So season ticket holders not allowed into play offs for free? Club should charge a fiver max per ticket nd pack the place

Believable8 Unbelievable1

03 May 2015 09:03:05
Is there a min price or will that get made up as the week goes on?

Agree1 Disagree2

03 May 2015 09:11:19
Did I not read somewhere that the minimum charge for play off tickets are to be £15 each could be wrong but sure I seen it somewhere

Agree1 Disagree1

03 May 2015 10:58:29
I don't think there is a minimum but could be wrong. As long as both sets of fans are charged the same price.

Agree2 Disagree0

03 May 2015 17:10:37
Did we not vote for all the scenarios that are currently in place last season, in respect of pricing and ticket policy? Did our board think the league was ours anyways and as such we wouldn't be in playoffs. bit strange to be going against our previous voting,,,etc in fact bloody hypocritical in fact ,,,same old same old.

Agree2 Disagree0

04 May 2015 12:39:42
charge season ticket holders for tickets and give them someting off next years books same thing

Can any of the players who were on loan play in the play offs? We could maybe do with McKay and Gasperatto. Both played a decent amount of games and can't be any worse than the current players

Believable2 Unbelievable2

02 May 2015 19:45:43
McKay? Why is this player being made out to be some sort of saviour when he struggles to get a game for raith because he refuses to back track, I totally agree about gasparetto he should be at least in the squad

Agree4 Disagree4

02 May 2015 20:02:06
Where do I say he is some kind of saviour? Think he could be a good impact player but don't and never ever thought he could do it on his own

Agree3 Disagree1

02 May 2015 20:08:51
I'm beginning to think this boy Gasparotto may be over rated.A lot of people on here rave about him but who's actually seen him playing?
If he is available to us he would be in the squad at least no?

Agree5 Disagree0

02 May 2015 22:07:57
BT61- totally agree McKay struggles to get in the starting 11 at Raith Rovers but Gasporotto has played 24 times for Airdrie and I think he was league 1 player of the year.
Very few Rangers fans have seen Gasporotto but might be worthy of a place in the squad for the play offs.
We are still conceding goals which we need to try and stop but we have beaten Hibs away, and Hearts we have won at home and drawn away today, but to lose 2 goals in the last 9 minutes probably summed up our season.
McCall has improved the team but the defensive needs sorted.
It's any ones guess who will start v Q of South in defence.
Do we play 3-5-2, or 4-1-3-2,or 4-5-1?

Agree3 Disagree1

03 May 2015 08:50:35
Both should be in the squad at least

Agree0 Disagree1

03 May 2015 10:04:28
McKay plays every game when he'a fit so a don't know what you lot are on about

Agree0 Disagree6

04 May 2015 12:42:15
if mackay was as good as what is said why does he not get good reviews as far as ican makeout he does not back track yet I don't know anything about gaspurato

Agree0 Disagree0

02 May 2015 19:03:29
looking at McCall results as rangers manager
it is 11 games 5 won 5 draws 1 lose not exactly great form we should be doing a lot better and how many of these games has vuckic scored in if it wasn't for him we would be struggling and McCall record would be a lot worse for us to go up we need 3 wins and 3 draws and I think this is way McCall will go about it

Believable2 Unbelievable0

02 May 2015 19:23:38
Not much any manager could do with this lot. Also John Barnes could have won the league this year with so little opposition .

Agree1 Disagree0

02 May 2015 19:30:08
Not a great record to be honest considering we have played Livingston twice, Alloa and Cowdenbeath.

Agree2 Disagree0

03 May 2015 00:05:40
regardless of John Barnes mate we should never be drawing against the likes of livi alloa cowdenbeath beating by qos the results just not good enough the day the supporters accept these kind of results is a very bad day indeed without vuckic we would have lost more points the performances are better but this is a results game and if your happy with a draw with livi like McCall was then the team must be in a bad state it has tain him this long to drop jig yet makes a shocking decision today and brings him on with ten to go and wee concede 2 goal the defence was looking good till then bad mistake I hope he has learned from that and it doesn't happing in playoffs

Agree1 Disagree0

03 May 2015 08:52:58
Could be worse, we could have got anyone of the Newcastle first 11 lol, there defo for the drop, karma mike karma

Agree1 Disagree1

I agree hearts would have still strolled the league with Barnes in charge .

