just watched STV and can't believe the way green is talking like he has done no wrong even with the recordings of discussions with whtye and green insisting there should be no trace of any payments to him!

Believable26 Unbelievable2

(On tv tonight)First time I've seen him a bit flustered though. Slight hesitation at some of the questions and panic when Man U mentioned. He's normally a slicker talker ----maybe knows his lies are catching him up. It was a shocking display tonight.

Agree21 Disagree0

When asked the Man U question he looks up and to the right which is described as "visually constructed" by body language experts. Maybe not 100% reliable but interesting that it came with such an uncomfortable question, it's the first time he does it in the whole interview.

Why does Green not realise that lies catch up with you. If I say something in the pub, there is little chance of that ever being verified. If however you are in front of the press or at public meetings, you must expect that if that involves a famous football club, then these comments will be reported.

That is not rocket science, just plain common sense. Therein lies Green's problem, he seems unaware that these fanciful comments will be checked, and if not true he will be exposed as a liar.

A tie up with Dallas Cowboys - complete rubbish and anyway a tie up for what? They don't play the same football as us, so what is the tie up, I just don't get it.

Manchester United want us in EPL - complete and utter rubbish, no they don't, why would they? It makes not one jot of a difference to them, no more money, nothing.

Talks with Adidas and we would be their biggest club - utter dross. If that were true in any shape or form, why go with Puma. Is he suggesting that if we would be the biggest seller that Adidas wouldn't outbid Puma?

The slagging of Aston Villa, describing them as a nothing club. How to make friends and influence people, not

The statement that this is the worst Rangers team ever - for once correct, but who doesn't know this? What is the need to say it? I don't slate my work force, if somebody is not performing you speak to them, if they don't improve, they go.

The admission that he took money from an associate of Whyte, the same guy that he promised was nothing to do with the club.

The tapes of him and Whyte where he appears to confirm Whyte's involvement. The guy he accuses of ruining the club and now he is in cahoots with him.

The admission of dirty tricks to get to Whyte, really does he think it acceptable whether it is Whyte or not. We are fed up of underhand dealings, surely he must realise this.

The news today that new screens have been installed as some coup. Firstly who gives a rubbish about screens and secondly they are paid for by Commonweslth games. This smacks of Whyte and the new p. a system, not a pot to piss in yet new speakers, get real.

I could actually go on and on, there is no end to the lies from Green.

Where is the "Rangers" man, Malcolm Murray in this, he seems to be a "yes" man. When are we going to hear from him?

Where are the RST and RSA? They are usually scrabbling around for any piece of publicity that they can get, they have been once again unbelievably quiet over last days. They like a boycott, let them suggest a boycott on season tickets until the truth is out, until the deeds are shown, until liars and con men are ousted.

Why are the people that have been running our club for years seemingly incapable of telling the truth, incapable of telling it how it is, incapable of doing things in a proper business like fashion.

Where is Walter in all this, he slated Green was suddenly brought into the fold for £50k a year to do what?
I would have thought that Walter would at least have kept an eye on Green, and anything dodgy that he would have made it public. Or has he been bought for £50k?

I have to say that Green, Walter, Murray, Ally, Durrant, McDowall are all useless at their jobs. The whole place stinks from top to bottom. It really is time for the fans to make it clear that this is far from good enough, it is time for change, it is time we took to the streets and make change happen. 11000 at the weekend, compared to 30,000 the last time at Hampden, that sums it up. The week after we win the league, it's pathetic, can Green and his cronies not see what is happening. Waiting for my season ticket renewal form which will be filed in the square metal file, the bin.

Believable27 Unbelievable0

It would be good if the supporters groups all joined forces and plan some sort of protest on Saturday however I very much doubt this will happen and all you will see Saturday is empty spaces and the odd banner here and there

Agree17 Disagree1

Superb, honest post OP. Though you did omit Traynor from the useless at their job folk :)

Gaz

Agree16 Disagree1

2) op here my apologies Traynor should be included. A PR man, doing a great job.

