06 Jan 2021 20:07:21
see old barry ferguson thinks the tims will go unbeaten t[ll the end of the season, reckons their diamond shape is the formation we can't cope with, only last week he was blowing about us out of his arse, amazing how things can change after one game.

06 Jan 2021 20:52:01
They raised their game. Similar to Kilmarnock, St Mirren, Ross County etc.

06 Jan 2021 21:08:05
The only team that can beat them IMO is us,

They will drop points so will we we just need to keep going one game at a time.

06 Jan 2021 21:15:31
Wee Barry playing mind games. No way they'll go unbeaten.

06 Jan 2021 21:44:12
Wouldn't be surprised to be honest, they've went on a great run last 2 years especially when we have struggled.
However IF we can go unbeaten against them we will be ok.
Aberdeen first.

06 Jan 2021 21:50:40
Barry Ferguson carries vast and vital experience as a manager so he must be right.

06 Jan 2021 22:01:01
After a game we won as well 🤔
Loved Ferguson the player.
As a football coach/ manager and pundit? Nah, not for me.

06 Jan 2021 22:39:51
Barry is entitled to voice his opinion which I'm sure the Daily rag payed him good money for! It will give the tims a reason to buy the paper tomorrow rather than them reading how the Celtic squad has done more bottles of spirits than sprints in Dubai. 🍹🍺🍾🍻.

06 Jan 2021 23:00:46
He’s obviously skint trying to be relevant like Sutton #controversial.

06 Jan 2021 23:20:49
He does my head in him, for supporting Rangers he has a funny way of showing it, talks some amount of rubbish, so he thinks they will win 19 games in a row when they haven't won 19 games all season in every competition? Laughable. Meaning he thinks they will best us the next 2 games after losing to us at their best. Wow.

07 Jan 2021 05:50:48
They never managed to win all their games in 2nd half of invincible season with a poor version of ourselves, no Hibs or Hearts in league either or last season in the half of the remaining 19 they played with a stoppage time equaliser at Livvy and they still had 2 old firms and Hibs away not to mention post split games to contend with.
We will drop between 6-10 points in remainder of season and they will drop at least as many if not more.
If we win all games in January league is over if not already.

07 Jan 2021 06:37:32
The stuck what has him being a manager got to do with him having an opinion? Really strange comment to make.

07 Jan 2021 07:55:46
KJA9, I was just being sarcastic mate.

07 Jan 2021 08:41:05
To be fair he said unbeaten, not invincible.

07 Jan 2021 09:45:23
There's a shock. Someone voices an opinion that doesn't suit the agenda and all of a sudden barry is getting slated on here. I actually think he's playing mind games and the easily upset on here have feel for it. Who'll be the first to call barry a tim🤭👍.

07 Jan 2021 11:10:20
oh dear coldo i was wondering how long it would take for you to pop up with the old tim routine, i have no agenda with barry but you seem to have one with me, i only pointed out in my post that ferguson was waxing lyrical about us 2 weeks ago and 1 game changes his mind, i don't think its mind games, in my opinion i just think all past players pundits at some time talk crap, and that my friend is my opinion.

07 Jan 2021 11:18:34
Never mentioned your name trueblue? But the old tim routine is your gimey not mine. 👍.

07 Jan 2021 11:32:44
I'm more concerned that someone might tout him for the Rangers job again on here than any opinion he has on Celtic. 😳.

07 Jan 2021 11:34:58
What agenda coldo? 🤔.

07 Jan 2021 12:05:31
I see the usual personal attacks are back!

07 Jan 2021 12:14:35
An opinion that doesn't suit the rangers persuasion grumpy👍.

07 Jan 2021 12:29:06
Its mind games/ pointing out the way our players should be thinking. We should 100% be expecting them to win every game. Play like we have to win all ours as well can't let the first half of season go to waste.

07 Jan 2021 12:52:57
Correct barrowlad, its always the same when an opinion doesn't suit, the blue spec brigade make it personal. 👍.

