Can’t find the exact response to tonight’s game, how the commentators could say that a draw was a fair result was beyond me only 1 team deserved to get a result and that was Israel. S. Nope, he’s 33 now, or thereabouts, he signed a deal, think he’s lost much of his power and will either carry on or pose a lot of cash, however he’s more than likely got many business arrangements around Spain and South America so he won’t be skint.

Doesn't make sense to me why he mentioned it. We have players on international duty playing in countries that already have quarantine. Most of the Israel team are coming from quarantined countries and Czech team have an outbreak. So I don't see why this would be an issue. They stay within their group and get testing.

{Ed001's Note - it's not that simple as it varies from country to country. In France they are just postponing games to allow teams to field full squads. I think a Marseille game has already been postponed.}

{Ed001's Note - I think it will be the way it will be dealt with in most countries, so there could be a rampacked schedule at times as they try and slot in the games that were called off. It could end up being as much of a mess as last season around Europe.}

What an incredible career Steven Davis has had. Tonight he gets his 118th cap for N. I let's hope he can get a few more and surpass Peter Shilton as the most capped British player which would be a superb achievement for a midfielder compared to Shilton who played in goals.

Imo davis is one of the best we have had since the glory days of gazza laudrup ect. Even since his return I fell he has performed well overall taking away a few uncharacteristic performances when not fully fit. I do believe this will be his last season tho but the knowledge he will pass on to the youngers guys is going to be a massive help in the years following his retirement. Hagi saying on SSN today how much Davis has helped him since his arrival and I'm. sure they're are many more who will echo his words.

As much as I love my country and can genuinely say I did love watching scotland at tim, I find it unforgivable when our players where booed on pitch for that reason I will have no interest other than hoping our players come home injury free

I will be supporting our national team 100 % If certain fans wish to boo certain players then that's their problem and just shows them up as utter morons who are not real supporters. I have and always will support any players who are in the team regardless of who they play for. We are long overdue getting to a tournament and feel sorry for our younger fans as they have never seen us qualify for anything since 1998.
I also hope John Mclaghlin gets a start as he deserves it. Come on Scotland give us 3pts and play well.

The Dutch Corner was once the name of the old garage at the junction of sarry st, and possil/ kep rd, facing the old alliance box, I drank in the old widows bar with frank mcdougall from your neck of the woods and him and McAvennie would pick me up regularly, frank was a legendary Aberdeen, st mirren striker, the original name of the widows was the old moss house tavern and in the 90 it was owned by Bobby Dempster and called Caseys Drum.

So the Scottish government have contradicted Neil Doncaster’s claim that he was advised to end last season prematurely. Begs the question why did he do it then? All us rangers fans already know the reason but I’m sure the other lot will hit out with clubs were desperate for prize money which in some respect is true, so why not be transparent and say that was the reason for ending the season early instead of blaming the Scottish government. Was it because he wanted with his cohorts to gift Celtic the league? The man is a shambles and not fit to run Scottish football and this corruption needs to be addressed but I’m sure it will get swept under the rug just like everything else.

The timing of the decision looked premature ending the season but in hindsight it was the correct decision as we would not have been able to finish the season. We are only now max 6 games in approaching mid September and there would still have been another 3/ 4 games still to play to finish last season. It's time for some rangers fans to move on and stop whining about last season.

Rather than complain about the premature end to last season I would rather put pressure on the authorities to outline very clear rules regarding what will happen this season if we cannot end it in the time allocated which is a possibility. How many games have to be played before champions being called being the major issue.