Agree11 Disagree0

At last. A ger who has hit the nail on the head. Don't take this the wrong way Op but why don't you do it yourself? - organise a fans BOYCOT and get the club back. Then you hand off to a newly formed representative supporters group. I'm afraid unless, someone comes out from the normal fans and leads it will be to late. ATB. HH. joe

Agree8 Disagree0

@op Fantastic summing up of our desperate plight. I also mentioned the drop from 30,000 to 11,000 at the weekend only for Ed to say I was to get a grip as it was an away game (technically yes but don't tell me Hampden too far from Ibrox and just won the league)When you see it all written out the way you have, it is terrifying, how can we sleep tonight?

Agree15 Disagree0

Good post op. everyone associated with the bankruption of the club should go for ever. if green won't play ball, a new club should be started. if ibrox is empty for even a few weeks, green is snookered. walter smith must have known he was spending money the club didn't have. ally mcoist is no good as a manager and has blood on his hands. this attempt at debt avoidance by murray, whyte and green has tarnished them forever. its all come on top now and can be seen for what it is.

Ally says he has not entered into any dialogue with green, regarding backroom staff sacking.
Did these instructions come to Ally in the form of an E-mail or fax or even text?
Could explain the reason he never denied recieving these instructions, just a thought

Also can I say I have not been chuffed with some of the performances this season but if Ally leaves after all he has been through, and it must have been a lot more than we know, if he leaves and we are left with chuckie I would like to ask if any of us will still buy a season ticket for next season. I won't because the more I hear that CW is involved the more I cringe, he put us into admin, then gets D/F in as his chosen admin mob who then knock back any other takers as not best suited. along comes chico from nowhere with a figure 5 million and suddenely bob is your uncle. now this shiz with chico and CW when proof is dripping out that chico was involved in the early stages whith CW and denied any knowledge of this.
Two chocolate hard men! But 2 clever wideos who survive on the borderline legal but moraly wrong!
i just hope we survive to nail the 2 of them

Think Charles is on telly again tonight at 10. 30 (right?)Will be hoping to hear how he handles himself. A slippery character if ever there was one and can make people believe the impossoble---a golden tongue. I've fallen for most of it myself but tonight it'll need to be very good. Had enough of all this.

Believable18 Unbelievable5

Charles Green should be made to post any statement he is going to make on here for the Admins approval, because the PR office are not doing there job.

Is that live at the Apollo?

depressingly it seems that after several recent news stories the media is still out to get us and kick us and destabilise while they think they can. Is anyone else sick of this?

Believable6 Unbelievable28

When are you going to open your eyes and ears. You have had it easy from msm. CG has lied stole and humped everyone of you.

Agree21 Disagree0

This is a Rats Nest, liars, conmen and crooks. It is now in the media, would you rather it was kept quiet? what exactly do you want, the brown stuff is going to hit the fan, when it does, it will not be the fault of the media, Peter Lawwell, the SFA, the SPL or anyone who does not now, or did not own Rangers old and new.

Agree19 Disagree1

Mr Green is the one making the headlines with his really embarrassing comments. He is actually getting an easy ride from the bottle merchants in the MSM. DH

Agree17 Disagree0

I think you are getting the wrong end of the stick, in this case the media is helping you , don't you wan't to know what Charles Green's real motives are?I know its a rock and a hard place, but Charles is relying on guys like you

Agree16 Disagree0

The Murray media has given you the most leeway they possibly could, its your lunatic of a chairman who keeps opening his trap so they have no choice but to report it.

Agree17 Disagree0

Do you not want to know the truth about it all?Would rather face up to whatever is happening than be in the position we were in last year. You can think what you want but I want to know the truth now and what kind of people are running the club?Destabilisation is coming from within our club, not from outside, that's the scary bit.

Agree12 Disagree0

What a stupid, blinkered post. Green was caught on tape, he took Whyte's money and he STILL won't show any title deeds. You don't think that's newsworthy? How else would fans find out? Traynor?

Agree13 Disagree0

Yes i'm sick of it all, the media seem to thrive on scaremongering whether its charles green referring to his friend by nationality short term, its never bothered me being called jock or scotty they must be short of storys to print or messi getting the sack if he played for gers seems to me they are doing their utmost to turn the fans against charles green, and so what if he shafted craig whyte, couldn't have happened to a bigger rat doug t. s. o

Agree10 Disagree11

You ain't looking at the bigger picture Doug!

