Regarding what I have said previously about never being relegated demoted kicked down the league etc&we applied too join the SFL. After reading the rite hounarable Donald Findlay's comments&view on the debacle off the rangers saga, I am in total agreement with Mr Findlay QC.

Also expect come the end of January the media will have been printing & re wording any players comments make, during the run up to the game by stirring the pot, just for some headline. It will be3years since the last game&there will be the Ned's with the victimisation card fueling there outbursts of hate& on the east end Ned's, it will be the zombie new club etc & hatefest bellowing out banned songs on both sides. well I don't agree with Donalds words not at all, Rangers company was dead, the assets were bought, that included the team. (players stadium etc) never missed a single match imo,

I do agree with him that things havnt been done the Rangers way, but that doesn't mean my club doesn't exist, I just need to go to Ibrox to see that, so its a very silly statement Finlay made nobody will tell me Rangers don't exist, while the name is in every paper and news media every day in life

Sorry Tommy. The players were not bought, the players were given the option of transferring to the new club. Findlay is correct, you can purchase the assets but not the history and of course not the spirit.

No matter what was bought or wasn't bought or what player transfered over or didn't, this team play at Ibrox are from Glasgow and still wear the famous royal blue and will always be THE RANGERS owners come and go but a team / club cannot die it lives through the fans who support it.

Anyone who thinks Rangers are dead are simply trying too hard, the company was liquidated and a new company formed in between seasons, no football was lost and at best it is a technical claim based on corporate law. Scottish football is governed by SFA articles, not corporate law and no rules were broken to accommodate Rangers.
Some dislike and disagree with precedents but that is their problem.

This discussion could go on for ever as there will always be those who follow their heart and view it as the same club and those who follow their head and know that it is a different club. Unfortunately for me I follow my head and the facts are plain to see, it is not the same club.

Big question for me is why is Donald Findlay coming out with this now?

He's obviously got a very good reason for making his thoughts public like this and remember this is a man who backed up Bomber regarding the deeds at Ibrox a couple of seasons ago.

Always Rangers to me anyway no matter what any senior advocate says.

Abhab. How is it obvious to see m8 ? Play in Rangers strips. At Ibrox stadium. Called Rangers by everyone in the world. Thousands of fans wearing Rangers scarves. Uefa identify them as Rangers. Rangers fc on the gates. stands etc. And the papers say Sumone v Rangers ?
Tell me how it's obvious it isn't RANGERS
