Yes Rangers should have won, not a penalty for me, our away results are killing us!
I still think our performances have improved recently, and once our defense is sorted, we should get even better.
Some players need moved on, and some needed in maybe 4 or 5, but for me no sacking our manager till end of this season, if required!

It was a debatable decision but unfortunately it went against us, that decision isn’t the reason we dropped more points on the road. We have been atrocious away from home all season not a blip an embarrassing trend.

while i totally respect your opinion asa, always have actually unlike another i don't consider your input more informed or knowledgable on football than a few others here, esp the one or two who have played professionally, what i'm interested in is just why you have always been against clement as rangers manager, he clearly has a plan and has signed a contract to see that plan through m they couldn't have mad3 it any clearer that his remit was and is “ a different remit to what a normal rangers manager might expect “ ie,
a total revamp of the way the club operates from youth level
a total revamp of the wage bill and contracts management
a rangers team that becomes self sufficient while competing in europe and at home
while we aren't close to celtic in league points we gave shown on a few occasions we have a team very much capable of beating celtic and competing in europe, and this while many millions have been cut from the wage bill, i respect your business acumen, i also believe tgere are football people here too who can just about see what's happening.

ASA I might be wide off the mark here but I’m guessing you don’t rate Clement much ? whilst I agree the buck does stop with the manager I don’t think it always necessarily should. I think on Sunday the buck should have stopped at the players. Clement had his tactics spot on and we got into a comfortable lead and the players should have seen that out.

Asathor; you say the buck stops with the manager I can see improvements all over the pitch but not at the back, we played well yesterday going forward scored three good goals and that should be enough to win the game but when you have a left back playing right back a right back playing CB a defence with no height and a keeper who is not commanding his area this is what happens, PC doesn’t pick his defence the availability of players picks that and until we strengthen our squad especially at the back this will keep happening no matter who the manager is but over last two months I can see the team bonding together and if we can fix our defence we could have a decent team.

It’s up to the manger to manage the players. He can’t keep getting away with this type of away form because he’s on a “ rebuild “ why is the defence so poor at defending set pieces? What do they work on in training? Hibs made a come back because they wanted it more and we took our foot of the gas once we put 2 past them. Penalty or no penalty we should have won that game but we let them back into it and gave them all the encouragement they needed.

Tom i respect your opinion and not once have i claimed to me more informed or knowledgeable but to answer your questions is simple.
All 3 are being expected of Nils Koppen.
Clement is being asked to manage the Squad provided.
I was a supporter of Clement and i am gutted it has worked out this way but ultimately it has not worked well.

Azul: you can’t just coach a left back to play rb or a RB to play CB if that was the case you wouldn’t have to buy a player for a set position you’d just buy a player and coach him into the position you wanted, we need two no nonsense CBs in days gone past we always had a good defence and keeper then built the team around them you can’t say that defence yesterday was solid and the keeper didn’t cover himself in glory.

every employee has a remit
at this moment in time it appears clement is fulfilling that remit, , if we get into champions league play offs and wins scottish cup he will be doing well in his remit, , thems the facts, we cannot take fully fit players for granted, we have suffered serious ill fortune with injuries, otherwise we would be taking shape more.

It is still early in the rebuild and I am sure from your experience with Brann you will agree I hope that it can take a while for new managers to get things right especially with eh squad and money provided. so interested in your insight on what the difference is between between PC and your experience with Horneland.

No one team will always beat another all the time . Thursday was DC first win against Celtic in the 7 times we have played Celtic since he became our manager . Unless DC’s Rangers wins at least 2 of the next 3/ 4 ties against Celtic we cannot claim to be better than them . Thursday last we outplayed them completely but that isn’t much use unless we can back it up . In two games previously and one game since we dropped 7 pts in 4 games . Celtic dropped just 3 and so increased their lead.

We have struggled away from home all season, this wasn’t a one off due to defensive injuries the problem is more deep rooted. The players should take more responsibility? what does that mean. The buck stops with the manager, he motivates, selects the team and picks the tactics.