07 Jan 2021 14:03:00
Coldo where is the blue spec brigade? I can say you have blue specs on in your refusal to criticize Kent where it's due!

07 Jan 2021 14:22:22
I see. I thought it was anyone who has had a different opinion to you! 😉.

07 Jan 2021 16:07:19
Nah grumpy, fergie had an unfavorable opinion and now the blue spec brigade see him as a hate figure. 👍.

07 Jan 2021 17:30:46
You mean like how some on here go on and on about certain players not being good enough? Almost as if they 'hated' them? 🤔.

06 Jan 2021 19:28:44
I like the look of the boy Dickson that played against Falkirk was very comfy on the ball and looks for killer pass.

06 Jan 2021 19:40:17
Yeah the young boy Ciaran. Also have high hopes for Leon king, young 16 YO center half. Hopefully we can get the monkey of our back and finally win the league title again this season then we can start to bed in some of our young prospects into the first team squad.

06 Jan 2021 19:14:29
With Arfield and jack out a think we are missing that bit of steel in the midfield, against Aberdeen is going to be really tough even more tougher with Roofe being out aswel a would play Zungu in the middle rather than aribo for the obvious reasons just really hope the Gers can get a victory up there and a would feel a lot more confident about the league, plus Ryan Kent really has to get his finger out we are not expecting him to be great every game but he's not been at it for a right few games now.

06 Jan 2021 19:45:07
Wouldnt have zungu anywhere near starting 11 v aberdeen.

06 Jan 2021 19:46:29
We do badly miss both ryan jack and scotty arfield Deano1872,i totally agree mate 👍 They both add that bit of bite and steel to our midfield 💪
Both would always be in my rangers starting 11 👍🇬🇧.

06 Jan 2021 19:46:51
Also while on subject whens jack back?

06 Jan 2021 19:51:55
Paul no ones knows when he is back that’s why they seem to be looking for another cm.

I don’t think zungu is ready for a start against the sheep unfortunately.

06 Jan 2021 21:17:31
I'm going to be a bit controvetsial here and say that ai think Zungu should start against the sheep. I see something in him tbh. Just my opinipn.

06 Jan 2021 21:53:51
Deano, your absolutely correct, we can't afford any more injuries, suspensions or C.V. related issues. We need more bodies in to continue our great run so far.

06 Jan 2021 22:30:35
So Haa it been confirmed roofe will miss game v sheep.

06 Jan 2021 22:55:06
SGL would you play them both together if fit? If so who would miss out?

06 Jan 2021 23:21:28
Zungu won't be signed he's nowhere near good enough.

07 Jan 2021 07:35:05
I would play jack and arfield in the bigger/ potentially harder games OrangeTinted yes i would 👍Its game management with davo as we all know so he unfortunately can't play every game. We have a good in depth squad for a reason which we must use of course. I think with glen kamara's technique, european football suits his style to a 'T'🤔In our domestic games i'd have arfield in for aribo and again i rate aribo and i would have jack in alternatively for davo and kamara 🤔🇬🇧.

07 Jan 2021 08:56:04
I agree Seeker.
I see the midfield 3 being between Kamara, Davis, Aribo and Zungu.
Though I do prefer Aribo further forward.
Davis has been played more than normal due to the injuries to Jack and Arfield. Though can we afford to rest him at Aberdeen?

07 Jan 2021 12:30:22
Really don't fancy zungu at all gets caught on the ball constantly. Not up to the pace of the game here at all.

06 Jan 2021 19:04:05
Watched lundstrum couple of times this season not overly impressed, but those in the know seem to rate him from what i have read, think a mix of team playing poor and contract situation could be reason, not sure how we can afford a fee plus his wages if he comes on a free with a signing on fee may make it possible, do think we are light in midfield overly reliant on Davis.

06 Jan 2021 19:52:40
I seen him a lot last season and he was outstanding think his form has a lot to do with contract and sheff Utd playing rubbish.

