Use our rumours form to send us rangers transfer rumours.

As is par for the course with the media, tomorrow's headlines regarding The Famous Glasgow Rangers will all be about the first penalty, and then perhaps how well we played.

This is how we have to keep playing and performing well as they only look for anything remotely negative concerning The Famous Glasgow Rangers.

I am in awe of Mark Warburton,
so I am!

Aye Ready have to agree the style of football is brilliant but we will know in a couple of weeks where we are but I suspect a number of the disagree button pushers are from the nervous side of glasgow

RHW1962?

Their style of play is simply breathtaking at times, and a shear joy to watch, so it is.

We have been complimented in every game we have played - well alomost - stubbit gave us a backhanded compliment, and as such Raith Rovers McKinnon has intimated that The Famous Glasgow Rangers can win every game this season. I think that he meant every league game, however, such was the demolishing his team received at the hand of The Famous Glasgow Rangers his statement was worth the compliment.

Now it begs the question - Can The Famous Glasgow Rangers win every league game?

No matter what league The Famous Glasgow Rangers are in, it would be an enormous achievement and take an enormous effort to do so, with a large dollop of luck.

1. Enormous Achievement? - Yes because it has rarely been done, and the closer the club gets to their goal the greater the pressure;

2. Enormous Effort? - Yes because these players will have to perform at their peak level and stay in form for the entire season, whilst also playing in the League Cup and Scottish Cup;

3. Dollop of Luck? - Yes because players lose form, lose confidence and get injuries or a build up of niggling injuries throughout the season. They also need to stay focused throughout the season as every game will indeed be a cup final and rivals will be pumped up and more defensive. And one more thing, fluke results happen to every team - I can remember Barca getting beat by a wee team!

Aye ready talking about a dollop of good luck Warburton can make five changes to the team. Players who have been in fine form not making the subs bench and still win which in its self is impressive also with the manner they play and how many times have big clubs come down to the smaller leagues and lose.I for one want us back in the top league if we lose a game or two playing in this manner and qualifying for the top league i'm ok with that as big Marvin Andrews said Keep Believing

Do you think in hindsight that Ally will look back with regret at his time as Rangers manager? I've often thought he was too arrogent and couldn't see how bad we were -almost a nonebody could have done better than I did altitude, when now his eyes must be opened?

I doubt he will regret taking his big fat salary and getting a load of shares for a penny a go.

Come December when his contract ends get ready for his charm offensive though aided by his media and football pals who will attempt to deny the fact that the football he had us playing is decades behind the way MW has organised us.

100% naz the likes of Derek Johnstone and the rest of his old pals will be going into overdrive saying that poor ally done a wonderful job and the football isn't that much different under mw than it was under ally.in Warburton we trust.

I am in the minority here, but I have never understood this need to have a go at people for"buying into" the Whyte takeover, it's made to sound like a bigger crime and to those who didn't well you did well to stop it happening NOT, some people obviously wanted to believe in it, like everyone, certainly me, all I am saying is what difference does it make either way if people were duped or not, everyone was.

Scotjo there's no point dwelling on the past mate what's done is done regardless of wether you bought into it or not. We are currently witnessing a young team playing entertaining football week in week out. On top of that they are being coached by a Manager who clearly cares deeply about his work and believes wholeheartedly in his own methods.

We've been through the mire as a football club with still a hell of a work to do to restore Rangers to what we were. We're in a better place now under this board than the last that's without doubt and the future is all about us doing our bit to ensure they make good with their promises.

For the time being though, for the here and now,I think we should just be enjoying the progress we've made and back these young lads to the hilt for this championship.

Was at Ibrox yesterday and the atmosphere was second to none, the players and fans are loving it but how much influence does DW have. He always struck me as the type that he could be a good manager in his own right.

Looking for a strong ref today as I fear for some of the young footballers in our side, wish we had an enforcer someone that the hammer throwers feared and could look after the young lads I believe we should win this one by 3 goals but will have to take care of John Daly who will test us at corners Mon the Gers, Its of to the match I Go!

Agree Strachan was totally wrong in team selection? even though I think Griffiths is a tit he should have been on from start why not play someone who is scoring on weekly basis??

I'm afraid when you have players who in the main play for English Championship sides and an SPL team which isn't exactly setting things alight in Europe, what should we expect? One of the few English Premier League players Charlie Adam didn't get a game and Morrison, who played, was very poor. Steven Fletcher is playing for a struggling Sunderland team at the moment and it showed. Disappointed with Naismith too but he isn't a regular starter for Everton this season. Bring in Lee Wallace, Kenny Miller and Barrie Mackay against Germany LOL.

Was a poor team performance not any individual. Too slow, no cutting edge, no creativity. Far too easy for Georgia to contain and counter.

We don't have any real quality but we do have a lot of very decent players playing in (supposedly) the best league in the world. Look at the level their players play at, much lower.

However need to keep things in perspective- Germany, Ireland and Poland didn't exactly find it a walk over there although they got the results. I think settling for a draw in Dublin was a major mistake, followed by the wrong approach last night.

Reminded me of Celtic malmo, unfortunately not as funny.

And that's what happens when you have a team made up mostly of players from Celtic. Another glorious failure again. been feeling so go with what's happening at the Brox at mo but I've been brought back to earth with a loud thump with the result tonight,but at leat the Norn Iron won and look set to qualify.

Believable3 Unbelievable6

The starting line up had two Celtic players in it, how in even your bitter wee fantasy world would this constitute a team having" mostly Celtic players " perhaps if he had played Griffiths for the 90 minutes instead of just the last 10 it would have been a different result. I can tell from your post basic maths is not your strong point ( if you have one ) so 11 take away 2 leaves 9 ( well done you can stick your socks back on ) which means the biggest majority of the team was made up of non Celtic players .

Staggeringly dumb zeus but I'll play along, two of the worst for Scotland were Naismith and Hutton, what club did they both play for again? Worst player on the park was Morrison however.

Griffiths would have made no difference to the result. He will score for fun at spl level buy just like Boyd lacks what is required for international level.

It is our lack of cutting edge and creativity coupled with poor mentality and wrong tactics.

The wee ginger fella has done a good job but got it badly wrong last night. Real shame as it has ended realistic qualification chances. Despite the "we can still do it" nonsense.
