Turnbull seems to be very highly rated within Motherwell, a better prospect than Hastie and potentially the next Steve Davis. If there’s any chance of getting him that would be an excellent signing.

I really hope SG has learnt not to rely as heavily on loan players, or at least not sign loan players who we are contracted to play. We looked far better with Katic in the team and in hindsight he shouldn’t have been dropped for an average player in Worrell. I also think we look a better team with Defoe up top. A special mention for Arfield, he’s been excellent all season and has never hid regardless of the opposition, he deserved his hat trick!

Hope Gerrard keeps this formation for rest of season, Defoe is class, so unselfish at 3rd goal, think Morelos would have gone for glory, midfield were good, I like Ryan jack but he's too slow. Arfield will score a lot of goals playing off defoe.

I think rangers played crap today and were lucky to get the 3 points. Motherwell weren't at it and all but gifted us the 3 goals.

Only saw the second half, but very pleased for arfield today. This was more like the style of play we had at the start of the season. I know it was "only" motherwell, but these are the sort of games where we've come unstuck in the past. We played the ball about well going forwards and got players back in numbers when they had possession. We need to produce this now for the rest of the season even if the league has gone.

I just meant that had motherwell not basically gifted us our goals we didn't look all that creative. It will tell against the better sides. I was at the hearts game on wednesday night and that was 100 times better performance.

I like kent but it depends on the price for me, 2m then aye. If they want more than that can we really justify it. Sad as it is to say that's a lot of money for us and i'd like to see a better goals/ assists return for that amount.
