Worrall for me is far FAR too indecisive and always seems scared to make things happen from the back, was a truly bad day at the office today for most and lucky to still be in the cup. Kamara seems to be at home already though which is good. It's a shame we've messed the league up, not over but being honest the league is gone. Need this cup!

Worrall was best player on park yesterday. I'm not his biggest fan but he was head and shoulders our best player yday.

I would've said Kamara was way more assured on the ball than Worrall and overall better performer but that's by the by. Everytime they play it out from the back he seems to have no clue what to do, Goldson same, they've got time and space to drive the ball forward and make things happen but are content with side ways passing and back to Shags. No urgency.

Kamara should be more assured on the ball since he's a centre mid and it's his job. Big Worrall was immense won everything aberdeen lumped at us, and got us a replay with his goal. Like I said I'm not a big fan of him, but at least be fair when the guy has a good game.

Just saw Caley Thistle's winner in injury time. Brilliant! Made my day. Love to see scumdee hibs slip down the divisions into eventual oblivion. And take that shower of sheep with them!

Not sure why some picking on Barasic for his performance today. Without having a great game thought he was quietly effective. Don’t recall Stewart having too much success against him once the game got going. He can be a little bit theatrical in his reaction to a challenge but would put that down to fact that still getting used to the Scottish game. Technically far superior and offers so many more options than Halliday.

Didn't see it today, but have to agree that on several occasions I have seen goldson and Worrall swanning around like they were franz beckanbauer in his prime, and have all the time in the world, they need to sharpen up a bit! I'm not a fan of greegs passing the ball out to either of them, watching them dither then pass it back, it achieves nothing, if no-one in midfield wants it i'd rather see him send it long, this tactic just invites pressure on the defence. We are on a good unbeaten run though, so let's keep it going!

For me barisic doesn't seem to have the pace or good enough runs forward to get the best out of his atributes
So for that reasaon i would sell him if good offer came in.
I would also consider making a move for tony gallacher from liverpool or john kitolano from wolves to replace him.
Katic has to be giving chance next season.
There is talent in other foregien markets we just need shop wiser in future and scout players instead of signing them cause they had a good game against us.

Barisic was awful. How many times did he give away stupid free kicks? He gave them away in some really dangerous positions that could have cost us. He offered nothing yesterday and although I’m not a Halliday fan you get commitment from him and a bit of a goal threat.

Arthur D, hear what you are saying but playing to the crowd commitment without ability and class will not get us very far. Agree Halliday is a good player to have around. Big culprit and failing yesterday was Goldson, extremely poor.

Barisic would be better suited as a wing back as we saw against osijek. Depending who leaves etc in summer might see a back 3 a bit more next season. If morelos goes, we don't have the players at the club just now to play the current system.

Lets get them back to Ibrox, turn the Rangers fan volume up to 11 and teach them a lesson. We were slack and a bit toothless in the first half, but we came out fighting second half. We also squandered several good chances, so i'm hopefull we will beat them at home.

Absolute nonsense, why would he get sent off in that game? Stop paying attention to sportscene, no mention of the 4 Aberdeen players that could have gone - cosgrove no booking for diving, later booked for an elbow, Lowe for trying to pick arfield up when injured and shoving him to the ground, later booked for a bad tackle. McLennan for Candieas tackle and Winnie for his tackle on arfield.

Christ that was hard to watch and Aberdeen sure as he'll contributed. Take the draw but we could and should have pushed them second half. We've got a large squad and SG won't change formation with subs. We defended against them pretty well but attack crying out today for change because Morelos stank. Reading some posts on here think talk about Jack unfair.

A lot of negative comments about the performance today. Yes, it was shocking and we should have been well beaten - we should have but weren't. We were rotten and still got the replay, so let's get behind the team at Ibrox as I don't think we can be that bad again. I said in a previous thread that Tav is a scapegoat, and today confirms it. Goldson gave away the penalty but I've read on other sites, that it was Tav's fault. Seriously, the whole team was gash today.

I love Stevie g and want him here as our manager but I don't get why he doesn't change guys who are having a stinker. He wants them to right a wrong in the game rather than taking them off. Take jack today he was never going to get going . He just had one of them games. Barisic is there to get Kent going and defend but he was shocking his whole game was off. Morelos man down as soon as he's booked yet the 3 last 90mins. Gerard tries the patient game hoping they come good but sometimes it never is and action needs to take place. We have had so many draws because of this . He needs to make the changes and go for gold rather than playing the game out.

