Why don't Rangers go to Holland/France/Belgium/Spain/Germany and hire the people that are teaching their young players how to play football. Bring them here for at least 5 years to teach US how to teach OUR youngsters. What ever we are doing we are doing it wrong. I actually proposed this back in the Little Generals day when he was p1ssIng money all over the place. No doubt we'll have an excuse for NOT donig that.
