Been saying it since January, Clement is taking us backwards . The signings he has made, have made the team weaker, can't understand fans saying he is a good manager,
It's time to go back to signing Scottish players . Cameron - Dundee. Watson - Killie Miller - Motherwell. Clement keeps bringing in foreign duds. Propper yesterday caused first goal and is slower than me.
Let's get back to the bread and butter, SPFL comes first, buy players that have experience in this league. Danilo. dessers. Cortez. Igname, Cerny. jefte, Nsiala. some signed this summer and not been seen since, Clement said in January he would only be signing players that go straight into the first team, well where are they?
No Structure, signing policy all over the place, team set up not working . The manager is out his depth . Bring in a scottish manager. bring in McInnes who will steady the ship . Has beaten Rangers and Celtic in the last season with no transfer budget.

Got to give the man till January at least, if the team is no further forward then most fans will want change and the board will have a decision to make, the man said about November to have the team gelled and playing how he wants, doubtful just now agreed but a few players to come into team and hopefully a hell of lot work on training field, he has a couple of big decisions to make starting with our captain and formation.

If Clement is to either walk or get his marching orders then we are talking about another re build. How do we sell all these players and replace them with. Scottish players who know the league? How long will that take? Any new manager that comes in then is inheriting an even bigger mess. Which will take another. Several windows to fix. Either way it’s going to be a major project. No quick fix to this unfortunately.

Just as easy to list Scottish players we have signed that didn't make the cut.
There's no shortcut or miracle cure.
We've signed a lot of players with potential to develop, identified by people in the game with a proven track record of spotting talent.
We now need to give them time to develop under the guidance of coaches with. a track record of developing players.
Or we can continue to throw the baby out with the bath water time and time again.

There needs to be no knee jerk reaction - times will be tough but sack the man and we just go further back - several players to come in yet and us to see best team on park yet - let's judge things in pragmatic manner when the team is settled and gets good run in league and Europe - then and only then do the board have a decision to make?BTW the abuse players have taken is obscene and these culprits are not decent Rangers fans - remember we are all hurting.

We won’t win anything under PC however, we need stability for a few seasons so we simply cannot sack him.
I hope to see some sort of improvements over the next 18/ 24 months but I’m not expecting any trophy’s.

If we sack him just now, we won't be here in January, we will be bankrupt, I agree that he is not showing enough for the money he's being paid, I said in another forum, just look at the big strides Aberdeen's New Manager has made thus far, it shouldn't take so called good players months to adapt to a system, that's if we actually have one. We cannot watch this slide continuing for much longer as we would be in danger of not qualifying for Europe next season which would be a financial disaster for our Club, time to smell the coffee.

We need to manage our expectations. We are building and getting rid of high earners. It will take time. A few losses yet to come. Second best until we get there. Clement needs time but I fear he won't get it. Fans want instant success. Defeat to Celtic is unacceptable and therefore no time will be given I'm afraid. But time is what is needed with a realisation that we will win little until then.

EHL spot on! Unfortunately for us to get the better of them we need to approach things with more of a medium to long term plan which Clement has talked about. I would like to have seen us sign one or two Scottish players particularly Miller I think this was one we could have pushed the boat out on.
Whatever we do our recruitment needs to be aligned to a plan of how we want to play as a team and what our DNA is. The other mob have that and although Rodger’s is more possession based than Ange they have similar styles. They struck gold in the Asian markets and before that had worked well in identifying young French talents like Eduouard and Ntcham. Our recruitment has been a reflection of whoever has been the manager and that needs to change.
These new players do need more time and PC does too although supporters are right to be concerned as he is not helping himself with some of his comments and tactics.
The wage bill being reduced was the most pressing target and I think we’ve done well with that.
I firmly believe all remaining high earners should be moved on over next two windows and I’m sure that will be the goal.

I seem to remember a lot of angry celtic fans who wanted big ange sacked at the start of his tenure. Saying he was taking the club backwards and he didn't understand Scottish football and they had no identity.
I also remember celtic fans last year saying the same about Brenda.
We need to stick with clement. He has a proven track record of 4 titles and isn't a silly man.
Last year up until March we were saying we were so glad we had a proper manager.
Stevie G got time. But it appears no one else is allowed the same.

McInnes haha, give him time . This isn't a quick fix. This season has to set us up for a few signings next summer and a push for the league. That's reality. If you don't like it that's tough unfortunately.

We can't keep sacking managers or moving them on, it's not cost effective and stupid. Our team is and has been gash, everyone and their granny crying out for a rebuild, that's ongoing and will take time, but just sack the gaffer, pay him and his staff off, absolutely nuts just nuts.

Sign Scottish players ~I give you Scott Wright and Jordan Jones. There are no guarantees that any player will be able to live with the expectations of Rangers fans and the pressure they put on the team.
If the fans start calling for Clement's head I hope the board keep their nerve and keep him as Celtic did with Ange and Brendan. This is a medium to long-term rebuild and to expect the team that some thought were rubbish at Motherwell and Hearts would beat Celtic is beyond belief; due to a 6-0 win at RC.
There does now seem to be a strategic plan in place, which means hopefully when we next change manager the strategy and playing style won't change resulting in less need for a complete rebuild. If you want instant success go and support them, if you love Rangers support the team and every player and perhaps that extra confidence might make them play better. Been through the really dark times in the 70s and this isn't as bad as that.

We will stick with him for the time being, results will need to improve, can see the board trying to give him as much time as they can but it’s a results driven business. Only my opinion I can’t see the fans accepting being a poor 2nd to them, and if it does not improve then he will be off like previous managers as that’s the way it is like it or not.
I don’t buy into this he won’t be sacked because of the financial ramifications, if it gets bad then what choices do the board have, run the risk of fans demonstrating outside! Not saying that would happen but we have all seen it before.
Yes and then someone would have to come in and work with his players but that’s happened with the last few managers anyway.
Having said all that I hope he can turn it around.

so you are saying that if Beale was still there we would have won the cup Dado? we were already in a downwards spiral. and for the people saying Gerrard won a league and stopped them winning. actually it was Lennon that gifted us the league along with not having toxic fans in the stadium. how many games did we win with late goals, that wouldn't have happened with fans in because we would have been on the teams back from the minute the whistle blew for second half.
