Lots and lots of chat about Sterling getting a start at RB.
However given how poor Tav has been without Sterling getting many, if any, minutes at RB and that we've signed additional cover for RB (when we were screaming out for additional cover elsewhere) - I think it's safe to assume he's not as good a RB as so many seems to think.
Hopefully Kasanwirjo can make the position his.

Ehl he's a very good footballer and think he's playing without confidence. He's had 1 bad game and everyone seems to have turned on him a little bit of a shame tbh.

Kasanwijro seems to me like he’d be similar to sterling in the fact he’s a defender first. Where as ridvan, jefte and tavs strengths are going forward. I assume this is what clement prefers which is why I also find the signing of kasanwijro odd when there is sterling to play that role but I haven’t seen him play before, maybe he is offensive.

That’s a mental conclusion to make mate, I think fair to assume that as none of us have really seen him at right back we have no idea how good he is at that position.
I’d also say it’s a fair conclusion that Tav is un-droppable and regardless of how bad he is (and he’s awful) PC does not have the mental strength to drop him in favour of Sterling.

Sterling's best position is as a fullback in my opinion, not many wide players get the better of him, he's very good at winning the ball up against them.

He's not a rw or cm, done not a bad job at cb when asked but really feel fullback is his strongest position.

MyStar, not disagreeing that RB or RCB in a back 3 are his strongest position.
Just think that there may be a bit of Hagi-syndrome in that the longer he doesn't get a game as RB the better he seems to become in a lot of posters minds, only it's multiplied tenfold given how poor Tav has been at times.

Its never in doubt that sterling is quicker, stronger and a better defender than tav. Its just clement prefers fullbacks to support attack which is the only part that tav is better at.

I like Sterling and definitely not turning on him but the games he has looked worse was the one or two he played right back. He may well have to play left back on Thursday and I have no worries about him. He's been short of minutes and a bit short of form that's all.

Tav the only player who has created any goals for us this season need a replacement if even not at right but somewhere on the pitch to help out with assists no creativity.
