it is only an excuse if it is given to remove blame from someone and that doesn't seem to be the case. so I suggest that they are reasons or explanations in the response to the accusations against the club.

I’m with My star in this, difficult enough to get players you want in January, get the situation with injuries at the moment but with the situation in the league and possibly the managers position after this season then it might be better that we wait, also need to try and offload some players.
