Sam edozie ageing a loan (with an option to buy) to Anderlecht now. Here's hoping that's not a regret for us as I think he'd have been a better option from the bench at the weekend. I think McAusland is a good home based option on the right, but he was very poor playing off the left sadly.
Also hoping we can strengthen midfield before tomorrow's euro deadline, but that's looking less likely given the rumours seem to have stopped.

Scott Wright was a better option than Matondo and McCausland.

Until guys like matondo leave we won't replace him. Liked the look of edozie too.

I don’t think Scott Wright proved to be a player to be relied upon, he had his chances. Can still see the ball rolling under his foot.

McCausland in his first season in the first team, had more goals and assists last season than Wright an experienced pro. so to say Wright is better than him is a nonsense. The boys attitude and work rate put those around him to shame on Sunday, he was still trying when a lot of them had chucked it.
His pressing won the ball to put Dessers clean through with a chance to get us back to 2-1 which he sclaffed. He also managed to bring out one of only two decent saves Schmeichel had to make (the other was from Tav) . Maybe other more experienced and expensive forwards should be taking stick on here not one of our own who did more in 45 mins than any of them did over the full 90.

think it is the 6th.

Wright was better than no one in that team.

WSL both Tavs shot and McCauslands shot were straight at the keeper, hardly good saves.
Sure Tavs shot might have beaten Butland but that's only because he can't save low shots at his feet.

so Ally how did Butland save the deflection off Propper. If you can't get low then a reactions save is less likely to happen.

I'm afraid he is stromtrooper1. Just like many players we've let go.

If irs correct Southampton wanted a 2m loan fee and all his wages covered it was not affordable and the club were right to pull out.

Rangers
That's claptrap. Scott Wright now gone thankfully because he was most ineffective player in squad.
