I'll just bring something up which should be fairly obvious to most, when judging players ability/ potential and judging new signings etc it's very hard to show anything playing in a poor team. Until we are playing decent football and playing with confidence then it's hard for players to show their worth. Time for Clement and coaching staff to make it happen, hard work on the training ground will hopefully pay off.