Agree5 Disagree0

No 9 this is turning into a bigger soap than coronation st which I think started in 1960, yes like most fellow gers supporters I've spoken to we are all sick of being held in the dark will someone please open up and tell the truth for once, what's the point of john brown saying this and that then retreating back into his shell, spit it out and that way we will all know where we stand instead of giving the sfa more ammunition doug t. s. o

Agree5 Disagree0

The time is now ripe for an organised demonstration either outside or inside Ibrox to get some answers.
No rubbish just the truth.

Agree23 Disagree4

It wasn't so much taking money but asking for it from C. W. ----explain that one.

Agree20 Disagree2

@1. the time is most definately ripe to protest, but you must do it big. not just a few thou, and you don't want some answers you want them all. demand to see the title deeds, demand to see positive proof of the money in the bank, not just him rubbishtin you saying we have this amount. demand to know who all the investors are, demand to know who actually owns what, demand to know if there is any unpaid debts, demand to know if there is enough money coming in to keep the club afloat. demand to know what part craig whyte has in all this (and SDM)demand to know how much money came in through season tickets and share issue and where this money is now. you must see documented proof. he's a proven LIAR so his word is not good enough. proof positive proof in everything. demand demand demand and don't settle for anything else. gary

Agree14 Disagree1

Totally agree with your post. We need answers and we need them now and not fed the utter crap that Green wants us to believe. The evidence is damning that the lying weasel is here to feed us nonsense and hope we are daft enough to believe it. The guy is nothing but a stuttering joke and needs to go ASAP as does everyone else in the club who knows what's happening and keeping us in the dark rather than having the balls to stand up for our club instead of focusing on their hefty wage packets. Saturday is the better game for a protest as there will hardly be anyone at linfield game as its just another money making excercise because this seasons money is running out fast. I don't know about my fellow fans but I would rather watch champions league than support this eccentric yorkshireman

Agree6 Disagree0

09 Apr 2013 18:46:17
Greens comments about Manchester United are deluded. Manchester United have denied they have commented on Rangers inclusion (fantasy) in the Premiership. This is serious now. this guy is a liability, a liar and linked with Whyte. He is attempting to spin plates at every corner, and pissing down the rangers supporters backs whilst telling them it is raining!

Where is Walter?. where is this supposed strength of character?. if we ever needed Walter to shut this Yorkshire loud mouth up it is now!. c'mon Gaffer!. where are you?

Believable27 Unbelievable11

Does Charles Green not have somebody to reel his neck back in? No advisors, just a loose cannon? Where is Traynor? On one hand he says worst Rangers Team ever, then the next minute he claims Manchester United want Rangers in the EPL as soon as possible. What is he drinking? Whatever he is drinking, its Rangers fans that are paying for it.

Agree16 Disagree2

I know Ally can be a bit of a practical joker but he has to stop putting stuff in Charlie's tea before interviews.

McCoist confirms our suspicions, he really is that devoid of football knowledge. Apparently he thinks this is not the worst squad in Rangers' history

Believable21 Unbelievable5

Question for Ally - which Rangers team was actually worse than the current one?

The worst rangers team ever was the one that got beat 7-1 in the 1957 league cup final. jamie

this whole situation smells of craig shwite, admin last year no sackings or redundos, now at the end of the season with money, s in the bank "whose bank tho" all these sackings and redundos now? rumours about coaching staff getting the boot, as ally says backroom staff have won a few titles and had decent euro run, why now? whole of ibrox is being run to the ground.

Believable20 Unbelievable4

Can you tell me this (cos I really don't know)can you actually see concrete proof that the rangers have money in the bank, can you see actual documents, because if you can't I would not believe there's any money at all. IMO, they're skint and there's no money left, its been filtered away on running costs, wages, and all the devious tricks up their sleeves. gary

Agree20 Disagree3

Op can you show me any evidence stating there's no money in the bank everybody has an opinion obviosly I don't know if your wright or wrong but my point being niether do you

Agree4 Disagree6

No audit accounts. so any clain to money in bank is pie inthe sky.

£17 million in share pledges is not £17 million in cash!

whyte found £14 million to run gers for 10 months. ie he did not pay tax!

true picture only comes for audited accounts. if whyte had been audited whole would have been visible

if green was audited. any issue would appear

ipo said £22million revalue of £5 m asset purchse. ? adding £17m by financial trick only

Agree3 Disagree0

Op here, I said there was supposed to be money IN the bank mate so why now for the hatchet jobs?

