I think your right fork as Propper got booked on the 20th game then he does not get suspended. I think i read that if you get 6 yellows in the first 19 games then you get suspended and same for the last 19 games.

6 cards in the first 18 league games for suspension, Propper was booked after the 18th game, seemingly he'll not be suspended until he gets another 6 bookings in remaining league games.

SKY Sports didn`t know that any suspensions trigger a week after the 6th booking so Propper would not miss the Thursday night game (Dundee) but rather the Sunday game against St Johnstone, once again demonstrating their lack of knowledge and interest in the Scottish game.
Not sure about all the stuff about the number of games played, nobody seems to understand the SFAs rules on that one.
