Talking to my mate about this and we couldn't come up with a definitive answer. Trying to think of the highest transfer fee for any player who has played for rangers. Transfer doesn't have to involve rangers so thinking maybe defoe from Portsmouth to spurs for about 16m. Struggling to think of anyone who's moved for a huge sum either before or after joining us.

Definitely a position that we need to strengthen. Big Katic was superb towards the end of the season but we need another 2 centre backs to cover for injury or loss of form.

Olsson would be a massive upgrade on anyone we already have. Flying machine with bags of EPL and international experience

hopefully fully over his injuries from last year, would be a great signing

been a blackburn fan since 1980s ( uncle lives there's so became my english side from a young age ) and he was outstanding for us the years he was there

has done a good job everywhere he has been.
