Graeme murty has said a good few times now, that hibs manager neil lennon has given him encouraging advice, as regards to it being reminiscent, to when he became the manager of celtic! I suppose it is quite similar, as lennon became the celtic caretaker manager first, after tony mowbray was sacked and then got the job permanently in what was his 1st managerial job! Our manager graeme murty is the same, ie. caretaker rangers manager after warburton and caixinha were sacked, made permanent manager until the end of the season and will surely to god be made the glasgow rangers manager, on a permanent contract, at the end of this season! So both graeme murty and neil lennon, have went down similar paths, on the road to becoming the manager's of both rangers and celtic permanently! Into the bargain, it was both their 1st jobs as manager's! Massive jobs for being their 1st jobs in management, don't you think?

Supercoop, good observation, have heard Lennon comment favourably about Murty. Specifically that like himself at Celtic the level of expectation as interim is not high and can use that to his advantage. Believe that is exactly what Murty has been doing extremely well, and his open low ego style of communication is being well received by all. Believe the challenge for Murty will be if he gets job full time next season he will be under more pressure and level of expectation will be much higher. We have not really seen him angry or disappointed yet and how he responds to adversity. Early days but I am optimistic about the Murty/ Nicol combination.

Always nice to hear lennon approves of things happening at Ibrox. He's always welcome.

03 Mar 2018 08:01:38
The only advice I'd give Murty is don't take any advice on football management from lennon! Sir Walter will keep him right thank you.

Much as I dislike Lennon I do think he is not a bad Manager. His teams do tend to play good football and he isn’t scared of having a go at his players if they don’t perform.

Athur lennon would have a go at his granny if she forgot to sugar his tea, he is a horrible horrible man so I stick by my comment.

Good evening to my fellow bluenoses, hope all you bears are keeping warm and safe in these treacherous weather conditions we've had of late.
No long till the magic 55 😁.

02 Mar 2018 21:46:02
You waitin on a bus? 😂

02 Mar 2018 23:03:53
Stay safe bears. Wild outside. If you have anything green and white use it for wiping your shoes. The wife's balde top is my target when I find it. Hard times with wife laughing last 6 years.

02 Mar 2018 23:17:25
Don't think he's waiting on the magic 55 bus Bhampot, he's just waiting on 55 and you know its not that far away. Before you retort about how poor we are, think about the six point lead before you come to Ibrox, yip the scandal eh the Dundee games cancelled. We can smell the fear.

I can wait another season if need be but its coming home 55 We are indeed the people.

03 Mar 2018 00:19:43
How did you guess that Bhampot, when we take that title, Yes we will be waiting for lots of buses. You seem to be more interested what we are doing rather than your own mob, I think you will be scraping all that green paint off and coming back to support the people, because I'm sure after reading all your comments and the amount of time your on our page makes me believe you support any team that are Champions, one thing is for sure, Your not a true Celtic supporter. ! Why would you constantly be on this page, enough said I think. See you on the 11th. Not. You will go missing.

03 Mar 2018 10:20:46
bhampot you must be really bored trolling through rangers news
me thinks you need a bus to run over you that is

02 Mar 2018 17:11:49
new dundee utd chairman-we have the most loyal and passionate fans in the country, delusions of grandeur spring to mind, keep taking the pills

02 Mar 2018 17:45:03
Administration due before the season end. With any luck Dundee Utd will lurk in the under belly of Scottish football for generations. ahhh get it right f*cking up them

02 Mar 2018 15:37:03
Game on at the moment but unless the weather improves a lot of supporters will not make it any views on this

02 Mar 2018 17:01:57
24hrs can change a lot I wouldn’t be taking any decisions until Sunday morning, I appreciate that many bears come in from NI but if the surrounding areas are cleared then get the game on!

02 Mar 2018 17:42:00
I travel from Hull to get to Ibrox so might be struggling to make it hopefully it clears up and I can make it

02 Mar 2018 19:41:07
The roads have improved a lot over the past 24 hours and there isn't much snow forecast in the next couple of days.

I'd be really surprised if they were postponed especially the Sunday games.

02 Mar 2018 20:46:39
My mate travelled to Newcastle and back from Glasgow today no probs at all Arthur so hopefully all good for you! 👍🏽

02 Mar 2018 21:31:09
Good on you ArthurD hats off to you

02 Mar 2018 12:02:41
Celtic game v Dundee postponed so Mother Nature is on our side. This has the Knock on effect that Lustig can't play v Gers (whether this is good or bad is open to interpretation) . Let's just hope we can keep up the pressure and force a battle on the run in.

02 Mar 2018 06:48:52
So let me get this right riggert the blue bear so you want Goss and Cummings etc to play sh. t so there clubs don't want them back but if they play well they don't sell to us that's why you get a mutual contract agreed between the clubs before the loan deal is sorted out so they can't do that also the player himself has a say in where he wants to play to say a deal is not agreed with all parties concerned before he signs is total nonsense!

02 Mar 2018 11:46:39
No one wants that
