none very successfully. Being a Rangers legend and know what it means does not make you what we need, we need a proven manager who knows how to manage, a backroom set-up that works, board that does the right things, and a squad to compete on all fronts. Bring on next season and a new hope.

Considering his previous managerial exploits, I'm not sure how we could have expected anything other than what we're seeing.

GVB11 I'm a great believer in a new era a new direction. We need to get a new management team and not look back or inwards. I don't have the name but lots of guys in the know on this site know way more than I do about management and I respect their opinions.
Personally I'd like to hire a young foreign manager that knows European football and can inspire players to become better, I don't think we need a massive clear out but we do need change I just think we need a captain that can steady the ship so to speak.

100% made it worse still can't believe some fans wanted him as manager. A few people said he shouldn't have been put in this position and they were right. Can we just tell him to go and let the under 10s manage the last few games.

This was only a temporary arrangment unless he won every game and the EL. With this group of players that was impossible. BF as manager was 95% never going to happen. I've moved on to next season, everything that happens now is irrelevent. Would still like to gub them obviously.

He said during week he wasn't going to play youngsters just because their young but if they show up in training mabye, what are the others doing . Barry needs to put club first rather than his own ambitions and change this dross, his time would be better remembered for giving players a chance and being brave and dropping the usual suspects, this is just abysmal football.

Did it or does it matter. he was the interim manager and we had lost the league anyway. it was a cheap option for the club and they made much more from the qualification to the 1/ 4final of the EL than the cost of the management teams wages.
he may just be helping in a way as he will be able to shed light on those players who don't bleed for the club. yes there were fans saying he should be made manager as he was 'staunch' (OMG is that a reason to give anyone any job) . but that wasn't his fault. And in his position would you not hope to do well and have a chance to manage the club he obviously loves. give the guy a break.
