Got to laugh at the Falkirk manager's rant about the free kick leading to Tavernier's goal when there were many bizarre decisions against us. Their keeper handles outside the box and the ref blows for offside when the linesman's flag is down, Kiernan ordered to change his torn shirt and not allowed back on to defend a corner. Could go on about some bad tackles on Halliday but won't.

The officials were the worst I've seen in 50 years of watching Rangers. As kfraser said, there were many occasions when blatantly bad decisions went against us. Unfortunately, Houston could only see it one way and just couldn't help himself with his post-match outburst. The man is just bitter and twisted. No class, unlike Messrs Warburton and Weir.
I won't be losing any sleep over individuals like him and big Stubbs or their wee diddy teams.

That isn't his point, his point is he has a longstanding hatred of rangers. and it's not the first time he's made such allegations after playing. he was the same at Dundee Utd. he doesn't see the decisions, which go his way. also look again, the player goes on with his studs and is stamping. it was an out of control tackle, that is why he was penalised.

Morning Bears. Turning away from club football for a minute, any thoughts on Scotland's team to play Poland on Thursday night? Forgetting club bias, I've always believed in playing form players and those playing at a decent level.
I'd definitely include Naismith and Griffiths (he is scoring regularly)and the like of Morrison, Fletcher and Adam all play in the EPL. Assuming all available and not injured of course. A pity Wagorn and Tavernier aren't Scottish!

Griffiths might be scoring but he isn't scoring more than Martin or Rhodes who have been scoring for fun continuously for Years.

I think rhodes and griffiths both play up front. drop 1 of holding midfielders.we need to win no matter what but truth be told i think we will get bean by at least 2. 90 mins of football all or bust and you should start with 2 flying full backs also. all out attack get 2.0 up then change game plan but bet the ginger 1 plays 1 up front 2 holding midfield players so the usual will happen the ball will go up to steven fletcher and poland will easily take it off him cause no 1 around him for support.
in a game like this i think darren fletcher/maloney or barry banan should play through the middle becayse there range in passing is good and 1 pass can unblock there defense. The ginger 1s game plan will be to stop them from playing with our 2 holding midfielders but in reality its not about them its about us scoring and with 1 up front and defensive style he will play us we have no chance. all out attack.

Forgive my ignorance Cee but who is Phillips? I'd go (4-3-1-2): Marshall; Hutton, Greer, Hanley, Shinnie; McArthur, Morrison, Anya; Naismith; Rhodes, Griffiths. Brown was useless last time out, Maloney floats in and out of games. McArthur is playing well for Everton. No point in a draw so we must go for broke in last half hour if we are behind or drawing.

Sorry Tomtom12, meant to say McCarthy. Maybe both in the side? I don't agree with the doom and gloom regarding getting humped by Poland. It is a home game with a full house and the Georgia game is the one that let us down. We've still a chance but two wins out of two is essential. Ireland have Germany at home and Poland away which looks to me like nil points!

I may be wrong but I think so, anyway I think he would fit into MW play.
And a strong centre half is crucial as Wilson was carried by Davie until he got his move to Liverpool, and isn't a good defender. A good centre midfielder is also crucial.
