Neil Lennon has been pulled over by the traffic police for speeding. He was seen screaming at the cops "A wis speeding, A wis definitily speeding".

Apparently he's doin anything for 3 points.

FACT

Believable6 Unbelievable2

That's funny I heard the police stopped Craig whyte the other night & he said to them if you ask me any questions I'm banning you from rangers fc.

Was on the 10oclock news, jackie bird reported it.

Wow Lenny, that was pathetic. I think Craig Whyte is very open about Rangers actually, i've been impressed with how much he's released statements on the champions official website.

Aye lenny if we give you an award youll get a red neck & the septic fans will think you are a turncoat- mind you deserve it sometimes you can be quite humourless.

Not a rumour, but does anyone know if Jamie Ness is still alive (or what the problem is with him now)??

Also, just started going to games regularly again in the last few months as my wee boy is thankfully a bear and want to say that having signed up to the email service, some of the deals they are offering at the moment are pretty good, esp. for the kids (e.g. £5 for the St Johnstone game next week - think the adult tickets a re a couple of pounds steep at £22 quid, but wont grumble too much at that). Aldo got some good deals on Soccer Schools over Xmas at Murray park offering free adult and child tickets to a home game.

Believable2 Unbelievable1

The Missus nephew has got a seat in the main stand for 200 a Season which I think is pretty good I think, all tho his dad pays 700 to sit next to him, which per year is a little steep.

Lenny

Agree0 Disagree0

The situation with Jamie Ness is that he has imbalanced legs, in other words 1 leg longer than the other!

He has suffered chronic groin, hip and pelvic injuries his whole career and will continue to do so. Unfortunately he will be crippled with this his whole career

Agree1 Disagree1

Actually, it is not that uncommon. Esp at the weekend.

Agree0 Disagree0

Wee Brazilian guy, Garrincha i think he was called had one leg 6 inches shorter than the other and fathered about 20 kids and had the occassional pump at farm animals. Yet he managed to play on without pelvic injuries so hopefully Ness should be ok.

Gerry The Ger.

Agree2 Disagree1

His career was blighted by his gommy leg

Right bears...A wee debate to get yer teeth into. Me and my mate (celtic fan) were arguing about the best goals scored in an Old firm game. My top 3 are as follows.
1# Arthur Numan, I think the game ended 1-1, Rangers 1 down, and with us shooting towards the copland, Numan down the left and from 35 yards out smashes it past Douglas.
2# Henrik Larsson, against Klos, lovely wee dink over him afetr a great wee bit of movement, class strike from a class player.
3# Barry Ferguson, Scottish Cup Final 3-2 the game ended. A freekick on the right hand side of the box, Ferguson lifts it over the wall and into the top right hand corner, absolute brillant tecnique, Just beats Albertz freekick against Kerr in a New Year fixture.

This is my opinion, Thoughts?

1 - albertz v tic at ibrox when only 6inches of ground and game tic fans moan about cadete offside, we won 3-1 and sir walter ran down track superb,
2 - hate to admit it but larssons chip v klos was a cracker of a goal
3 - ray wilkins volley v tic in 5-1 game in 87-88 season i think, could be wrong season but wot a goal

Not sure of the best goal, so many quality strikes and important moments. My favourite miss though was Big John Hartsons penalty in cup final. Couldnt believe it... Still grinning. CheltBlue

Agree0 Disagree0

What about Ugo Ehiogh if thats how you spell it. Did not much else though but surely the best goal of his career in an OF game

Have to agree that big Ugo's goal at Parkhead is up there with the best.....

Overhead-kick from a guy with limited movement lol

ed was rangers at court on the 7 and if they were what actually happened because as far as i was aware is if rangers lost the case they wouldn't appeal and if we won it then great although i really don't know anything about court cases and am not a tax expert am just trying to understand it a bit more or is there more court cases to come a really don't know {Ed001's Note - there is a long way to go in the court case, until both sides have been presented there will be nothing to report really. I don't expect it to be done before next week mate, sorry.}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Ed's right. It is not being given any discussion anywhere and everyone involved is tightlipped at present. They reckon this case should be done by Wed 16th!

Right bears..We've lost wee Naisy and like most i'm gutted, but i was delighted to see Big Kyle Bartley back at the weekend. I think we've missed a real physical presence in midfield and i'm sure the big fella can give us that when played next to Davis. McCulloch does a job but Bartley offers much more. He's big, powerful, quick enough, good passer, composed and likes a tackle (just ask Scott Brown). So although we have lost a player in Naismith and in turn weakens one area of the team, i think we've inproved another area with Bartleys return. Naisy is almost impossible to replace with the way he's been playing but hopefully we can see guys like McKay, Bedoya or Fleck step up. We have options in every area of the team, apart from strikers, when was the last time we could say that? Confident of running away with this league is an understatement!!J1985

Corby town must be gash if kerkar and ortiz scored against them cause they are 2 of the worst players ever to pull a gers jersey on.

Believable2 Unbelievable11

Corby diddnt really cause many problems mind you they are in the Blue Square North Leauge.

On a positive note some of the youngsters looked very sharp Fleck,McCabe,Perry,Wylde all looked sharp with Fleck turning out the man of the match preformance.

Agree3 Disagree1

Kerkar has barely seen the pitch and ortiz admittedly has struggled but at the end of the day was playing week in week on in the la liga so cant be tht bad. I think ortiz needs more time to settle as he played right back in a diff league in a diff country in a team with a losing mentality and he didnt speak english either. And kerkar i think just needs more game time from what ive heard when he plays he looks ok. Im not contradicting your opinion i just feel their has been worse in the past and i feel that kind of criticism is a bit overboard when you consider how little kerkar has played.

BlueStu

Agree6 Disagree0

Time for Flecky to get his chance in the first team. 10-15 games to show what he can do.

Agree8 Disagree0

I agree with you mate give fleck a run in the team, but unfortunately wont happen. reason been is ally would rather play what he sees as experienced players i.e. mcculloch, clubfoot who are of average ability.

stevie

Agree4 Disagree0

Other than initial outings when Fleck looked the real thing he has been VERY dissapointing.

Agree1 Disagree1

As for Kerkar and Ortiz, worst players to play for Gers, get a grip and think about some we have had.

Methinks you forget Mladovic, Ostenstad, Vanoli and Capucho !!!

Ed014 I understand why Ed007 doesn't want 2 talk about what happened anymore as it is a sensitive matter, as you will realise timalloy has not answered me on that matter, but I can assure every1 I speak the truth when it was only timalloy who brought it up the same as he said shame on us all which started this debate, lets get on to the bold 1 he says all I do is say negative things about celtic f*** me imagine a RANGERS fan saying anything bad about celtic on a banter site because he comes on here every day & says nice things about RANGERS that shows the intelligence of this halfwit oops av done it again called him a bad name, let me tell you small minded person as I said the other day I am married 2 a catholic, through my marriage I am related 2 1 of the lisbon liars, yes that what I say 2 him I also ask him when we meet up if he has brought his shower gel with him & call him names that I will not say on hear because you get offended by name calling, but hears the thing he doesn't he loves it & gives as good as he gets & we have a great time talking football intelligently & we don't take offence at each others comments, you my friend just like 2 play the victim & blame every1 else so don't try 2 act a smartarse because you can't you don't have the intelligence, ed this is the last I will say on this subject
NTYABOW {Ed014's Note - I only know what I have read in the media about the case that is why I asked 007s advice,I know he helps with the charity set up in memory of the young man.}