Agree1 Disagree0

03 May 2015 13:04:19
I was referring to Ronny's achievements when I said Barnes could even have won the league this year as Celtic boss.

Agree0 Disagree1

02 May 2015 18:43:55
Time someone shuts up D Utd Chairman Thompson!

"Rangers Fans should step up and "give" him money"!

He needs the money - only had 8, 700 for his "big" match against Aberdeen!

Won the league for his "parent" club today!

Dundee United are not a football club just a nursery for Celtic

Never be peace between clubs until he leaves!

Love your optimism but it's easier said than done the team doesn't deserve to go up

Not if you beat qos twice , beat and draw with hibs and draw twice with Motherwell 😉

Agree0 Disagree1

Doesn't matter Stewie. Are you saying we shouldn't take it if it happens. I know we don't deserve it but hey ho who the f*** cares?

Your spot on stewie but another year ln the that league again dosenae thrill me at awe.

Agree1 Disagree0

03 May 2015 23:54:39
Of course you would take it but to be honest in a footballing prospective we don't deserve it. Both Hibs and QOS play better football than we do and are far more exciting to watch

Agree0 Disagree0

02 May 2015 17:12:34
if we play like we did today and no stupid changes to team when we are winning we have a very slight chance of going up but this is no guarantee as our team is so unpredictable we have failed to win league failed to get second hearts and hibs above us
we now face qos and they will be rite up for this and have nothing to lose our team is a shambles and only have a slight chance of going up cause as we have seen qos are a very good team if we do get up we are going to struggle next season

Believable1 Unbelievable0

02 May 2015 17:49:12
The team can't be trusted and I can't see us playing well in the 6 remaining matches to go up. Also think the way the season has went we won't get up. Once again the defence has let us down and this will be our undoing

Agree0 Disagree1

02 May 2015 18:15:19
We will have to be doing something right, if you think we have 6 games to go. What will be will be.

Agree0 Disagree0

02 May 2015 19:01:25
Actually meant in order to go up we would need to play well in 6 matches which I can't see think we are fair game for any of the teams on the play offs

I said it last summer and I'll say it again now for whichever league we are in next season, and whoever is in charge, please please sign some decent defenders!

Believable3 Unbelievable0

02 May 2015 18:02:20
Strange as it may seem I'm actually more worried about the home leg against QOS. Think we could probably go down there and get a draw however we will need to come out at home and attack them at some point and they will probably just pick us off. It's a sorry state when we are worried about QOS at home and away. I honestly don't see us going up this season and I'm a bit disappointed with McCall and his team selection

Agree2 Disagree0

02 May 2015 15:58:36
Not heard McCalls interview after the match today but surely the change in defence was due to injury. Can't believe he would change a solid back 4 with a few minutes left when we had to freshen up 1 of the front 2 probably Miller and midfield to help keep the ball in Hearts half of the pitch. Felt sorry for MacGregor as he was my man of the match by a mile. Can't see us winning at least 3 out of the last possible 6 and go up.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

02 May 2015 17:51:36
McGregor did play well however there is always a mistake in him. His clearance which led to their first goal was woeful. Blind panic. On a more positive note thought Murdoch played well today, covered every inch of the park and battled hard. If he is handled right he could turn out to be a great player

Agree2 Disagree0

02 May 2015 15:35:03
If you can't support the team during the bad then you don't deserve to support during the good! It's been an awful season yes the team are pants but we will get better given time. all of the people claiming to have had enough and are finished etc. Good! Don't come back we don't need fans like you.

When we go to Palmerston we need to sit back and do to them which they did to us.

Believable4 Unbelievable2

02 May 2015 16:00:23
I agree ceexxx if so called fans are claiming to be finished with the club then good riddance! I actually thought we played well today apart from last 10 mins, if wee play like that in the play offs against Qos and hibs I think we'll beat both teams over 2 legs

Agree1 Disagree1

02 May 2015 16:37:04
There's no reason why we can't still go up. A lot of positives to take and maybe switched off near the end, probably with news of the Hibs game filtering down. Can't fathom out where the negativity is coming from. The club needs us more than ever now. This is the business end. I think we'll beat QOS home and away and that might just be the momentum we need to take into the Hibs tie. After that who knows

Agree0 Disagree1

02 May 2015 17:12:24
Hibs don't play again until the 20th that could work against them! I also think we'll beat qos over 2 games! Well hopefully,

Agree2 Disagree0

02 May 2015 17:28:39
Noddy

The negativity comes from losing 2 poor goals in the last 8 mins. The defence is poor and we are liable to ship goals every game

Agree1 Disagree0

02 May 2015 17:40:01
Think having 6 games in such a short period could work for us. didn't think we played well today, but were solid and competed well. would leave defence as was,and drop Miller or Clark in favour of Hardie.if Jig has a must play thing then his ego is as culpable asMcCall's judgement for letting the lead go.but if we scrap and dig in like we did today,we can get through.and I am more worried about QOS than Hibs. We need to go up,simple, would much rather rebuild in Premier than out.