Do we actually have a chairman? because if we do then he has no balls, any other club chairman would be making statements calling for calm all round until things are sorted, the silence from malky murray is deafening, did not think he was a puppet but looks like that is the case, craig white will have this tied up at the end of the day is my guess. I think this will grow and grow over the next day or 2, also this is the only time I have heard ally do an interview and look so gutted and with his answer that " that's all iv got to say on the matter" regarding backroom cuts, looks as if he was told to cut staff and has told chico to get tae!
jammydodger

Believable14 Unbelievable4

Do you remember the disgraceful smear campaign launched against Malcolm Murray during his fall out with Green? Perhaps this is why he is so quiet. Some might call that blackmail, I suppose. if it is true.

There is a great thing in the film and book All The Presidents Men, a term no doubt used by politicians daily and deduced by political journalists even quicker.

A "non-denial denial. " You never come out 100% and deny something (generally because you cant) but you use words and phrases that deflect it making it sound like a denial when in reality you haven't refuted it at all.

A quote from Ally today:

"I can confirm right now that I have not entered any discussions at all with Charles regarding Kenny and Ian, my coaching staff. "

Okay here is a scenario, Green does in fact say it, Ally glares at him and either storms out of the office or just plainly says nothing.

He is correct therefore, he has NOT ENTERED ANY DISCUSSIONS. It doesn't for one minute mean Charles didn't say it or that Ally isn't aware of it.

I don't know if it's true, I don't know if it was said but I do know that Ally's answer does not kill it stone dead.

Rangers fans, I know u don't like Celtic fans commenting your team but would you agree James traynor is the biggest waste of wage in rangers books?everything that's coming out must have some truth if not why isn't the pr team not coming out and rubbishing the storie. better still they are leaving it to ally who doesn't know if he's going for a sh1te or a shave!every1 has there opinion on allys managerial skills but he should be put on the spot in every interview!

Believable21 Unbelievable1

Until the CW and CG episode comes to an abrupt stop and Green stops giving out the most ridiculous statements then the circuis will carry on. I have always admired the the Celtics owner Dermot Desmond has carried himself. he neither seeks or courts publicity. Green is not the man for me.
And why is Allister left to do all the publicity work. What exactly is Mr Traynors job within Rangers.

Agree13 Disagree1

Media hinting that more big news this week and its BAD. internet and twitter suggesting major resignation. ? any thruth to this - or all lies?

No doubt after latest rumour that Green told Ally to get rid of Durrant and McDowell he will be getting more stick. However let's be honest the majority of posters on here would have dumped them along with Ally some time ago.

Believable15 Unbelievable5

Ally has stated he wants to be in charge of team affairs bottom line is with the players they have should have breezed through all their div 3 games. The match day set up and player fitness is where the problem lies, which is the responsibility of the backroom team, Ally you wanted the right to make the big decisions now you have your chance, axe them before you are axed.

hi ed and fellow bears, surely if any of us were craig whyte ( god forbid ) but if we were, and truely believed we owned rangers and not charles green, surely the 1st peolpe we would be speaking to are the "law courts" and not "the sun" or "bbc", that to me makes no sense!!

Believable18 Unbelievable7

Did he not give them the nod that he had lodged papers with the courts in London

Agree14 Disagree1

"Rangers chief Charles Green tells Ally McCoist to sack pals to save his own job " - DR headline.

news keep coming from ibrox. is there a light and the end of the tunnel?

Why would Whyte go to court, its expensive and even if you spend £50million (without declaring) it on players judges might decide no impact on the field?

If you win lawyers take 30-40% at least after fees.

Whyte wants an out-of-court settlement, he has shot his bolts (IP illegal? Claim for £50 million not delcared in IPO. is this true?) etc etc

Green can ignore whyte and claims continue, tapes continue to emerge, docs (£50mill claim before IPO) actually released. and share price falls (60p is still 60x profit for green - so way to fall). or he can deal

Whyte wants £20million - and could then offer ticketus out-of-court £10 million to settle and be in clear.

Green wants £20million + what's on top - if green thinks 0 on top he will hold out.

