Not particularly worried about CF position. Last year we had CD9 on his own most of the season. If Danilo can stay fit and with Igamane as cover we will be much stronger there this season.
All our other forward areas give me the fear. Only Cortes in wide positions is good enough and he is hardly a proven player. Matondo, Wright, Mccausland nowhere near good enough.
Number 10 is just as bad, Cantwell is only one who has contributed anything really. Hagi, Lawrence and Dowell again not good enough.
I wish people could look beyond their obsession with Dessers and see where we are really lacking.
I am also concerned by PC comments, it's ok to say we need to sell before we buy but saying that he was effectively lied to by the club shows not all is well.

Excellent news, can only get better. 22 goals in his 1st season is excellent. Maybe he can take penalties.

Tommy none of the strikers that you mention have proved themselves yet as prolific for us.
I don’t think we have enough currently at striker position.
Very difficult to get a real good yin in the door, realistically looking at 6 or 7 million fee.
Well documented that we don’t have the money until we move players on, I hope we do.

So would I fork really would, one of only a couple that actually done well. Baxterboy, definitely wouldn't have him on penalties mate, don't think he's at his best when he has time to think about it tbh, more instinctive.

A good striker would hit 40 if he could finish and stay on side.

Sorry big NO for me on Dessers, if he could either hold the ball up or hit the ball first time then yes, his goal tally is good especially without pens but the amount of moves that break down and extra touches in box have me looking at the heavens every game.
