I've no idea how good or not Malmo are, so I'm hopeful more than confident for tonight. My big concern is our midfield gets outnumbered too easily and better teams will exploit that. I'd take a point now if offered and hoping we play well to build on the last couple of results.

Agreed, coming away with a point would be a good result tonight.
Last time we met them however in the CL qualifiers, it was early doors for us in our season whilst they had been playing away in their league for months.
No excuses for either side tonight so hoping we get something positive from the match up.

They have a decent team and a good few players that walk into our team ows, but we'd have more that walk straight into theres, draw would be a good result, a win is certainly not out the question though.

If folk want us to have a run in europa league this year then teams like malmo we should be comfortably beating.

Think on paper rangers have the better team. But malmo being so deep in to their season and also with the confidence of winning the league may make it a bit more even.

One Walter, if you want to know how good they are, then check our last 4 results against them in recent years.

We need to target some wins in these away games because we have some big hitters to come like Lyon at Ibrox and two big EPL clubs. I would go 4-3-3 at the start tonight with Sterling, Barron and Diomande as the three. Try to keep it tight, get a bit of control and attack from there.

It's a 50/ 50 game imo, they probably edge it because of how far into there season they are, however we are usually more suited to European football so I'll go 0-1 diomande.

Kingulster the same as Man U should be beating malmo ?.

King - Malmo are no mugs and we are not at their level yet imo - I would be happy to see us competing first and foremost in this competition - we have no given right to beat anyone at moment therefore giving a good performance is paramount in my way of thinking and any results thereafter will be what they will be -we as a club are in major transition therefore our expectations should seriously reflect that imho and we need to get real and not have any arrogance about where we are in the food chain at present - allow our team and club to gel first before we decide who we SHOULD beat and most of all fully support the change we can start to see - a change that had been required on and off pitch for many many years (that is what has held us back and hamstrung us for so long) Keep the faith?.