06 Jan 2021 20:01:06
Agree with you kja9.

06 Jan 2021 18:46:31
Watching the Napoli game. Gattuso was an amazing athletic player. loved him! . but just saw him on the touchline and (please remember Maradona and Napoli) he looks like he has swallowed a dinghy.

06 Jan 2021 21:19:30
Aye the wee? man looks like he shops for FB sizes these days.

06 Jan 2021 17:24:19
Brophy joins st mirren from killie in summer. sure he was touted for us on here at some point along with shankland. deary me.

06 Jan 2021 18:20:04
That's a shame we've missed out on him. 🙄.

06 Jan 2021 19:02:51
I actually think he's the worst player ever to be capped for Scotland.

06 Jan 2021 19:05:21
Give us a Trophy no a Brophy.

06 Jan 2021 21:20:18
Never the standard required for us.

06 Jan 2021 21:50:02
Totally agree sweep, woeful.

06 Jan 2021 17:20:18
Just having a quick think about youth players. murray park hasn't been too kind to gers but right now I think Patterson, Stephen Kelley and kai Kennedy could all make the break through with another season out on loan could become first team sqaud players.

06 Jan 2021 17:25:42
Hopefully mate yeah. As all previous have been big let down. Even more recently look at mcpake strugfled at dundee now loaned to harrogate town.

06 Jan 2021 17:26:31
Davie, I would love to see a few of the young boys get a chance in our team and it’s time now for the academy to start producing! I understand StevieG is only concerned to winning 55, but once he’s done this it might take the pressure of and let him bed some of the young guys in🇬🇧.

06 Jan 2021 17:47:57
Davie agreed. Add James maxwell and possible lad Graham although still a bit young.

Also we have signed a 15 year old Rory Wilson in the academy, he can’t sign a pro form to 16, 17 if he goes south. he’s just been moved to under 18s with view getting him in the reserves next season.

06 Jan 2021 17:51:55
dd180, were people not saying that about these guys 2 years ago.?

06 Jan 2021 18:22:53
Leon king and lewis Mayo could as well.

06 Jan 2021 18:49:36
I’d say king definitely, about three years away I say.
Andy Halliday says he is the best young player in Scottish football, last twenty years.

06 Jan 2021 19:07:36
Super hard to brake into the first team as a young player especially at a club like ours, we really need to push extra hard to get a colts team into the football league that would help these talented young players progress under Rangers coaches in a manner that suit our club.

06 Jan 2021 19:17:51
Correct highland bear. Rangers and Celtic have just launched another bid for this to happen next season.

06 Jan 2021 19:42:25
Tony Weston is another in the youth setup to keep an eye on.

06 Jan 2021 19:55:11
Bar 72 2 years ago these players were 16 or 17.the players I mentioned personaly think are the closest to step up and do ok and grow within the team. granted there's others also but just think these 3 are nearly there.

06 Jan 2021 21:22:56
John, any sign of the Ewen twins breaking through (Harley and Kelsey)? They used to go to my daughter's old primary school in Head of Muir.

07 Jan 2021 12:19:48
Not that I’m aware off, I think both are with under 18 but not had a lot of game time.
Will try and find out and get back to you.

07 Jan 2021 17:13:34
Thanks John, top man 👍.

06 Jan 2021 17:14:25
Am I missing something, there seems to be a clamour to sign a midfielder to cover for Jack and arfield being injured surely we've plenty of cover to see us through a couple of games until they're back fit. Why sign a midfield player in this window?
What we need to do is look to bring in top drawer players to replace who we loss in the summer and that won't happen until we have the funds from the outgoing player sales.
Imo a good window for us would be to fend off interest in our top players and to not have lost any of them when the window closes.
Maybe add a winger but they would have to be an upgrade on jones Barker Stewart Middleton etc other than that we go with what we've got.

06 Jan 2021 17:24:23
Personaly think hagi can easily cover right side of midfield if need be or if push came to shove move tav 1 up and play Patterson RBS for a game or 2 if need be.

