A random question, but with any players who were out on loan and aren't involved in any playoffs, will they be allowed to play in the Rangers playoffs as technically their season is over?
As there are obviously a few younger players such as McKay, Gasparotto, Stoney etc).
I may be handy to have a couple more options as I am sure we will get some injuries and suspensions.
I doubt they will be able to play but I wondered if anyone knew

I don't think we will be seeing any of these mate, I wouldn't be surprised if we seen the likes of the Newcastle trio, ferguson, mbabu and streete. The 3 of them would be welcome additions, mbabu and street would tighten up our defence.

I'm a long term admirer of Jamie burrows, he has had a rough time due to injury but I have always been impressed with him. Reminds me of Kane hemmings.

Okay so the players and coaches of year have been awarded, what about worst referee, worst pundit and worst writer lol? For me it's without a doubt Craig Thomson for worst ref, Michael Stewart for worst pundit and Michael Gannon for worst so called writer!!

what good does that do go the whole hog worst two managers in scotland a macoist an k macdowall that's your opion coupled wi mine but what good is it

Agree1 Disagree3

04 May 2015 21:46:05
Well it gets boring listening to idiots complain about guys who are no longer at the club.

Agree0 Disagree1

05 May 2015 06:36:05
It would be a struggle to pick the worst moaners on this site but if it came to it bigwull you would be right up there with a good chance of winning. Mccoist is the best manager we have had this season, go on prove me wrong.

Agree1 Disagree0

05 May 2015 10:44:31
Andy Walker worst pundit by the length of Copland Road.Sellik biased to a ridiculous degree, gets 90% of calls wrong, even with replays and lastly, sounds like an undertaker advertising this year's economy coffin range.

Agree3 Disagree0

05 May 2015 14:29:08
How many points did mccoist take off hibs and hearts jyf? Your defending of mccoist is laughable! Apart from mcdowall he is the worst manager we have ever had! And before you go on about his stats he has had the most games this season out of the 3 managers so of course he is going to have a higher win percentage! Mccall has played hearts twice and hibs once,

Agree2 Disagree0

05 May 2015 17:19:25
Did you really say that holy? If you play one game and win it you have a 100% win rate so the less games you play the higher the chances of having a high win rate. And if you read back the posts I usually only stick up for Ally in response to someone slagging him off in this case bigwull so are you saying that slagging Ally off after all this time is OK on this site but sticking up for him is laughable? Have a look at yourself.

Agree1 Disagree1

05 May 2015 17:47:09
For as long as he is taking a wage of the club I will continue to slate him! How can you judge mccall when he us having to work with the trash mccoist brought in

Agree3 Disagree0

05 May 2015 18:04:19
Hooly, McCall messed the team up single handedly on Saturday that's how I can slate him.
So the team that beat hibs and hearts were Mccalls teams and the team that lost to them were Mccoists team make up your mind. Look at Aston Villa new manager in and he turns the team around that has not happened here and it should have the team that beat hibs then hearts should have been good enough to beat Cowdenbeath livingstone QOTS and so on but he could not get anything extra out of them where a good manager would.

Agree1 Disagree2

05 May 2015 18:41:59
Rangers don't have a benteke! So u think it's OK for mccoist to still take a wage when we're getting hand outs from share holders! And u can talk about your stats all you want mccall might not be the greatest manager we've ever had but he's a better manager/coach than mccoist will ever be!

Agree4 Disagree0

05 May 2015 18:49:47
You bring Tim sherwood into as if he's pulled up trees at villa well I know your fond of your stats so here is sherwoods stats played 12- won 6 drew 1 and lost 5 so hardly much better than mccalls

Agree1 Disagree0

05 May 2015 19:29:10
Sherwood 55% McCall 45% Sherwood FA cup final McCall 6 play off games. If McCall gets same win rate as Sherwood we would have been second and would not have to play at QOTS where we have played twice won none scored none and let in 5. If I ran a business I would not pay anyone to go on gardening leave, they would do their job or I would sack them that's why he would still be my manager.

Agree0 Disagree1

05 May 2015 21:05:28
Sherwoods only got 13 points mccall 20 points so your argument doesn't add up, and you still havnt said if you think ally is wrong to take money off us when where broke, if he had any decency he would of give up his money when the new board came in!

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - Boring now)

05 May 2015 21:39:11
Lol your right ed I think me and jyf will just have to agree to disagree and move on I don't think we'll ever agree on mccoist

Agree0 Disagree0

04 May 2015 18:53:28
Might not agree with this one boys, but I hope McCall plays Boyd in the play-offs.There's too many half chances being missed and he's had a wee break, I think he could come alive in the play-offs and take us up.Just a feeling I've got.

Think I would agree with you on that one mate especially at home, not sure he would fit into any set up away (or an xxxl shirt for matter lol) but would love to see him come good we all know it's in him.

04 May 2015 20:06:19

The guy scored 25 in 44 matches last season in a higher league, he couldn't have deteriorated this much in a year! I remember looking at him at start of season and couldn't believe the size of him them puma tops don't take any prisoners!

