I have never liked nor trusted DK. Now, correct me if I am wrong, but is this not the same statement he made at the beginning of THIS season when HE appointed Pedro?
HE is vowing to back a new boss with funds. how much is HE going to put into the pot considering he has stated in court that he has no funds?

At the end of the day, the board of Rangers FC appointed Pedro? An unknown waste of space with no knowledge of any football and a wind bag! It still disgusts me that man was placed in charge of our great club and allowed to spend good cash and I wait in a baited breath for their next appointment! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

have to laugh at the people on here wanting to have a go at king i was and i no most other bears were shocked at the amount pedro was given to spend last summer. wasnt kings fault it was given to a clueless mug. if king says there is funds for players i for 1 back and believe him.

Who cares if you trust him he’s 100 per cent more trustworthy than Ashley who like white is an asset stripper and has no real love for any football club . Dave king took over the mess from the fat man said at the time he has a 5 year plan so give him a break and at the time we were in the championship .

yes, he’s made mistakes but we are progressing he does care about the club unlike the fat man and his cronies. before him we were going knowhere fast. people have short memories nobody else was interested. he could easily say I’m sick of this s. t and pull out live out his days in South Africa that’s where he lives.

I still think whoever was responsible for the appointment of Pedro should have stood down. The worst appointment in the clubs history. Since Smith we have had 3 truly woeful managers. Let’s just hope the new manager will finally be someone worthy of the position and can lead the club to success

Well done Dave king, your timing for coming out and basically saying murty isn't the man next season all over the media will surely have a negative effect on him right in time for the old firm! Though if I was a player there right Now, I would use this time to step up and show any potential new manager why I deserve to stay and play for the famous

I personally think after the last celtic game murty was told he wouldn't be getting job and this filterd threw to the players there for effecting the games there after.
If the players want to be hear next year then there is no bigger a game than this weekend to prove it to a new manager.

Tbh if I does have a negative effect then it says more about the attitude of the players rather than King. With the season ticket renewals dropping I think King was right to release a statement. A lot of people on here don’t trust him however I thought it was an open and honest statement and I believe the new Manager will be backed with funds just as Pedro was.