06 Jan 2021 17:49:41
Think the worry is Davis is overloaded.

06 Jan 2021 17:58:20
Jzer I just thought we have cover in every position except attacking midfielder. I don’t think Aribo is the answer in that area and we appear to be way short on creating chances if other teams stop barasic and Tav. As has been shown recently.

06 Jan 2021 18:23:57
Maybe Jack isn’t a couple of games and more long term.

06 Jan 2021 18:51:26
How many would be happy to see midfield hagi, aribo, zungu.
The big worry is injury to Davis or kamara till we get Jack and arfield back.

06 Jan 2021 19:21:24
I’ve personally seen nothing from zungu yet! I wouldn’t be very happy with that midfield 3 John25 I would say very lightweight love aribo and hagi but for me they 2 are more suited to the front 3. I’m still hopeful that we go out and grab lunstrum from Sheffield United.

06 Jan 2021 20:47:47
Seeing liepzig are after hagi. £10million for him and get lungstram
Doughy and lewis ferguson in with the fee.

06 Jan 2021 16:14:59
Alright Bears

Another really hard game against Aberdeen which we need to win. If the Rangers are interested in the lad from Sheffield Utd rather than agree a pre contact are we not better paying something and getting him now with injuries to Jack and Arfield the way we done with Kamara?

Seems like a win for both clubs that way Sheffield Utd get something and we get our man earlier?

Does anyone have an credible source of in comings or out going's heard about a Croatia Left back and a younger lad from Colombia?

06 Jan 2021 16:43:57
Another bear allegedly they want 5 million now for a player that leaves in May. Not happening at that price.

06 Jan 2021 16:46:26
Another bear allegedly Columbia deal nearly done
Left back and agentboth say not interested in playing in Scotland.

06 Jan 2021 16:47:41
Yes but the problem with that is, it’s being reported that Sheffield United are still looking for around £4million to let him go in January. Even if they got sensible and even if the player himself pushed for the transfer you’d still end up looking at a figure of at least £2million as he’s a premier league player and the money down there is just stupid. We can’t afford even £2million just now and even if we could by the time all that negotiating took place it’d be the end of January and hopefully at least one of Jack or Arfield (if not both) will be back. It just doesn’t make sense to pay that kind of money for effectively 3 or 4 months of football if we can get him for nothing in the summer.

06 Jan 2021 16:51:11
Lundstrum would be a good signing. Agree with John, Not at £5m (when his contract is up in may though)

06 Jan 2021 17:03:54
I agree with your post gers, I feel if we could get him for 1-5 business could be done.
U r right to say it is linked to fitness of Jack and arfield.

06 Jan 2021 17:05:20
Well thanks for all the responses .

4m or 5m they can whistle for that! 😂

No sure how good he is to be honest not seen him all I know about the team he plays for us that they set a new record for worst start to a league season down south.

Maybe get someone on loan.

As you say I’d rather have Jack and Arfield back.

06 Jan 2021 18:25:13
He was phenomenal last season. Struggling this year as is rest of team. Terrific engine, can go box to box, tackle score goals. Think lundstram would be a terrific signing for us.

06 Jan 2021 16:10:10
I see It's silly season again, and if you believe everything you read we seem to be interested in signing every man and his dug 😂.

06 Jan 2021 16:58:57
Who do they play for.

06 Jan 2021 17:54:49
Are they both out of contract?

06 Jan 2021 19:08:14
We need to sign Naisy and wee Vladimir 😉.

06 Jan 2021 19:19:16
The dug is a big Rovers fan and prefers tennis balls, but would fit in to our midfield a treat.

06 Jan 2021 14:30:55
Just watched Ask the coach on YouTube with Michael Beale. Fascinating insight into how our first team is coached and why I think many of our players love playing for the rangers management team.

Interesting that Beale says about looking to work abroad again after his spell in Brazil. I think SG will want to take the management team to Liverpool when he moves on.

