Collum was a terrible referee but is a very decent guy, I know him well. I don't believe him to be a cheat in any way, he was just dreadful. I applaud his transparency and quickness to call out the shameful decision making. Connor and Muir should be immediately sacked. Connor I believe to be motivated by his loyalty to the local team.
This is a major embarrassment for the Scottish game and has genuinely cheated us out a trophy and the momentum associated. I hope we don't let this rest. Sporting Integrity was always the priority wasn't it?
We see you.

Ibrox the only way the apology will mean anything is if these parasites are removed from Scottish football. I think the audio is quite telling.
19 Dec 2024 16:10:39
These old firm games need officials from outside Scotland.
19 Dec 2024 16:44:15
Yes Mark var officials, not a man that many say has a season ticket for the piggery, really don't care what others are saying we we're cheated on Sunday that is and can be my only explanation, others seen it on TV but we have officials that can see it from every angle and still get it wrong, nope cheating involved.
19 Dec 2024 17:30:22
The audio actually makes it worse for them. There is a point when there is a brief silence at the same time the end of the sequence is shown. They're already trying to justify the incident being outside and have made their call before the final shot appears showing clear and unequivocal evidence that the shirt pull continues over the line and into the box. To be fair to Collum he does mention this in his summation. Blatant cheating and I'm 200% sure that if this had happened at the other end a pen would have been given. It beggars belief that we are supposed to believe this is a genuine mistake because it is as far away from that as the width of the Clyde.
19 Dec 2024 17:40:33
My star I wouldn't call it cheating because if we get to that stage the games a boggie but I do think the 2 involved should never be in a position to affect a game again with var.
19 Dec 2024 17:47:42
100% mark.
19 Dec 2024 18:22:28
Why has all the decisions went against Rangers in these games since var then ows? so they can see it from every angle and still get it wrong when it was a simple decision, not for me.
19 Dec 2024 18:53:42
Does anyone think we should be looking to have officials from outside Scotland at old firm games from next season on? Is that allowed?
19 Dec 2024 19:01:43
Gollum also states that the ref wouldn’t have even been called over to the monitor and that the decision should have been completely overturned there and then. Sacking them wouldn’t even offer me the slightest bit of comfort. Won’t change the outcome but this can’t go on.
19 Dec 2024 19:03:17
Don't know for definite if allowed, but it could work.
19 Dec 2024 19:57:25
How can Collum say that Cernys foot being on the line was irrelevent and that watching the tug was the important thing to see that it took place in the penalty area, Cernys foot being on the line was the proof that the tug was inside the box.
Collum thinks that him having his wee TV show and coming out every Monday apologising to some club or other shows that he is improving things. All it is doing is showing us what we all know, that the refs are incompetents and as an incompetent ref himself he is incapable of driving the improvements that are desperately needed . That role as head of refs should have gone to someone from out with Scottish refereeing circles and put an end to the old pals act .
19 Dec 2024 19:58:55
The ref is a rangers fan never heard you call that out ever Mystar.
19 Dec 2024 19:59:29
Mark and what happens if they make a mistake?
19 Dec 2024 20:21:31
So what strom maybe a Rangers fan but he has gave us many wrong decisions and I'd prefer he had nothing to do with Rangers games, but that is a tim on var helping his side out can't you even see the difference here?
19 Dec 2024 20:54:38
Overcompensating? ?.
19 Dec 2024 21:22:52
Unless he doesn't know the rules then that is what he has done.
19 Dec 2024 21:32:46
Fork, I’ve always felt this. That he tries to prove he’s not a Rangers fan. He’s an absolute train wreck of a referee.
19 Dec 2024 21:59:57
Yup been thinking that a while Ibrox??.
19 Dec 2024 22:20:53
what rubbish. I didn't like Collum as a ref but at least he is trying to be transparent here and facing up to what he knows was a terrible decision which he can't do anything about. he is saying the pull is the most important thing in this and that "regardless, the fact it's on the line this should be considered as a penalty kick". what is wrong with that.
so how do you decide if a fan of any side will overcompensate for being a fan of that club. that is what the process needs to overcome. aside form this terrible decision all of the others have been subjective so are those decisions wrong or in the eyes of the law correct but we don't agree with them.
19 Dec 2024 22:22:35
Same and he shouldn't be allowed to do a Rangers match.
19 Dec 2024 22:38:46
Storm, I can take a mistake, but that was no mistake on Sunday. We were robbed.
20 Dec 2024 05:57:26
Angus was talking about on general terms not in relation to the var incident, if you noticed I posted "no blame whatsoever with Beaton" yesterday. Horse off high, and all that tyvm??.
20 Dec 2024 12:16:46
Correct Mark. No mistake, and I don't say that lightly. Their media onslaught has worked a treat.
20 Dec 2024 20:35:41
cheers Fork.
