A comeback win against Hibs.
He freshened up the team and both debutant's scored.

If you are going to criticize the man after a defeat then surely you should you be man enough to applaud when certain things go right?
Though one of his biggest critics on here conveniently 'never' managed to see the game! 🤔.

18 months in we have seriously improved. However we have still won nothing. Even if we don’t win anything this year, Stevie should get a 3rd year. But get a grip. Boasting about that result is wrong, look at the league lads.

Yes but they strolled it, we scraped it. Those narrow one goal wins become draws some of the time and cost you. Gerrard is going to lose us this title by 10 points minimum.

As long as we make sure we avoid a replay. Also, with the storm expected on Sunday there’s a good chance their game will be off. If that happens they have to play in the cup on Wednesday instead of the league. That would mean we would get the chance to reduce the gap to four points on Wednesday with same amount of games played.

The negativity towards Kent baffles me. I've rarely seen a winger who works harder than Kent, and almost every winger there has ever been has as many off days as they do good ones. Davie Cooper had some shockers, and sometimes they were 3 or 4 games in a row.

We have lacked creativity in recent weeks and Kent has been taking up positions that don't necessarily suit him, in order to try and impose himself on the game. From what I've seen, which is every game live, Arfield and Davis have been poor, and Aribo in and out of the game also. Arfield and Davis however don't get questioned by the fans, but Kent does? His pricetag isn't his fault.

For me, Kent is doing just fine and looks although he'll be a star for us. Along with Shagger, Alfie, Jack and Tav, he's one of the most important players we have and without any one of these, we can't win this league. Now that Tav and Stewart are back, along with Hagi and Kamberi added, we'll get back to breaking teams down easier and Kent will get back to his best.

One final point to annoy you all. Great to see Edmunson in for Katic. Katic, whilst ok at certain things, is an utter liability in his positioning and passing. We'll be far better off with him in reserve to use for the few games where it's all big headers and block tackles. I get it that a defenders job is to defend, but you need to be able to pass the ball as a given, and he simply can't.

Good post, gooner, Kent is the latest in a long line of whipping boys for the laptop loyal, many of whom couldn't give you directions to Ibrox but feel they have to vilify players at every turn.

Just remember yous are some of the same ones who slaughtered windass every week at ibrox while he scored 18 goals in 1 season from midfield. Short memories when complaining about a few grumbles towards kent who's contributing far less at the moment. Still believe Kent's a cracking player, but csnt be immune to criticism 👍.

Good post gooner. Completely agree with ecerything youve said about Kent. His work ethic and attitude even when he's not playing well is first class. He never hides and always wants the ball.

I disagree with your assessment of Katic. Whilst his diatribution does need to improve I don't think its quite as bad as you say. His positioning will improve with experience and you only get that by playing. Goldson isn't exactly fantastic with his positioning. I can remember several goals conceded because of Goldsons lack of awareness. I think all our centre halves are good but all have areas they need to develop. Edmundaon so far seems to have less areas he needs to develop than the others but that's probably because we haven't seen lots of him play.

Windass was ok. Scored few goals but in general went missing for 80 mins a game. Is now struggling to break into wigan team. Plays mostly from the bench. Tells a story i would say.

Athough he has not played much recently I think Alf is a bit out of form just now .

He seems to just hit the ball straight at their goalie's instead of his usual slip it past them.

Lets hope he gets back to form for the rest of the season (goal scoring that is not red cards) .

That big striker the mhanks have is starting to beat Alfs record by the way.

Both are very good players, and, different players, Alfie's game is more a line leading game, whereas Edourd is a mainly a goal scorer.

We are being duped by refs, it’s undeniable, I used to believe that the inconsistency was just due to basically 'muppets'. I convinced myself wrongly that no, I’m just being a conspiracy theorist and the inconsistencies is nothing more than bad refereeing due to mistakes, lack of being professionalism etc. then I paid more attention and came to the conclusion ach no it ain’t really, they are just useless idiots.

But I can no longer use idiot etc. as their get out clause, extra extra time v Celtic when Morelos got red carded, extra extra time v many teams when the laws state that going above the allotted added on time is only necessary if any time wasting incidents occur during that time where there’s been added extra extra time with no time wasting incidents many a time against us.

Plus we should be raging at Morelos' red card for touching his ears when we’ve all seen many more gestures from let’s say 'others' that go unpunished . Morelos touches his ears it’s a red, but Lennon can do aeroplanes? Celtic players can gesture rangers fans etc., come on.

Well I was just basically skimming the surface but in point Aberdeen got a draw from fouling non stop, how the ref missed the elbow in Scott Arfield as well which almost knocked out a tooth 🦷 when he was a few yards away staring right at it is beyond me, wasn’t too long ago that Aribo was bandaged up due to the exact same elbow to the face routine that is seemingly unpunishable if your playing rangers, that’s before we get started on Morelos being rugby tackled to the ground and Griffiths not seeing red for stamping. Now points have been dropped decisions will start going our way again, same as decisions in Hamilton game going our way in full knowledge that that will all change if we home in on actually winning the cup, we fall for it every time .

I know this will divide opinions but i would just like to wish our former striker of 3 stints kenny miller, all the best in his retirement from playing football! Kenny over the piece was superb for rangers and imo has it in him to go on and have a successful career in management. His second spell especially for rangers was superb. He was unplayable in that stint. His record for us against celtic was terrific. He was the scurge of them!

I hope he goes on to have as good a career in management, as he had as a striker. Good luck to him, wherever his career now takes him. Maybe one day it will b kenny for a 4th time, back at ibrox. You just never know.

I second that. My sister dated him for a while just before he signed for us the 2nd time, some of the stuff she told me about him, I can never look at him seriously any more. But good servant for the club.

He will always be King Kenny to me. It's sad when players give so much to your club but still 'divide opinion'. Even the greatest heroes like Ally are not out of the firing line. Everyone entitled to their opinion but it baffles me.