I hope we can get people in with a similar mindset to Beale, very impressive individual

Worth a watch!

06 Jan 2021 15:15:50
Yes BRW11,michael beale has a terrific coaching/ tactical mind 👌
A lot of rangers supporters i know and have spoken to, hope when gerrard eventually does move on from rangers, that he'd be a very good choice to replace gerrard as rangers manager/ head coach 🤔 He's a lot of the brains behind our coaching styles and coaching of our players 👌 Its very feesible however, to think he'll go with gerrard when that time does come🤔.

06 Jan 2021 15:28:16
IMO not a chance Beale will replace gerrard, great coach but not the profile required IMO.
He will go to Liverpool will Sg.

06 Jan 2021 15:37:28
I agree John, think Michael Beale is a major part of Steven Gerrards learning and will follow him if and when he gets the Liverpool job.

06 Jan 2021 16:26:53
There's no way Beale will manage Rangers.
A club of Rangers size needs a manager of stature to carry on the good work done by Gerrard.

06 Jan 2021 16:44:02
Coops, when SG leaves Beale goes with him.

06 Jan 2021 17:08:03
I said as much bankie no argument from me here my friend 👍🇬🇧.

06 Jan 2021 18:26:25
Defo a big part of our operation he is constantly in stevie ear on touchline.

Most people have their own opinions on the Dubai trip. Looking at everything it seems to me they broke no rules going there. The issue seems to be social distancing, l personally think having a beer is a non story. My belief is that the optics of it don't look good in the present circumstances. I was wondering if they would consider cutting the trip short and returning to Scotland early. Would this look even worse or could they try to put a positive spin on it?

And for Ed how do the local residents in Dubai feel about it seemingly being the worlds only playground. It looks like there's lots of Brits over there having fun. Is that causing any concern locally?

{Ed001's Note - Brits out here cause concern for those who have to live and work here anyway. They don't have a good reputation. But the tourists are the lifeblood of the city so people have to put up with it. The issue is the new strain has reared its head here and that is a worry. I see a lot of countries block Brits from travelling there and I can see it only being a matter of time before the UAE does the same unless the country sorts itself out.}

06 Jan 2021 14:26:05
Regarding the Dubai trip. Surely Celtic have broken there team bubble.

06 Jan 2021 14:47:55
It burst on Saturday at Ibrox.

06 Jan 2021 15:57:27
The SFA won’t and can’t do anything about what they have did in Dubai due to them not taking any action against the national team when they were all steaming doing the conga round the tables.

06 Jan 2021 12:58:41
Kilmarnock to cite Celtic Dubai trip in SPFL appeal as training camp raises double standards query. 🍿.

06 Jan 2021 13:12:55
I'm not meaning to be cheeky but I'd rather we got back to speaking about Rangers.

06 Jan 2021 13:28:39
I don't think they should be quoting Celtic breaking the rules as their defence for breaking the rules🤔.

06 Jan 2021 13:34:03
why we flying high and our house is in order.

06 Jan 2021 13:58:49
Why not MPH?, did you not rightly quote "what's good for the goose" a couple of days ago on another similar topic.

06 Jan 2021 14:01:34
Start a thread then Sweep1 🤔
Or scroll on past👍🙄.

06 Jan 2021 14:02:25
Sweep, we should be talking about them mate. In fact we should open our front doors and scream and shout about it in the streets. We should take every opportunity to stick the boot into them and if enough people make noise about it, people will start to listen. When we were going through our troubles I don’t remember many of them saying “let’s concentrate on ourselves”. Still to this day there is organised groups trying to pull us down. I will never forget the last few years and when our time comes, I will revel in their misery!

06 Jan 2021 14:28:41
With you all the way wi that C of Ibrox mate.

cannot wait for the time to come this season.

06 Jan 2021 15:15:54
COI You are correct every opportunity we get stick the boot into THEM, That house of cards is beginning to fall. I can’t wait until the total collapse 💥 🇦🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⚽️🇬🇧👍.

