For goodness sake Ally stood beside him for nearly 4 years did he not learn a thing....well I'm beginning to think no. It was Ally that signed the defensive duds when he could have had a few Scottish lads in there. Jiggly has to go back to centre of the team and have someone else up front

Walter could only do it with £80m BoS overdraft and EBTs. Now he doesn't have that BUT he now has twelve money hungry investors wanting money out the club.

Ally is only the manager the coaches are to blame if you ask me whoever the coach is who works with the defence needs the sack immediately. I coach at soccer sevens just started recently with my boys team. They had only won 4 games in two and half seasons never kept a clean sheet. Now they have won 4 out of there last 5. Same manager different coach. The manager had put a good squad together they just needed a good coach to help them gel as a team

why don,t ranger.s fans get together and demand say 2 or 3 seat,s on the board someone you all trust (unpaid of course)use your spending power, without you they are nothing,green need,s watched by people who care about the club not someone who stand,s to make money off your back,s,something like a fan,s watchdog,garlar07

Correct buy £20m shares get 50% seats on the board. Guys are giving green £1m for 10% and getting a say!! The whole idea is get your money but no board positions for you. And ffs no Ally or Smith as reps!

These would be non voting seat,s people to act on behalf of fan,s to protect their intrest,s to watch green,s every move,ranger,s fan,s will buy shares they have no choice,im a celtic fan i would not like to see ordinary people like myself shafted,garlar07

It seems the more you look the more Mr Green looks like a story teller.I have never thought he was the man to lead Rangers to a new dawn.This guy will be exposed,fans need cast iron guarantees that share cash will not be used to pay initial investors or running costs.I get the horrible feeling that these rumours of cash running out might be true. AB.

What if it's actually true? What then?

I'm sure Mr Green can debunk the Scotzine story if it's untrue and put across his side of the story and if he's told the truth he can cite the article as an example of enemies of the club spreading malacious gossip or lies.

But I doubt somehow that's going to happen.

@6: the guy who wrote the article may just use the emails he claims to have from the Dallas Cowboys as proof. If indeed he has them. That would be very embarrassing for Green (and those who doubt the story).

@8: what financial benefit is there in buying football shares for the puchaser? You don't need to work in the city to know there's none.

@6 Scotzine have the necessary proof of these facts in the form of written paperwork for all to see.The same cannot be said of Green & Amhed.these blusters by the pair are never backed up by appropriate proof.I wonder why?

Every time Charles Green opens his mouth its a combination of deception, contradiction, lies, deceit and spin. Unfortunately for the Sevco fans people believe what they want to believe - facts only get in the way. Charles Green has not spent one penny from his own pocket and stands to get away with a tidy sum once he has fleeced the sevconians of money they can ill afford to lose. Its a mess Ally McCoist should have steered well clear of.

This is from an article written by a Rangers fan...

Records held by Companies House reveal that nine of the companies Charles Green has been involved with have been dissolved.

He has a track record of moving very quickly between posts, resigning from 31 different appointments during his time in business.

Rangers fans sent him vile electronic mail scaring him off. Who orchestrated that?
You deserve Green and what is obviously going to happen.
Green stated the season ticket money was sitting untouched in the bank (heraldscotland direct interview quote in parenthesis last week). He also stated zero debt.
Ask to see the untouched season ticket money.

In the long run when Green is long gone this club needs to be owned and operated by businessmen and fans who love the club. When Mr Green stated that he or any of his board members know nothing about football that says it all. All this nonsense has robbed us of our best rivalry and knocked the heart out of Scottish football. Celtic supporter here. for the record

As for Sally ,his position as manager must be safe with his share holdings and inside knowledge ?.

Ally's performance puts him in a weak position, Green can fire him with no criticism and this would end his career.
Ally is now a nodding lapdog for Green to save his own position at the strategic expense of the club being fleeced, assets sold and fans money spirited away.
Thank god Walter has more sense than to sanction all this.

I've been wondering why Ally McCoist hasn't been sacked yet. I'm no expert and obviously I don't know the ins and outs of Ally's contract, but do you think it's possible that he hasn't been sacked because Rangers can't afford to?

Perhaps if they got rid of him than they would need to pay a settlement or compensation, and Chuckie Green can't afford that and to hire a new boss as well. Afterall there's been rumours dotted here and there about Rangers running out of money and Chuckie is desperate to get this share issue finished ASAP. Just a thought.

Correct! McCoist is working for his one million shares. To pay for a new coaching team and pay off the old coaching team would be a bust.
But not until after the share issue.
Rangers requires very high operating costs for average footballing results. That's an unacceptable business model as revenue depends on footballing performance.

If the rangers support would waken up the facts are clear, even when mcoist took the team for cup games under smith his record was deplorable, it is now worse than ever 6 cups 2 european 14 point turnaround in legue loss of millions in revenue how much more whilst i accept we did not have a lot of money some of the players brought in by him are not even junior material and tactically hopeless unless we get it right on the park the signs are ominous mcoist is trading on the facts of the admin situation if he had any real nerve he should resign to save the club money and tak mcdowall and especially durrant with him WAKEN UP NOW

It's too early yet, too many things going on within Ibrox - financial and business wise where CG will not want to rock the boat. I've noticed the chants of 'Super Ally' are becoming more subdued now at Ibrox, maybe some of our fans are beginning to realize that although Ally was a playing legend (A true blue), he is struggling to live up to those ideals as a manager and obviously our fans will try to deflect the criticism of him because of that (ie. He's one of us, so you can't say anything bad). Charles Green will certainly be thinking about managerial change in the future if things do not improve, he attends the games and knows 'what way the wind is blowing' in regards to fans opinions/expectations. For me, It's not about personalities, whether it's Ally or anyone else in charge. Results matter and that's where you are lauded a success or not. Ally needs to sort things out quickly, alas if he lets this malaise carry on, then a one-way ticket out of the managers hot-seat beckons sooner rather than later.

I want a good new start clean break from the poisoned past. Starting in div3 ffs we don't need the historic baggage of McCoist and smith. We need managers who we can criticise and sack rather than sacred cows.
That's how you get performance.

Tam. You posted on three or four threads earlier that we aren't Rangers, we are now just a 'tribute act' instead. If you genuinely believe that to be true then if/when he receives his compensation he really wouldn't be taking a penny from his beloved Rangers so there would be no reason to criticise him for accepting it. Would there?

Richard Hughes is being investigated by HMRC for an illegal effort to generate millions in tax relief and according to the Dallas Cowboys public relations VP no meeting took place between Green and the Cowboys.

So how many shares are being sold to raise £20m and whose shares are being sold?

Who owns the outstanding 2.2million shares or 10%?

Well if this list is accurate (and I belive it is) Is ally not Greens boss. So why are people asking for Green to fire his boss?
