Iv read a few posts suggesting boycotting games or merchandise to protest against the board in particular. Like many I'm so frustrated by the club but if we boycott all that does is reduce an important revenue stream the club desperately need also the players especially the new and younger ones need the fans to back them otherwise a slow process of the club getting back to winning trophies will only take longer and ask fans to bear that in mind. Remember as a club we are stronger together.

We need to increase revenue so boycotts will only help one team in Glasgow! We need to stay strong here! I say give PC chance to turn this around . That game on Sunday was always going to be too early in season! Can't keep changing managers! Fans need to support team better! Cause we pay money doesn't mean we and shout and bawl whatever we like! Try encouraging players not groan at ever misplaced pass!

Stop it Garry we don't want that sensible attitude spreading ?.

You should half heartedly support the team. It's at times like this we, as fans, need to step up.
Yes, we can criticise the team constructively.
Though the straits be broad or narrow, follow we will,
Follow we will, follow we will,
If the straits be broad or narrow, follow we will,
We will follow in the footsteps of our team. [God bless them]
Follow follow, we will follow Rangers,
Everywhere, anywhere,
We will follow on,
Follow follow, we will follow Rangers,
If they go to Dublin we will follow on.
For there's not a team like the Glasgow Rangers,
No not one, and there never shall be one,
Celtic know all about their troubles,
We will fight till the day is done.
For there's not a team like the Glasgow Rangers,
No not one, and there never shall be one!

How much time do you give PC, I think the average time any manager spends at a club is roughly 3 years, PC is almost a third into that and we ain't improved 1 bit, he's been here a year and you can probably count on 1 hand how many games we have played excellent. I know he won't get the sack but I feel with him in charge we will regress further than what we already have.

We are almost year into PC, s tenure with no apparent improvement not for sacking him but how long do you persevere the current situation, have players brought in likely to turn a profit don't hold out a lot of hope on that front.

King, what did gerrard win after year one? Or 2.

Kingandulster, Clement hasn't even had a full year yet, he's had two windows, neither with any decent transfer budget, so how can you judge him that harshly . He won the league cup, dragged us back to the top of the league from 8 points behind with the same players that got Beale the sack, lost in the Scottish Cup final due to a bad refereeing decision and a mistake by our best player.
He also qualified from the top of our Europa Group and only lost narrowly to Benfica over two legs. We beat Betis away and got a good draw in Lisbon and even this season in the CL, we got a great draw "away" against Kyiv and only lost at "home" after the worst ordering off decision you've ever seen reduced as to 10 men. The guy is a good manager, it's whether he has the players now to compete that is in question.
Fans wanted change, the old guard gone, well he has mostly done that but hasn't been given the finances to replace them. Who do you think we could attract as a new manager if he goes? Come manage Rangers, we've no money and we are up against rivals who do, but second to them is unacceptable and you will be sacked if you can't beat them, and by the way our last three managers have all lasted a year or less. Even McInnes might turn that down.

Were you singing songs and stepping up when you wanted MB sacked?
04 Sep 2024 17:35:41
Think with the way things are going and the general feeling amongst fans he could be gone by end be of year.
Not saying I want that to happen but definitely a possibility.
Has to be a marked improvement and results with him also being able to adapt to beat them.
04 Sep 2024 17:55:56
PC gets at least this season but has to show the team are improving and find a way to beat the other mob otherwise he's going to find it impossible to silence the more vociferous fans unfortunately if you can't beat your main rival then he's no use to the club imo but I. ll back him as long as he's our manager.

MPH, the words have been changed for some people to "Unless we go to Hampden, we will follow on "

Good post wsl.

King,
That's helluva downbeat post. OK we got rubbed by Tim's but team overall nowhere near regressed. I'll say strategy, inexperience overall helped in downfall Sunday, but actually feel overall play much improved. If we sell dross by say another CH, class winger and another RB to push Tav out door I'll be happy.

I agree we just can’t keep changing managers every year. If I could see a positive pattern of play emerging would back them to the hilt but the look like a team of individuals going nowhere no fight.