Don't think any team in Scotland is in a position to tell fans not to come back. The crowds are dwindling and I think a lot of fans who used to attend football regularly are now lost to the game. I understand the reasons for your rant however we need as many fans as possible whether they are loyal or not. Fans have the right not to go If there not being entertained and have the right to voice their point about it. The fans have been exceptional since going into the bottom tier of Scottish football and they have been treated appallingly by various boards, management and players

Agree1 Disagree0

02 May 2015 15:33:21
What is the deal with Robbie Neilson being sent to the stand then standing at the back of the dugout for the remainder of the game? He was the one instructing Zeefuik before he came on the park. Continued to manage the team and make the decisions.

Should we make a seat in the enclose behind the dugout just incase the same thing happens to our manger in the coming seasons? No I don't thinks so, we have sporting integrity to uphold. unlike some

Believable2 Unbelievable1

02 May 2015 17:52:53
That was farcical today what's the point of sending the manager off when he can stand about 2 feet from the dugout and give the players coming on instructions

Farcical when NL was attacked by a thug A compact ground that's close up & generates a great atmosphere but too close when fans could easily run riot

New to the forum, Hello! Hello! from Songkhla. Thailand.
I have been watching this Rangers debacle closely over the past three years and have been left embarrassed by our previous management over their signings and total lack of being able to motivate a player, never mind a team. We have unfortunately landed in this situation today, due to very bad leadership & management earlier on this season, sick of seeing crossed arms with a dum ass look on the face, sound familiar?

What I can say from a positive perspective is that we are closer to being a Top Class Team again, with our new manager who is still learning what Rangers Fans expect, we will get there. The new manager has made a lot of good and bad decision over his short period but what I can say is that he looks as though he is learning from his mistakes. We have 6 games to play so let's us get behind the team and look forward to seeing them in the premier league later this year, back where we belong.

what was McCall playing at surely when you are cruising in the game 2 nil up your worst defender who is on the bench with 9 min plus extra time you do not bring him on yet McCall
does and he misses the first header for the second goal if the players are not fit enough
to last a extra ten min then there is something
wrong very bad judgement by McCall
today costing us the win to many of these stupid mistakes have cost us this season if your team is winning do not change it that is not rocket science

Believable5 Unbelievable2

02 May 2015 17:54:49
Very poor decision to bring him on and as you say his attempt to clear the ball which ended up in the equaliser was terrible. He is done and if McCall persists with him not only will we not go up but McCall will not get the job

Believable2 Unbelievable2

02 May 2015 15:19:25
Think you better have another look at how goals were scored he played his usual part in first one and no challenge in second although the otherwise faultless mcgregor slipped in his challenge. Thought mcgregor was outstanding playing in his proper position finally, all we need is someone to play beside him and big zal isn't that man, rant finished

Agree2 Disagree0

02 May 2015 18:11:44
McGregor poor clearance did contribute to the first goal and was he not supposed to be marking their striker when he scored it? McGregor played well but always has at least one mistake in him. Unfortunately for him it seems every mistake he makes leads to a goal. We were coasting the game and gave them 2 gifts. Yet again we ship goals and we are liable to concede in every game of the playoffs.

Agree0 Disagree0

02 May 2015 14:35:01
That's just proved it everyone out of contract at the end of the month must be shown the door no room for these under achievers I really fear for these play offs I'd also get rid of the keeper too no confidence in him at all think Robinson is better than him.

Disappointing end sure just like first game "mix-up" with subs - enough said!

Bring on play-offs - Queen of the South

Believable1 Unbelievable1

I really thought all fans would be over the moon with the news but it has had no impact whatsoever. Not one post (as far as I could see) to celebrate a move in the right direction for our club.

No matter the outcome of the play offs it's essential all 12 players out of contract are shown the door.