Lots of negative crap on here. Two tricky away cup ties and we didn't lose either. Aren't players allowed off days? Unbeaten in 10 and we'll win the replay. People moaned when Warburton regularly made subs on the hour and now someone on here is moaning we didn't!

Think that's the best we could have hoped for after that performance was crying out for Lafferty more so in a defensive role at set plays from them, Morelos? again if ref sees kick out at Considine he's off again it's almost as if he can't help it blunted badly by early yellow but needs to learn but not sure he can.

Jack back to normal and dreadful.
We were lucky to come away with a replay as it was constant pinball in our box every time the sheep crossed a ball in.
Morelos was dung as well, in fact only Greegs, Kent, and Worrel deserve any credit.
Not happy with Gerrard either with no subs used. Lafferty should've been sent on at the hour mark.
We were too predictable today and made it easy for McInnes to play against us.

Think you're way too harsh on ryan jack pal! As i said in my earlier post, it was the worst game i've seen jack playing, in a rangers jersey!
Having said that i totally disagree with your statement of ryan jack 'back to normal and dreadful'. He's been superb for us, under steven gerrard, all season! He's entitled to have an off game from time to time Dadoprs0!Its just football mate

Totally agree disappointed in Gerard today. Love the guy but there was 3 who were stinking and subs would have won us the game I believe. We have had far too many draws because of Gerard playing games out with same team rather than making subs and going for the win. As you say we are easy to play against and should have a plan b if the opposition come out to man Mark us.

Jack may not have had his best day but it boils down to trust - SG would rather have a 50 % jack . We should trust the manager - knows best. Thought tav Kent, barisic, morelos candias were all poor. If Brenda does want morelos then 20m will do fine, will allow our manager to create a fantastic squad for next season.

It wasn't a particularly good performance from us today and we just didn't look up, for the physical battle of aberdeen, who would be better suited to playing rugby! Having said that, we should be up for these physical battles! You have to win the battle to give you the right, with the better players we have, to then go on and win the game!
Another thing here guys and i have said this before on here. What is borna barisic offering us? Absolutely nothing and i honestly don't think his heart is in it! He's not up for these type of battles. He was the worst player for us today again! He was like invisible man and offered absolute nothing! Play halliday in there from now 'till the end of the season! He offers more and has much more heart than barisic! I truly think we need to sign a new left back this summer, who can cope with the physical side of scottish football, as well as being a good footballer!

Generally we were poor today with several players off form. Having said that, we got a draw and a replay at Ibrox so no disaster. A year ago we would have lost that type of game.

Don't think Jack has anything to prove. He has been immense over the past few games. As Coops says sometimes it doesn't go for you and this was one of those games. Another one who can't win. When he plays great we hear nothing but heaven help him if he has a bad game. The naysayers want to string him up. And bo, i don't agree that that shower should have pumped us. We had better chances imo. Not a disaster though as we'll get another gate and win the replay.

What a horrible game of football that was. No flow by either team. I have no idea how Aberdeen can be third in this league, they just put the ball in the air on every kick of the ball and wrestle underneath it.
I have to give Worrall his dues in that game. He was solid, physical when he had to be and happy for him to get the goal. Great game from him. Special mention to Arfield and Kent who also put in a good shift.
Kamara and Tavernier were too quiet but they had their moments to contribute.
We were fortunate to get out of there with the draw. Ryan Jack was awful. Worst i've seen him play for rangers. It was like he was playing "hung over" no sharp passing and sluggish movement. Candeias the same. His passive play in the first half cost us the penalty. When he is on he's fantastic, when he's off he's bloody awful. And I know it's him because when Kent switched sides for a bit, he got Tav involved in the game which was something candeais couldn't do today. Barisic is another who struggled. He doesn't understand how to be physical and gives away stupid fouls.
And now to Morelos, he was off because there was a lot to deal with, trying not to lose his head. I thought the referee saw only one player on that pitch today. He showed Morelos who's boss, you can't mess with Mr. Kevin Clark. Good marking Mr Clark you neutralized Alfredo quite well, Derek will get a round in for you tonight.

Reading reports of the all-green cup tie yesterday, it seems that Hibs didn't create a single chance and were poor. We can take them on Friday night after we've sheared the sheep later today! Two massive games that will define our season and we must win them both. We can't do anything about the games the unwashed play, just win our games. If we win our games up to the end of the month we can have a go at the piggery on 31st March.