06 Jan 2021 15:16:44
Similar topic BlueBilly 🤔
The form of Kent and how he's treated to Morelos compared to Kilmarnock using Celtics misdemeanor in Dubai as their own defence against breaking the rules.
You've lost me there🤔.

06 Jan 2021 16:50:34
Maybe used the wrong word similar MPH mate, but the quote is what I meant.

No probs tho.

Every picture tells a story and that picture tells me Stevie G is a passionate manager and will be with the famous till Liverpool come knocking.
In Stevie G i trust.

06 Jan 2021 13:25:31
Just want to say thanks Ed and can assure you and posters the pic. is genuine and not a mock up.

06 Jan 2021 14:12:16
Did you get that from suzie BlueBilly?

06 Jan 2021 14:30:12
Yes Barrowlad.

06 Jan 2021 15:17:35
Looks more like Gerrard is suffering from road rage! 🤣.

06 Jan 2021 12:04:34
A few days late guys, but here it is.

Saturday 2nd Jan. result .

Rangers 1 Celtic 0.

Compliments to Johny Cash song.

Well Lenny woke up Sunday morning.
With no way to hold his head, that didn't hurt.
And the beer he had for breakfast wasn't bad,
So he had one more for dessert.
Then he fumbled in his closet through his clothes.
And found his cleanest dirty shirt.
Then he washed his face and combed his hair.
And stumbled down the stairs to meet the day.

He'd smoked his mind the night before.
With cigarettes and the songs that he'd been pickin'.
But he lit his first and watched a small kid.
Playin' with a can that he was kicking.
Then he walked across the street.
And caught the Sunday smell of someone's fryin' bacon.
And it took him back to something'.
That he'd lost somewhere, somehow that Saturday.

On a Sunday morning sidewalk.
Lenny's wishing Lord that he was stoned.
'Cause there's something in a Sunday.
That made wee lennon feel alone.
And there's nothin' short of dyin'.
That's half as lonesome as the sound.
Of a sleepin' Glasgow city .
And a Sunday mornin' celtic comin' down.

In the park he saw a daddy.
With a laughin'little Rangers girl who he was swingin'.
And he stopped beside a Sunday school.
And listened to the songs that they were singin'
Then he headed down the street.
And somewhere far away a lonely bell was ringin'
And it echoed thru the piggeray .
Like the disappearing dreams of yesterday.

On a Sunday morning sidewalk.
Lennon's wishing Lord that he was stoned.
'Cause there's something in a Sunday.
That makes wee Lenny feel alone.
And there's nothin' short of dyin'.
That's half as lonesome as the sound
Of a sleepin' Glasgow city .
And a Sunday mornin'celtic comin' down.

06 Jan 2021 12:49:24
my goodness bluebilly hat off and take a bow sir . brilliantly spotted and tweaked . put sundays grimn back on my face .

06 Jan 2021 14:20:08
Thank you Brian,

Only thing, the line should have read "Then he washed his "boots" and combed his hair" not his "face", he is the leader of the great unwashed after all .

06 Jan 2021 15:47:55
Bluebilly well done my man, that made me smile.

Southampton v Liverpool - A Liverpool Perspective

06 Jan 2021 12:01:23
{Ed's Note - Ed001 has posted a new article entitled, Southampton v Liverpool - A Liverpool Perspective

06 Jan 2021 08:37:42
The deteriorating C.V. crisis is making it more likely in my view that elite professional sport may well be subject to the same lockdown rules as the rest of society very soon. Let's say that Scottish football has to close down at the end of January, with Rangers having played 26 games and still at least 19 points ahead, possibly more. What will the SPFL do? That situation would be similar to last season but with Rangers even further ahead than Celtic were. If they act on precedents, they must declare the season over and award Rangers the title. As long as arrogant idiots like the Celtic squad flying out to Dubai continue to put two fingers up to the dangers of C.V., then the prospects for sport and society returning to near normality are bleak.

