A good hard fought performance not aided by a terrible referee and linesman. Hibs could not have complained if they had had two or three thugs sent off.
Great first performance from Hagi, with better things to come - hopefully he showed others how to play, fight, dig in and never give up.

McGregor should have done better - he ain’t no innocent, dishes it out so should have got the ball even if he was impeded.

Whittaker had his arms up in the air and clearly impeded McGregor as he had no chance of actually playing the ball. For me keepers get too much protection now a days, that's my honest opinion but when they are given against you a fair bit then you'd expect the same decision. All we ask for is consistency.
As for the Morelos one that was just laughable, thought for a minute i was watching the world championship wrestling ahah still Morelos stood his ground and planted Stevenson on his **** after being man handled after he turned his man and looked like he was going to get away.
No one seems to be mentioning the Darryn McGregor tackle which was identical to the one Edmundson saw yellow for. again this goes back to the matter of consistancy or should i say inconsistancy.

Is there a competition going amongst referees as to who can award the most decisions against Rangers this year. Truly shocking refereeing by Madden!
It's funny how players playing in Europe up against Morelos get booked yet in our league they get away with murder. The challenge by Stevenson on Morelos was a joke. Think McGregor was fouled for their goal and Kent was a penalty.
Another big game next week against Kilmarnock away we just need to focus on us until next old firm and see where that takes us.
I liked how Hagi was looking for the ball more to come from him.

This is again very very poor tonight. I actually feel a bit sorry for Kent. I know that won't be a popular viewpoint but let me explain. As a winger you rely on your teammates to get the ball out to you if you are holding your position. If they don't get the ball to you then you have 2 choices. Hold your position and wait on the ball to be delivered to you or go hunting for the ball. Kent is doing the latter and is going hunting for the ball. This means he's picking up possession in less advanced areas and quite often central positions which minimises his effectiveness. His attitude is correct in wanting to go get the ball and I can't fault that.
Hagi looks good. Again, just need to get the ball tp him.

Feel sorry for Katic - couple of mistakes, Gerard calls him out personally and then dropped. Seems Gerard can't wait to drop him for something. Goldson has improved to last season's performances but he made mistakes and kept his place. Anyway, I'm sure Edmunson won't let us down and hopefully the changes work and we get a result.

What is it that some people cannot see? Katic is absolutely terrible. Makes everyone around him nervous. Yes he can win headers and the occasional tackle but his distribution And awareness makes him an absolute liability in games where we have the majority of the ball. That’s almost every game.

Firstly let me say I like this site and appreciate everyone is entitled to their opinion. What I do despair with at times is people changing their mind and doing u turns on their previous posts.
Whether it be Morelos worth or how good, bad or indifferent Tavernier is. The one that is getting me just now though is how quickly some have turned on Ryan Kent. This boy didn't decide he was worth £7.5m, nor did he claim to be a world beater. At the moment he looks like he is maybe suffering a dip in confidence but this is often the case with wingers as history will tell you.
People argue who was the best player ever to play for Rangers and in my opinion it wasn't Laudrup or Gascoigne but Davie Cooper. Laudrup was far more consistent than Davie but on his day Cooper was unplayable. The point I'm making is Davie Cooper could be a 9/10 or a 10/10 some weeks but his form would sometimes drop off and he would end up on the bench for periods.
Kent will come good again as form is temporary but ability is constant. Please bears let's help guys like Kent, Aribo and Morelos to prosper at Rangers instead of constantly berating them for loss of form. For what it's worth, I still think Kent will turn out to be a steal for £7.5m in todays market where McBurnie goes for nearly 3 times that fee.

Paul86 don't forget that Jack is missing from the midfield. Take 2 players of their stature out of the team and you will suffer. People on this site complain that Tavernier can't defend, this is where Jack comes in by covering for him when he marauds upfield. It is much the same when Morelos is out of the team, the ball does not stick up front.
