Well that's what you call aiming rollercoaster of a game last night
think if Dundee had got that 3rd goal the game might have been gone, most likely actually.
But what a turnaround you have to hand it to Barry for making the changes but for me it's his passion on the sidelines shouting and yelling instructions at them let's be honest he really shouldn't have to stand their for 90 plus minutes shouting at thus group of players their all professional footballers and know how to play the game and they know fine well what's expected of them they let him down and thr fans down in their first half performance
But with the continuous passion from Barry on the sidelines not giving up not giving them a second he kept on them telling them what to do and finally we get a tune out them and we get the goals to turn the match around
If he had sat back in the dug out the players wouldn't have turned that around last night I'm 100% convinced on that.
It's another win and comeback with the correct changes and Barry having to practically kick every ball from the sidelines to get the players fired up you have to surely give him some credit let's remember its not his team and this team have it in them to lose these bloody matches which they have shown for the past good few years hence why we find ourselves in the position we do in the league.
Whether you, Me or the club want or don't want BF as manager ill tell you what the next guy better have the same passion and be able to stand on the sidelines and be prepared to do what Barry Ferguson done last night any new manager better not just sit back and watch a defeat unfold.

TBH, I'm not for Barry getting the job next season, but things have certainly improved with him in charge. I just wish the club had sacked Clement in November.

Barry Ferguson will have us 20 points behind Celtic next Xmas again. This is another player bounce which is already showing signs it's ready to crack. Rangers are only Rangers by name at present. I honestly think Bilbao will hammer us both legs.

Unfortunately I think setting up with a back three was the biggest issue.
Jose has shown the blueprint for how to beat it and we haven't had the time on the grass for the players to understand how to adapt within it.
Certainly can't fault the Coach for his passion or how quickly he changes things - just wish we had players on the pitch who could change things in game.

As soon as B Ferguson got the gig, I posted straight away that we better strap ourselves in as it's going to be some ride!
Yes, there's passion, Stig, but there's obviously a helluva lot of naivety which is only natural.
There are a number of things wrong with us which are glaringly obvious!
1. Tav is done! Yes, he scored, but he is done, and was to blame for their first goal. Also, a blind man can see his legs are gone the way he struggled to track back at times when the broke upfield at speed.
2. Our full defence is woeful! I don't need to add to that!
3. Without Cerny we have zero creativity! Although, everything will be OK because apparently M Boyle might be arriving! ??
4. Diomonde should be renamed Diremonde when it comes to games outwith Europe and against the tims!
5. Butland! Nuff said!
There's plenty needing fixed, but I still believe Ferguson is not the man to do that.

It's not a player bounce its the players who can't find the energy to turn up and need the manager to be shouting and holding their hand throughout a game.
We just need better players can't say Barry will have us 20 points behind them next season that's just BS.

ill reiterate we need a better calibre of player willing to do the dirty work when it's required players willing to turn up and do a job and not when they fancy it.

Go jack i tend to agree think our problem is the mid season appointments and wasting the new manager bounce on n seasons that are already gone look at clement start gained what like 5 points imagine if that was a 5point lead going into jan window instead of a closing gap in season already gone the confidence it would give squad alone could be enough to see us over the line in a season beale got it so did gio as did clement and now fergie but its wasted on a season already gone every time.

GoJack, because changing from a back 3 gave us the platform to improve how we played from middle to front - which was pretty effective.
It didn't miraculously improve the quality of decision making at the back - that said, it did give our backline fewer decisions to make.

Barry started the wrong formation a blind man could see that but not go Jack ?.
Go Jack it was obviously better because we won the game we weren't winning anything with 3 at the back.
It is a manager bounce 100% don't know how you can't see stig.
We appoint Barry full time manager he will be sacked before Xmas and they will be a few told you so posts on here from people that can obviously see BF isn't the man to take us forward if the takeover goes ahead.

Storm we've already sacked managers before Barry
it's the players we have not turning up at certain games and what ever else you want to call it.
No manager will win the league with the same group of players next season.
Why is that BF fault?
How do we know with a fee better Calibre of players BF and team can't get a winning run going in the league how so we know he can't do it .
He's never managed a proper squad of players before just the same as Gerrard hadn't why is he any different.
Just because you think he's a bad manager doent make it so.
Until he's given a proper rubbish wirh a decent squad of players we will never know the answer.
Same way we will never know if klopp could win the league with this group of players.
Certain ones have continously let everyone down over the course of a season.
We won't see any progress until certain ones moved on and we see some quality in the squad over various positions.
Barry has same chance as anyone else at this moment in time.

This is on the players, not starting with the correct mentality. I disagree, I think Barry would have us challenging. I love his no nonsense approach and how quickly he makes big decisions to change it when its not working.

The big problem with it is that Balogun is uncomfortable as aright footer playing on the left of the three. Easy solve play Nsiala in that position .

Yes we beat Celtic and the Turkish mob with 3 at the back we also got beat at home of the Turkish mob with 3 at the back one formation is not suited to play every team. How do fans not understand that? It's not rocket science.

Correct, we did win two games playing 3 at the back - but that doesn't make it a magic formula that guarantees success.
Away to Fener and Celtic it worked as we were happy to surrender possession, crowd the midfield and we had Cernys footballing brain up top.
Dundee pretty much copied Jose's template to almost beat us and I expect most other teams will do the same - unless we can adapt.