Was last season not awarded on a points per game basis?
I'm sure one of the junior teams won their league even though they were 3rd?
So it's imperative that we keep on winning in case it does get stopped.

I 100% agree DOIGER.

However without casting aspersions, looks to me celtic FC have a lot of fingers in pies regarding the running of Scottish football .

In view of this whether or not the league is cancelled / voided Rangers will not be awarded anything regardless of the precedence already being set.

PLEASE BE AWARE: this is only my opinion and does not represent or insinuate an accusation.

If League stopped in January, Celtic will remain Champions and the Title will be Null and Void! Their fans and club expect nothing less!

06 Jan 2021 10:30:46
What would happen if one of the Celtic players on the Dubai trip test positive with C.V. will most of the team not be affected and all need to self isolate as they all in the same bubble just now, And how would you think the SFA would treat them or would the government need to step in.

{Ed001's Note - they have to test negative to be able to fly to Dubai. They then have to test negative again to get on a plane out. If any tested positive while in Dubai they would be put into immediate isolation and will not be allowed to fly until they get a negative test. More of a worry is that they might have carried the virus into Dubai, as it has amongst the lowest (some reports say the lowest) transmission and death rates in the world currently.}

Cheers Ed 👍🏻.

{Ed001's Note - very welcome.}

06 Jan 2021 10:55:17
As I mentioned the other day, four Manchester City women players who were in Dubai on a 'jolly' tested positive for C.V. upon their return, so it must be out there.

{Ed001's Note - it is everywhere, mostly brought by tourists. But what is your point?}

06 Jan 2021 11:05:09
I thank you as well Ed001,

Great to read the facts from some who know .

{Ed001's Note - the biggest problem is the tourists. Particularly those not wearing masks!}

06 Jan 2021 11:14:36
Don't really see why sports will be cancelled, Italy is at least 6 weeks ahead in terms of the 2nd wave and football has continued over there. If it does get cancelled and no season happens next year then there won't be any teams left outside rangers and celtic to have a league.

{Ed001's Note - I thought they already said that sport would continue?}

06 Jan 2021 11:27:30
Yes that's what I thought Ed, was just replying to people that keep going on about it getting cancelled, its completely different from last season as there was no testing or anything in place back then.

{Ed001's Note - glad it is not just me. I am hoping it will be closer to returning to normal than being shut down before the season finishes.}

06 Jan 2021 12:10:09
Sports will continue.

06 Jan 2021 15:52:07
Yately, I don't follow your logic that if the league stops in January, Celtic will remain Champions, I find that one helluva statement to make.

{Ed's Note - Ed001 has posted a new article entitled, Review Of The Day 6th January 2021

Reading there that josh king is out contract in summer at Bournemouth, West Brom fancy trying to get him on mega cheap as he hasn't scored all season in 8/ 9 games and out of favour. Man Utd and few foreign clubs offered 20 then 13 then 7. Could we perhaps try get him as a replacement for Alfredo on a pre contract and then offer £2m to get him now as he's out of form and favour but is abso top drawer and surely a Norwegian international will fancy a shot at rangers a league title and europa league when he's stuck at Bournemouth on the bench. Defoe could swing it aswell. He could be the answer I hope there looking at him he's top class.

06 Jan 2021 07:10:20
He was awesome over the last few seasons, but he hasn't done well since Eddie Howe left. Fast and can play as striker or support.

{Ed001's Note - he had one good season there, he struggled with injuries while Howe was there as well and never got back to form properly. He is very injury prone. Brittle is a word often used to describe him.}

06 Jan 2021 07:41:00
Don’t think we could afford him to tell you the truth.

06 Jan 2021 11:49:20
Agreed Ed, he has had his injury problems. But I have watched most of AFCB games over the last few years, and he is a very talented, quick lad.

06 Jan 2021 12:11:53
Would be a class signing a few of the big clubs were sniffing about him not so long ago.

06 Jan 2021 15:04:40
He'd get snapped in two on his first outing up here.