04 May 2015 20:55:28
BIGWULL) Not a fan then mate.

Agree0 Disagree0

04 May 2015 22:57:15
Could be a good shout to stick him in. He might do a Lafferty (mince all season until last few games). As somebody said he does have it in him. As long as they can find him shorts big enough to cover his arse

Agree0 Disagree0

05 May 2015 16:37:18
Think when it comes to arse covering,Jig will have biggest shorts!

I think tim alloy sees what he wants to see through green tinted glasses.reading through banter on here majority think we won't make it.also there will be a clear out this season and we will see a better Rangers on future going to take time thougj

Thanks your right there pal but we will see.

Agree1 Disagree0

04 May 2015 12:47:39
I see most posters on here already have you promoted, dismissing Hibs and Motherwell along the way. Well let us just say for argument's sake you DO come into the big boys league, unless your "saviour" King ploughs all the tax millions he never paid in SA into your club you will struggle, If McCall is given job there is another liability, he could not cope with the pressure at a small club in Motherwell how will he handle pressure at your club. I would say at present discounting the champions Celtic, Aberdeen, Dundee United, Inverness, Hearts are all better than your team at present so you would already be fighting just for a top six place, given your present squad, if at least 6 new players not added, players with both skill and HEART, something this squad lacks, you may even end up getting relegated after just coming up. Just being realistic as most on here seem to think you will be in champions league in 2 years, not going to happen.

Believable5 Unbelievable10

04 May 2015 13:01:54
You are not a bad guy mate,so no venom here, but shouldn't you be worrying about Celtic getting through the qualifiers for the CL,given how you did in Europe last season?

Agree6 Disagree1

04 May 2015 13:30:00
I take it you only see the posts you want to see. There area an awful lot of 'doom and gloomers' on here, writing us off before the first play off game. Try seeing things from an unbiased view.

Agree2 Disagree1

04 May 2015 13:32:33
'Big boy's league'

It is the top league in Scotland, it is and always has been a very poor league. It is hardly a scary thought, lol, get over yourself lad.

Agree5 Disagree1

04 May 2015 13:42:26
Its typical behaviour, expressed by someone that knows Rangers will be back as the top team in Scotland once again. I'm happy for you and your success but lani is right, focus on your on team and their European jaunt next season.

Nobody I have seen here thinks we are going to be champions in 2 years time. I would say more 3-4.

Keysersoze- how many teams from the "big boy league" have we beat this year? Come on we beat Motherwell when we were in the third division.

Agree3 Disagree1

04 May 2015 14:43:34
Wow timmalloy you must be reading a different page because no one on here is dismissing these teams we know they are good but we have to be optimistic and expect nothing less than a win lol just like the way your club dismissed Aberdeen.
I am very much a doom and bloomer because with a good manager hibs would've done what hearts done and romped it. I hope we make it up and I think we will.
Maybe I shouldn't have said that as it is dismissing hibs and qos and mwell lmao

And lamester we beat Motherwell, st Johnstone and Inverness so get your facts right.

Agree3 Disagree0

04 May 2015 15:55:19
I don't get it cee, I was agreeing with him? And reaffirming the point we beat teams already from the spl. What facts have I to get right?

Agree0 Disagree0

04 May 2015 16:41:20
Awwww sweet pea! Just worry about your own team, mate. Get your loved one to change your nappy and
Pour yourself a glass of warm milk! Helps you sleep rather than OBSESS over us! Night night

Agree2 Disagree2

04 May 2015 19:16:31
To be fair my opinion is that it will be Rangers or QOTS that go up.

Agree0 Disagree0

04 May 2015 19:53:52
Apologies l3mster misread you thought you meant its only Motherwell we have beaten since 3rd division lol, was tired today lol

Agree0 Disagree0

04 May 2015 08:02:36
Despite the doom and gloom this season I think we have a real chance in the play-offs. Each of the games is a two-leg affair so we don't have to win all six games to win promotion. We beat Hibs away not long ago and should have beaten Hearts away last Saturday. A draw away to QOS and a full house at Ibrox should see us through. Nothing to fear from Hibs or Motherwell. We shouldn't start judging McCall already. We've lost only once since he took over. I'd certainly persevere with McGregor and Zaliukas in the middle of defence and Foster at right back. As for the rest of the team, youngsters Murdoch and Walsh are keen and fit and we must play Vuckic and Hardie. Maybe Black can be useful in the away games to shore up midfield?

Believable1 Unbelievable4

04 May 2015 08:46:55
Zaliukas and foster are awful and if we have to rely on them then we are in trouble

Agree2 Disagree2

04 May 2015 09:51:42
DOIGER,I do think we can go up mate, but Black can stay where he is.The only thing McDowall done right was binning him, and McCall seems to have the same opinion.

Agree2 Disagree1

04 May 2015 12:16:36
Fair comment gkk, I'd forgotten how much of a liability Black was! I don't agree with Stewie G though about Zaliukas. He can come good. I'm only suggesting Foster because at least he is a RB.

Agree3 Disagree1

04 May 2015 12:29:33
dont agree with zalukas he has improved with the game time he has been getting better but foster wors than a man short would not make a back for a waistcoat

Zalukus is good enough for me. He took a bit of time to settle after a long time out but as been fairly solid and comfortable once he did settle.
