And would he not see that Tav completely lacks leadership qualities, is way past his footballing peak and needs to be dropped?

We need to stick with Clement. Our club has needed an overhaul at playing level for years and every manager who has come in has only been interested in short term success to stay in a job. PC has put his reputation on the line to try to do what is best for the club longer term and I applaud him and thank him for it. This won’t be a popular opinion but there you have it. It is the only thing that I can cling to in order to ease the pain of today’s capitulation.

I was all for clement but some serious questions need asked of him
Mismangament of players wanting away his lack of tactical changes in games its like we are glued to this formation
Is he really that arrangonat thinking we could win that game today and go toe toe with them not a chance that was going happen with this squad.
I think we mite end up needing a manager in that actually nos this leauge a bit closer to home
Cause this is a mess rite now.
A don't even trust him to spend money if we ever get wasting money on igmane and bajrami there is more postion in teams need sorting before there not money well spent in my eyes.

I’ve not called him for him to go but a few things are really concerning for his longevity as Rangers manager.
His inability to take Tav out the team and play Sterling or another option at right back.
Having an identity and a team that fights on the pitch.
His inability to beat Celtic or even give them a game.
The fans realise that we are behind them financially but we watch lesser teams than us throughout the season giving them a harder game and figuring out a structure to play against them.
He’s not got 4 years to get this right more like a number of months in my opinion as the fans will turn.

I wouldn’t get rid of clement at all. However my 1st choice was always Knutsen, however I was happy with the PC appointment.