Whyte is not looking for this to go to court. At face value, Green is caught on tape remember, he has a case. But to come forward at this time when season books are due to be paid is a tactic. Green will pay him off.

Agree1 Disagree5

Share price dipped below 70p today for the first time, whilst might not be connected, I'm sure shareholders are nervous about what is going on.

Am I getting this right? I can pay the administrator of a bankrupt company a small, unreturnable deposit, and then be allowed to be the exclusive bidder? This is crackers - are the administrators not supposed to work for the creditors, not the next owners? This is going to go badly wrong. Stinks of F R A U D.

Believable31 Unbelievable2

I don't support either side of what used to be the Old Firm but have to say this whole saga is becoming tedious, Could the small shareholders (plus the Supporters Football Trust?) not club together and put forward a motion of no confidence in The Rangers board? Although a largley symbolic guesture if carefully worded it might force the issue of who owns Ibrox/Murray Park etc etc into the public domain. Hope you rid yourselves of the Spivs infesting your club sooner rather than later

Agree16 Disagree3

TBH, BDO and HMRC must be rubbing their hands at this stuff. D & P must be worried as well, they must be implicated in this.

Agree9 Disagree1

This WHY Judge involved in administration who appointed admins, and if they corrupt judge will disband THIER business and reputation, once admin done, judge appoints LIQUIDATORS to investigate actions on admins.

Does whyte own BDO?? If not then make take 4-5 years to find issues in admin?

Agree2 Disagree0

Unfortunately our supporters groups are a bunch of yes men more concerned with being thrown some crumbs of acknowledgement from the board than actually ever questioning them until its too late.

Same goes for Rangers men in the media like big DJ, likeable big guy but another yes man who only managed some very mild criticism of Charles Green & who was still backing Whyte as his crebility plumetted.

Somebody somewhere needs to grow a pair. And soon! And why haven't Malcom Murray or Walter haven't demanded an EGM yet!

Super Ally is aging rapidly. Stress kills, and Ally is under extreme stress. I want him to quit for health, not footballing reasons. He does not deserve this crap.

Believable5 Unbelievable10

Some of us have a lot of stress in jobs we hate but we have to keep going. Don't get paid a fraction that he get's for a job we'd all love to do so I can't worry about his health too much----worrying about my own and how I pay the bills. Get things into proportion. He is there because he wants to be and not, like me, because I have to be. No doubt many more like me on here.

Agree10 Disagree0

09 Apr 2013 12:42:21
I want him to quit cause he's mince and has zero effect on players and tactics. Just because Green is the bad guy at the moment does not paint McCoist as the hero. He is not a spokesman or rock to fix our anchor. he is our football manager who cannot manage.

So Sandaza came for the money, and Green came purely for the love of the club! He likes to wield power, talk pure Horse meat, and generally avoid the REAL issues.

The Rangers supporters, board and everyone at the club need to demand full disclosure of all Rangers asset's and accounts, and withholding all money until our club is back on the straight and narrow. Money is the only lanuage people like Green talk.

Right now we are building on sand. We owe it to ourselves, and a whole load of others that have been badly let down by the club.

Green needs to move on!

Believable16 Unbelievable3

Every one of them there for the money. Don't tell me they wouldn't rather be playing in higher leauges but they played in Div 3 for cash, not for the love of the club. Am under no illusions about that. Some may be fans but if the money wasn't right (and more than they could get elsewhere)they would not be there either. Can't blame one of them as you have to look after yourself----careers are short.

Agree4 Disagree0

N1 lee mcculloch was willing to stay and also stated he would play for nought surely that can only be for the love of the club he might have been the only one but he ain't their for the money

The reason Sandaza got the bag according to Green.

"It's the comments he made that said he would happily leave this club, he didn't want to be here and he came for the money. We want people here who want to play because it's Rangers. "

"AND HE CAME FOR THE MONEY. "

You said you weren't a Rangers fan when you arrived so isn't that what you are doing too Charles?

Big profit, leave and all that, any of this ringing a bell Teddy Bears?

Was asked the question "Will you continue with the fight against all Rangers enemies out there as you have been doing?
C. G: "Absolutely and with everything in my body, I wasnt a Rangers Supporter when I came here but I am now. "

That enough for you 1)? Now stop just making things up or imagining them because they sound good, hasn't that got your club in enough trouble already?
