Just heard that a first team player has failed drug test , the player was tested after last nights game , he had to give other sample today which has also showed up a band substance .

What a load of rubbish, if ubhad half a brain u would know that when u have a drug test ubgive 2 samples at the same time. The first test is done and if it fails then the other sample gets tested, it must be another filthy tim trying to unsettle the mighty gers fans.

P.s.

I see the Edinburgh tims lay down to use lot again the night, we will just have to hump yous in the 24th and then it'll be 3 in a row.

In sir Walter we trust!

"Easter Sunday Old Firm Date Confirmed!"

After all the bleating by the SFA, Strathclyde Police and Scottish Government after the Scottish Cup replay, you'd think this would be the last date they'd have scheduled the game for.

I also heard the Jelavic drug test rumour too but as people have said it broke after the St Johnstone game doubt he had a drug test straight after the game. Weiss will cost a lot just because Man City are loaded doesn't mean they will give players away for peanuts their owners have stated this numerous times.

"". . And that's why you don't run a football club, boot out a guy that cost £4million what a waste that would be, besides what a load of rubbish."

When is he meant to have failed the drugs test, as he was obviously playing last night?. . ""

It was supposed to have been last night after the game. You will be surprised how often footballers get dope tested after games. I played in the lower leagues of Scotland and I was tested 4 times, its a random selection.

And as for If he was caught. It would be better to have a 20k a week player off of the wage bill instead of paying for a player who can't play for a couple of season due to FIFA and UEFA ruling when being caught. The players know that they can't take drugs and there will be an agreement of discipline with in their contracts so it would cost Rangers much on compensation to get rid of him. . .But again that's if he done it. I hope he hasnt coz he is a good player and we need him just now.

"Has anyone heard anything about Jelavic failing a drugs test?

If it's true I'd boot him the feck out, we don't need that kind of publicity surrounding our club.

Rangers are not out of the woods yet
, the Rangers squad is down to the bare
bones , when the 5 loan signings return
to their parent clubs it will leave only 11
or 12 recognised 1st team players plus 3
or 4 promising but inexperienced youngsters
to rely on , if Bougherra (who looks to be
working his ticket) and McGregor as has been
reported move on in the summer , it will
leave Rangers having to sign 7 or 8 players
to have the same size squad as this season
, on such a limited budget the quality of
player will surely drop drastically .

Re: CLOWN! if gers are taken over and they sell bougherra and mcgregor then they will be looking at having 10-12m to spend on players and have to of the clubs highest earners of the wage bill. But to be honest our whole team have been touted as moving in every transfer window for the past two seasons.

How many more goals are Rangers going
to be "gifted" by inept defenders this season ?
that must be at least 8 or 9 "gifts" they've had
, many getting them off the hook when they were
struggling , last night St Johnstone were more than
holding there own until Granger goes and makes
blatant c*** off , Kilmarnock twice , St Mirren ,
Hamilton , Rangers have gained 6 or 7 points
that they might easily have dropped but for
these "gifts" could be the difference between
winning or losing the league .

Re: Oooooh the pain! ! haha don't worry were due a gift of ur ropey defence in the last game of the season as well. . . Any reasonably minded person who knew anything about football would tell u that gers must have been pressing the rest of the team pretty well up to that point for the player to make a rushed decision and play the pass or make a mistake numbnuts !

So does the massive impending tax bill.

Give us a reason of why it will rather than just 'the papers talk about it'. You probably know nothing about remuneration trusts.

I was the poster that thought these are quality and I shall explain. . . .
Cerny- hamilton
Conway- dundee united
Goodwillie- dundee united
Bikey- burnley
Bartley- arsenal (loan)

Cerny is a great keeper in a poor team.

Goodwillie- scores for fun with united n if he had a good service he would get alot more.

Bikey- big strong and great header of the ball not many had heard of bougherra and look how he turned out sheffield to charlton to the champions.

I wish people would stop saying the takeover is a done deal, i will not believe a word of it until rangers fc release a statement saying it is complete. don't believe sky sports news they have been wrong about information in the past, and correct me if i am wrong is graig whyte not in georgia in the united states, we have got to be patient with this its not going to happen overnight.

Why would you pay 1 million for foster ha aint worth that, 250k would seal that transfer. Man city would want a lot more than 3 million for weiss, plus you would face stiff competition from premiership clubs. We need a hard b*****d of a centre half, if west ham get relegated matthew upson would fit the bill. I agree with the guy who said we should sign cuellar, i think he would come back to the gers.

Sergi 80

Re: C'mon guys Upson is on 90k a week! Cuellers wages are to high also. Even if the takeover happens we won't be paying folk more than 20k a week i reckon, Your right bout foster i heard the 300k price being banded about. I don't think man city are gonna kick a fuss over a couple of million 3 mihgt be enough assuming other prem teams don't want him. Bartley is a must for next year, he enjoyed himself here and was getting first team football plus he strolls thro the SPL games.

Top of the league for at least a day! It's going to go down to the last day of the season. Im quite a fan of this site but I'm fed up with all the nonsense rumours, I know a player very well( my mrs brother) and I show him all the transfer stuff on this site and it's all bull! He usually hears the transfer goss and all the stuff on here is nonsense! At least wait till you hear it from a good source before posting s**te on here.
