best to get behind the team now Instead of all the bashing. yes it's close to being dire, but sacking the manager is not on financially even though it seems that is what is the order of the day. This is when the club needs its fan base to come together in the stands . just like we did in 2012 and all through the lower leagues - now that was Dire. At the end of the day we need a goalscorer who changes games and an Inside man who also scores goals when the going is getting tough. Our manager must learn to change the system on the fly if its not working . even if it means sticking Tav on as a striker . lol . obviously joking. get behind the team - The opposite is not an option .

Everyone is raging, but we all know deep down the club cannot afford to sack PC.
We can’t even fill the empty vacancies .

Come Thursday, we shall cheer on the boys in blue and pray that we can get a result.

So what do we do with a manager who is stubborn and set in his ways and won't change the system plays players out of position.

Can`t compare this to 2012, people backed the club then, everyone knew the team would be affected by what happened which was out with their control . Now we have a situation created by management at all levels and some very poor players who don`t seem to give a toss. The fans worked harder than most of the players yesterday. Your post just gives two reasons why we shouldn`t back the manager, stubborn in his commitment to a system that is not working and huge gaps in key positions in the squad which he has allowed to happen on his watch.
I`ve been a supporter of the CLUB for over 60 years and will continue to do so but supporting this dreadful team and manager is a lot harder given how poor they are and how far down they are dragging our club.

I will support the team on the park as always but have no faith in Clemont or some of this squad.

Are you actually being serious with this post Deecee? We are supposed to get behind a team who served up that dross yesterday and have on more than a few occasions. We have 1 away goal and that puts us joint bottom in the league. Think it's pretty clear that the manager has us playing some horrid football and the worst I've seen in ages or the players are just not doing what he asks.

A manager who refuses to drop Tav after many poor performances and then comes out to publicly criticise Kasa after failing to step up. That's what we have to get behind is it? Well sorry but it's a no from me until they actually show me they deserve it and at least give us effort.

The upcoming window is the most important window he needs to find central midfielder who can take the game by the scruff of the neck and dictate the pace of the game Barron isn’t experienced enough for that and Diomande isn’t good enough, and a Striker who can link play between midfield and attack Dessers doesn’t do that he can’t hold the ball up and is far to easy to defend against link McCoist said on talk sport we ha no spine to our team.

Can cheer as much as we want but if the manager doesn’t change the system or tippy tappy passing between CBs then nothing will change.

Midfielders, Robertson, Nsio, Mcinally, Scott, McClure throw in Lowery, Mckinnon, why buy anyone else? ?.

21 Oct 2024 14:45:05
I'd like to see some of the B team having a go, but they'd be too fast for clements style of play!

Why bring on another full back yesterday and push Tav forward one. We all can see he isn’t the same player, he was always a bad defender but would score goals as a positive. Why constantly play Dowell? Surely we must have a young talent that could offer more. Why not move Barjami in when Lawrence went off? And then replace with Jefte/ McCausland on the wing?

SXMCCR. My only reasoning is that he had 2 subs left and we were okay in defence on the day in most parts but struggling to do anything in forward areas. He had Kasa, McKinnon, Dowell, McCausland and Fraser left on the bench. So he brings on the experience of Dowell (yes I don't understand that either) and wanted Tav in forward areas as he is probably one of the better crossers of the ball. So bring in Kasa and push Tav forward. He probably should have just taken off Lawrence and Cerny and put on McCausland and who other than Dowell I don't know. Due to injuries our bench is light. Not saying any of that is true or likely but I can only get my head around it by that. if he had done the other and right on McCausland and 1 other of the young forward players then would we now not be arguing why he left Tav on at RB.

SXM, why put an unfit mcausland on the bench than a fit kid.

this tippy tappy between back 4 has been with us far longer than clement. we have for years been two slow going forward. we used to be reknown for our counter attacks now it takes more time to get out of our box that it does for the retreating attackers to get back into theirs. but as i said this has went on for years.

Fork we need a bit of experience in middle of park, barron/ dio getting walked all over most games. We need someone that can control the tempo of the game in there, not sure any those names can mate.

Gotta try BB, u don't get gd players if u don't promote them, I'd put raskin in CM.
