I have just put my £5.00 on Rangers FC to win 10 - 0;
surprisingly PP have put the odds up to 425/1

Remember this is just a bit of fun, as long as they keep their form and winning streak I will be a happy bunny.

My main bets are to win all league games, be undefeated in the league and win by 10 points - not much to ask.

09 Sep 2015 11:15:24
I got 10-0 at 500/1. I've put a couple of pound each on 7-0, 8-0, 9-0 and 10-0. Just a bit if fun but surely we will hit 7,8,9 or 10 at some point this season

09 Sep 2015 12:16:05
Stu?

Who is offering 500/1?

08 Sep 2015 21:08:59
Let's put a lid on all these Scotland disagreements between ourselves, last year because of the way we were playing the weeks weren't long enough, this season the week end can't come quick enough. I work in Livingston and I'm hoping for double figures this game their crapping themselves
Thinking about what the score might be!

In reply to the guy that doesn't support Scotland, because there are certain Celtic players in the squad, in this day and age, it is quite sad and pathetic to have an attitude as that.
Do I support the national team? Not really, as Strachan picks players that are not up to the task, at the exclusion of others, and that is not just Rangers players. Ie Charlie Adams, The boy Rhodes to name a few. Scotland does very little for me, and as long as we have delusions that glorious failure is acceptable from the management, we will not progress as a football nation.

A lot of international teams would consider a 2-3 defeat by the world champions as a great result. I'll always support Scotland. Look at the Germany team, how many world class players? Look at the Scotland team and how many?

I'm trying to work out why we have no top Scottish players. Too many of our best youngsters just don't get enough game time up here or are snapped up by English teams (mostly championship teams) and again don't get enough games. So for 2 or 3 years they get reserve/youth or the odd sub spot on the bench. Then move on with their confidence broken.

Quite a few of our teams, Hearts, Dundee United and now us thankgod are starting to give youth a chance. Long may it conmtinue.

I was at the game on Monday and saw quite a few German supporters in our end with Dresden,Dortmund and bayern tops on.can you imagine that at Scotland game.fans wearing their own teams colours.#implotion

ok regarding the ongoing drama on here regarding celtic players and Scotland. do I think o'strachan has done a decent job compared to his predecessors . YES!. do I think he's blowing it for now as we were so close. YES!. he picks the team ffs and the team against Georgia and Germany was the wrong team. s.fletcher shouldn't kick another ball for our country as is the same for forrest (he looked like a wee boy caught in the headlights of stardom). we needed composure against the gerrys and d. fletcher is on the bench never used. can't stand the "forehead but he's scoring for fun right now and wasn't used.mulgrews best days are gone especially at full back. could go on and on. we have a striker who didn't even want to play for his country a while back ffs. FULL 90 minutes and what a plumber, Ferrari n all. maybe if some of those lads cared as much about their careers instead of their friggin hair things would improve.deecee

strachan has done a decent job I wholeheartedly agree that flletcher is as much good as a chocolate fireguard forrest has not fullfilled his promise but who else can he pick we are all bears and the first name comes to mind is wallace go round top league who else is there we don't have a huge pot of talent to pick from so has anyone any ideas who would improve the team or the squad charlie adam appears to be out of favour he is one of the better passers of ball and as sir alex once said his corner kicks are worth £10 m alone but other than that who is there.

I think The Famous Glasgow Rangers would be challenging top position in The Scottish Premiership, the way they are playing I do not think that I would make many changes.

The fact that they are a work in progress makes it all the more amazing. As it is a work in progress means that MW and DW think that there may be changes. One change I would consider is Rob Kiernan - this does nor mean that I think he is fallible, it just means that I think he could improve. Also, I would not take Miller into the Premiership, as he would be used only sparingly, and as money is scarce it could be put to better use elsewhere. In saying that we do need a striker.

Makes a change from all the bitterness and infighting, so it does.

Aye Ready

You are totally correct and the basis for my thinking?

Hearts beat virtually the same teams but in nowhere near the fashion Rangers are excepting the Cowdenbeath freak score of 10-0

Rangers are playing these teams off the park with a team 2 months old and growing in style every game they play as a unit.

The top 3 teams in the SPFL when playing the teams from the championship in the Cups are NOT beating them 7-0 or 8-0 are they? No the reason being there is not a huge gulf between the SPFL and the Championship . Hearts results bar recent 10 men at Hamilton are testament to that

Rangers are looking like we come from a different country far less league. Watching Rangers playing Scottish teams now is akin to when Top European teams face Celtic Aberdeen and any Scottish teams - CLASS is the difference, the ability to pass quickly and accurately, have men that can beat 2 and 3 men plus game changing midfielder (Oduwa and Zelalem). Add to all this scorers from EVERY position in the team virtually and how do you defend against that? You don't ask every team we have played (Hibs totals 7 for 2 against).

When we get to the League Cup Final we will beat Celtic if we havn't already before then. The same will apply to the Scottish Cup Final

Treble? Aye celtic we will show you how to win one Championship plus 2 major Cups . throw in the Diddy/Petrofac Cup and its a 'Quadble' ;-)

Name any players in SPFL you would RATHER have in the Rangers starting 11? I can think of only Bitton, the big Croatian septic just signed and Rooney the Sheep. Of those only Bitton in first 11 for Holt possibly, the Croat for Kiernan but tbh if it ain't broke why fix it? Wilson/Kiernan ate growing as a unit and we all know it is partnerships not individual talent that forms a great defence.

Very happy Bear looking forward to winning SPFL in a years time.

9-0 v Livingston this weekend 3 hatricks (Wallace, Tav and Waghorn). actually possibly 11-0 forget Miller 2 from subs bench

Your in for a Big Disappointment. Rangers are the 13th placed Club in Scotland & they will win everything?Playing good football ( mainly V part timers). The St Johnstone game will be the biggest test so far & Dismissing all other Clubs in the Top Tier is plain stupid & Arrogant. Go ask yer Local Bookies & they will give you astanomical odds & Gladly Take your money!!

Just a thought Had a look at that young Northern Ireland lad Dallas would be an ideal signing had a very good game last night quick and good feet and brave thoughts

{Ed001's Note - didn't he join Leeds United in the summer?}

08 Sep 2015 15:33:18
Yes just moved from Bournemouth good player he is

08 Sep 2015 15:34:47
ed001 most players belong to one team or another

08 Sep 2015 16:42:01
He was linked with us during summer because of his connection with Warburton at Brentford I stated then he would be an excellent signing but nothing materialised. I rate him highly having watched him in the irish league and for northern ireland.

08 Sep 2015 17:09:27
Stand corrected moved from Brentford
