Some of the posts on here are terrible, people saying tav should leave, waggy should leave even seen warbs should leave in the past couple of days, these are so called fans who need to get a grip and fully support the team and management, MW and DW and FMP have put together a multimillion pound team on a shoestring budget, if this time last season someone told me in a year rangers will sign players the caliber of rossiter, barton, kranjcar and perhaps senderos if he signs, i would have told them to stop sniffing glue, what happened to in warbs we trust, don't need part time fans that turn on the team/ manager whenever they feel like it.

It's also hard to blame fans who feel they are not getting their moneys worth. This is not how I feel but I also don't feel the players and staff should be exempt from criticism for under-performing in their roles. None of the rest of us are! There is no improvement because there are 10 new players that need to settle and youve still got holt windass crooks waghorn dodoo to come back from injury, i would love to see us play holt and windass with barton rossiter or halliday behind them, MOH on left forrester or mckay right and garner up front against them, i think tav is going to lose his place to hodson soon if things don't change, also seen people saying play tav right wing, the guys trained to be an attacking fullback, not a winger makes no sense for him moving further up the pitch.

In his prime there is no denying he was a top class player but those days have gone and many of you are going on reputation.
He has not been the same player for a few years now and it remains to be seen if he can recapture the form of old.
My personal belief is that he will be a luxury player who will make cameo roles, when he is brought on later in matches that are tight and we need a goal. The reason I say that is that he is slow and does not close down, so is not suited to the way Warburton wants to play. You still see glimpses of what he used to be like but I doubt we will see it on a consistent basis.

Wish people would get off DK's case about spending some (more? ) of his money. We have no real understanding of the extent to which he has arranged the subsidising of the basic operating costs of the club and no real appreciation of the impact on wages of the addition of players like Barton and Kranjcar.
Just because we have not seen millions being splashed out in transfer fees does not mean King is not facilitating the club financially to the extent he indicated, taking into account; player's wages and acquisition costs, back room and support staff restructuring, ground improvements and enhanced media and communication channels.
All without retail revenue and significant sponsorship revenues. Lots appear to have an opinion but there are few financial details available on which to base them so give the guy a break and appreciate what has been achieved in less than 18 months. The only real cause for complaint I can see is the fact that we have known for 12 months that the central defence is not good enough, ( especially Keirnan) and we have done nothing to address it.
we have improved areas that were potentially adequate and failed to add quality in the area which is our glaring weakness. I honestly think an explanation would be reasonable to expect if nothing is sorted out by close of play tomorrow, possibly even an apology because it was staring everyone in the face, a complete no brainer and we have delivered sweet fa.
Inexplicable and totally unacceptable! Saw something about a Chelsea lad on loan. have seen this fella play and he definitely has something to offer, not a leader but potentially a player. MW team selection has been surprising to say the least using three holding midfielders in games and leaving it late to bring on a decisive playmaker.

Ok so we've dropped points but some of the football we've played in these matches has been delightful. Latter stages of Motherwell and Kilmarnock, opening stages of Dundee. We're still gelling as a team. If we can replicate that level of play for 90 mins we will be formidable. I'm not panicking. Can't say the same for others posting on here. I'm actually excited for the season ahead. Not so much for the game at Parkhead but that's only one game in a long season.

I posted on it to say I'm by no means against Waghorn but he hasn't shown the capacity, and since now he has been injured this season already, to go a whole season without injury. Has nothing to do with his character or ability what I meant was if the bid is good enough I would take it. I by no means want rid of Waghorn.

I'm a big Danny Wilson fan and I always have been but I honestly expect the gaffer to keep RK and DW as our starting partnership. It isn't a position he likes to rotate in comparison to midfield or attack.

We didn't think we'd get Barton or Kranjcar because of their wages.
We didn't think we'd step up with the cash for Garner.
We've signed around a dozen new players.
The board deserves credit whether you're pro DK or not, he's stepped up to the plate.
As for the CB issue. That's been an issue for longer than just the start of this season, the summer or even before the final. The defence has been complete dross for quite a while and we've not improved it one bit as MW has preferred to focus on other areas of the pitch.
Have to say the failure to sign a quality CB lies with MW.

Thorn the money we have spent hasn't came from the board it's came from season ticket money. Along with money freed up from all the players that left at end of last season.
There is an illusion of stability because the board are seen as 'rangers men'- this has let them away with absolute murder. They should be held to account and scrutiny, but every time someone tries to they get shouted down, mostly by people that don't seem to understand the full picture.
Dk made clear promises about spending money that he hasn't kept. Several media outlets have highlighted this. Where is the team of Scott allans he talked about last summer or the millions he promised in January?
He has also taken the club to war with sports direct and puma - how anyone can think this is good is beyond my understanding.
But hey ho I'm just being negative- by pointing out the reality.

Oliver Burke is going to a great player and Scotland team will be all about him very soon. I fully expect him to be a star and playing with one of the top tier teams in a few years time.

Can i ask The Rangers fans, what is so positive about Crooks and Windass.
Genuinely i have not seen anything of them, but your fans keep calling for Crooks to play CB and they keep mentioning Windass being able to turnaround you misfiring attack.

In my opinion league 2 down south is probably just as good as most of the SPL. These 2 players excelled at that level and could've went to a top of the table League 1 side and I think probably a mid table championship side. For young lads that's good.

Windass is a powerful runner with the ball will commit players and can see a pass I think he'll be class up here if he can get fit for a run of games.
Crooks is a big unit with a bit of dig and can play a bit too. We will need to wait n see.

For me the guys on scotsport sumed up the difference between rangers and selik and MW and BR.
We have no pace in our middle 3.
Barton Halliday Rossiter are to slow and can't turn counter attack around quick enough defense to attack is to slow and predictable, to much passing.
We should play 4-2-3-1

This is what happens with plenty of premiership teams man city classic example
Players driving from midfield get the other team backing off and and allows space for players to move into
Playing 3 sittin in midfield with no pace or attacking flair means the forward 3 are isolated and because they all uptop the space for them is so tight and other teams can contain them easier!
We have the players in the team to do just this. Moh, forrester, mckay, doddo, windass,
And we have 3 strikers, waggy, miller, garner that can play lone role easily and b focal point to connect with the 3 attcking players behind!
Mw must swollow his pride and wake up and play the modern game!
This would also mean barton and rossie could sit. deep and protect. or weak CB it not. rocket sicene.
if we play this team and match up against selik we have a chance.
If we. play 4-3-3 they will destroy us!

Been saying this since the Burnley game and I fully agree with you, think we will have plenty of pace once players aren't injured and I feel our defensive wose have bee heavily exaggerated. Been fairly pleased with the teams defending outwith set pieces.
