I'm a Rangers fan, but you are an embarressment, my god what a load of s* te, Ibrox to Murray park in a taxi? I'm quite sure he'd either drive or have a car provided by Rangers, not to mention that its probably an hour back and forth with any amount of traffic so "all day" just no. Spur's want to punt him no loan him, might happen on a permanent when spurs realise they won't get much of there money back but not till summer next year.
As for Jack "Wilshire" it's Wilshere by the way, he's starting games for Arsenal, more chance of us signing Neil Lennon as a goalkeeper than getting him on a "lone" its loan by the way.

Foster In Velica out looks like a good deal to me, as it gets a player out the door who wouldn't get a game, whereas Foster can be used to cover a couple of positions.
